- Marzia (6/5): Very disappointing decline in cleanliness and maintenance compared to previous stays - Position. I had stayed here twice before and always had a positive experience, which is exactly why I decided to return. Unfortunately, this time the difference in standards was very noticeable and quite disappointing. The apartment felt poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. There were stains, traces of mold, greasy surfaces, and an unpleasant smell throughout the accommodation. Even the kitchenware looked very old and worn out. The hairdryer was so clogged with dust that it barely worked and could not even properly dry hair. What I find difficult to understand is not the simplicity or minimal style of the apartment, but the lack of basic cleanliness and functioning essentials. A place can be modest and still feel cared for and hygienic. Sadly, the common areas were also dirty, and for many hours every day there were bags of dirty laundry from other apartments left on the floor right outside our door. I am attaching photos as evidence because this was genuinely surprising compared to my previous stays. It is a real shame to see the quality drop so much, especially because this used to be a place I trusted and was happy to return to.

Ils étaient très généreux en savon. Je ne recommande pas si vous n'êtes pas à l'aise avec la technologie car l'arrivée est 100% autonome.

Cette meme personne qui envoie des publicités pour de la nourriture…impossible de travailler pendant 4 jours tellement la connexion internet est minable. La première station de métro est à 20 minute de marche ce qui est pas très pratique quand on a deux énormes valises et que l’on ne veux pas trouver une solution pour les garder.

- Mary Grace (7/5): - It’s a good location and a very warm host. The size is good for a couple with 2 big luggages. The stove had a grease smell that sticks to the air of the whole place. I had to wipe it with wipes and put perfume. The towels were very thin and have holes in it. The 2 pillows on the bed were super flat and the mattress cover didn’t seem clean - the sleep was uncomfortable. I think there should also be a mattress protector.

Close to Dotonbori too (walking 15mnts) and shinsaibashi area. Room is quite clean. Room is very small for 4 people. The futon doesnt actually fit in the room and you basically cant really move. It would be good for 2 adults.. or 2 adults and 1 small child at max.

Pulizia inesistente, camera sporca e con dita di polvere ovunque. Spazio inesistente per più di 2 persone. A fronte di spiegazione e richieste ci è stato comunicato che hanno messo a disposizione un letto matrimoniale, un futon da buttare a terra e un materasso singolo anch'esso da posizionare per terra, peccato che lo spazio non c'era per cui uno ha dormito in corridoio e uno tra la "cucina" e la camera. The locks felt very safe, you had manuals for all the appliances, in case you wanted to use them and the staff kept contacting you about helpful tips and recommendations. Also requested support was responded to pretty quickly. I love booking their apartments every time I come to Osaka and would do that every time. Whenever I arrive at their apartments, it's quite dusty. As if it's been 2 weeks since the last person has come to clean. It's not that much of a big deal, but I personally need to buy wet wipes to clean the surfaces until I feel completely satisfied.

Le logement est vraiment très propre et très bien équipé avec un lave linge qui était pratique puisque nous voyageons avec des enfants. L'hôte est adorable et disponible. Il répondait rapidement à nos messages et nous a donné plein de conseils utiles pour notre séjour à Osaka. Tout était parfait. Cependant la chambre était un peu petite pour 4 personnes. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de place pour ajouter les matelas des enfants.

Tuvimos que apañarnoslas para extender los futones moviendo la mesa y la silla que habia y si alguien de la cama quería ir al baño, era imposible no pisar los futones. Además uno de los colchones del futón era mucho más fino que el otro.

The price you pay for the amount of space you get is brilliant! The apartment was lovely and clean, nice comfy bed, big balcony and a washing machine which was a life saver!! It is not difficult but little bit overwhelming since you wish to enter a apartment as soon as possible after a trip. - Thorben (4/5): - On the positive side, the price-performance ratio was good and the location was convenient, which we appreciated. We stayed here recently and, unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The place was dusty, cramped, and generally not very comfortable—definitely not what we expected. To make matters worse, the shower drain was clogged (apparently by a sanitary pad), so the water didn’t drain properly, which made using the bathroom quite unpleasant. But the real highlight came after we left. We accidentally forgot a small Bluetooth speaker and reached out to ask if it had been found. The response? Apparently, even looking for a lost item comes with a fee, and returning it requires yet another charge. That’s a level of creativity in customer service we hadn’t encountered before. All in all, if you enjoy tight spaces, a bit of dust, and surprise fees for basic human decency, this might be the perfect spot for you. Otherwise, you may want to keep looking.

When we got inside there was smell of smoke probably because there is a balcony so the person has been smoking right outside . The apartment was very cold . The messages from the owner were too many since the day we landed in Japan we received one every day about literally everything and very few info on the process of the self check in .
