• Thomas (9/5): A great apartment in an excellent location - highly recommended. - This is an excellent modern property in a wonderful location just outside Stromness. It has superb views from the upstairs living room of Hoy and the Pentland Firth, and lovely walks down to Warbeth beach from the doorstep. Our host Isla was very welcoming and helpful Cooking facilities are limited, however we were aware of this before booking and it was not an issue for us.
• Marj (10/5): Gorgeous - Lovely comfortable and clean accommodation with extra facilities provided including welcome hamper of local produce, butter and milk in fridge etc. Good location, easy 15min walk to Stromness. Amazing views, friendly hosts.

• James R (10/5): Enegar Accommodation: well worth considering. - The rooms were very comfortably furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Very modern, the accommodation was well situated, just a few minutes from Stromness, with access to a co-op, garage, shops and restaurants, all within easy reach. The price for the two of us was very competitive when compared with local hotels and other accommodations. The hosts provided us with a generous hamper and detailed information regarding the property and local amenities. All the important Orkney mainland historical sites were within easy reach as was Kirkwall. Overall, we'd a wonderful holiday, which was greatly helped by the shear quality of our fantastic accommodation. Some reviews complain about the small kitchen, and it is smalk, but the devices and implements provided for cooking facilitated the preparation of substantial meals on the evenings we did not go out.

Although the kitchen was extremely well provided for in relation to cooking facilities, the addition of a hob would be useful.

No space to cater for 5 ( and accommodation price swallowed eating out budget!). Bought microwaveable meals which was fortunate as no hob.

• Lynne (8/5): Great location, comfortable stay but issue with stairs - This is part of a house, self contained with a separate entrance. The view is fantastic, of the sea and across to Hoy. The accommodation is spacious, large bathroom and there are two bedrooms so will sleep five. We were advised to keep the air con on low so it was quite comfortable, also underfloor heating in the bathroom and effective heaters in living room and bedroom. Living room with large lounge to watch the view was very comfortable. We appreciated Isla leaving milk, bread and butter. The kitchen is very small and the only thing to cook with is a microwave/convection oven. So what you can cook for yourself is very limited, especially if you don't know how to work a convection oven (I don't). The biggest drawback about this place - and it is a drawback - is that it is spread over two floors with about 10 steps up to the living/dining room. Kitchen is downstairs and that means taking everything upstairs to eat, and then back. The hosts have tried to mitigate this by putting an electric jug and teamaking upstairs, and we tried taking the toaster up but it set off the smoke alarm! So - nice place to stay, but you will be going up and down stairs carrying things. NB you will need a car - it's too far from town to walk unless you are super fit. Also NB no washing machine.
• Betteridge (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was exceptional,super clean,rooms large and beautifully furnished, beds really comfortable,the views were out over the sea,and only a 4 minute drive from Stromness ferry,everything you see when booking accommodation is there including a great welcome pack. There was absolutely nothing to dislike.
• Liliana (9/5): Very cozy and with a great view! - The house was very comfortable and it had an amazing view of the sea and of the rolling green hills. It was also very clean, and the hosts left us some bread, butter and milk for breakfast, aside from some local food (e.g. oat cakes). It would be nice to have a stove top to cook, especially for people on longer stays. The kitchen has a microwave oven, but it might not be enough for some people. That's really the only thing I can point out.

• Richard (9/5): Really enjoyed the stay but the time spent finding it was annoying. Stunning views. - The property was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the lounge in the evening was stunning. Great shower. Finding the property could have been a lot easier. A larger sign is needed to identify the property. Innertown is quite a large area outside of town and even asking locals didn't help find the property and no phone coverage didn't help. The kitchen is quite small. A second toilet upstairs or small washroom would be great.
