• Maira (9/5): Sicuramente ritornerei in questa struttura, e la consiglio. - L ambiente è molto carino, fatto bene, semplice e pulito. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, abbiamo dormito benissimo. Il nostro soggiorno è stato breve, ma molto piacevole. Il signor Corrado è gentilissimo e molto disponibile, si è adoperato alle nostre esigenze con molta cura. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, peccato che non si trovi anche bagnoschiuma e shampoo, io non avevo letto che non erano inclusi ma il signor Corrado ce li ha gentilmente procurati.
• Giangavino Pazzola (10/5): - Accoglienza e disponibilità di Marcello, oltre a posizione, accesso, arredamento, accessori e finiture dell'appartamento corrispondono perfettamente alle aspettative che mi ero fatto, e per questo consiglio fortemente di pernottare in questa struttura. Spazi ben divisi, ottima illuminazione, zone relax pensate. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento con diretto accesso alla terrazza, che è il plus di tutto. Peccato aver avuto poco tempo per starci perché l'appartamento merita di essere vissuto. Oltre le numerose cialde di caffè in dotazione (grazie a Marcello, host fantastico!), forse qualche bustina di the o tisana sarebbe utile per digerire le grandi abbuffate emiliane!

The host made sure we had clean towels and checked every 2 days if we needed replacements. He gave great recommendations for places to visit and eat. He helped us arrange for the cab on our way out to the train station. Only great things to say about this place! Everything was just so great!
• Maider (10/5): Increíble estancia en Reggio Emilia con una terraza de encanto - El trato que recibimos fue increíble. Los anfitriones son dos hermanos que siempre están pendientes y dispuestos a ayudarnos. El alojamiento está nuevo, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Encima hay dos supermercados al lado y la ubicación en impecable en el centro con muchos bares y restaurantes cerca y a la vez al lado del tren. En nuestro caso estuvimos una semana y tengo claro que sí vuelvo volveré al mismo alojamiento. Los primeros días estuvimos en Reggio Emilia que es precioso y luego nos movimos a Milan, Florencia, Parma pero dormiendo en el Airbnb y volveríamos a hacerlo igual. Sin duda volveremos y si vais como en mi caso a hacer la formación de Reggio Children mejor hospedaros aquí que en cualquier hotel.

• Susan (10/5): Excellent alternative to boring hotels. - Great place run by a small family who have put a lot of effort into making sure you're comfortable. The rooms are stylish but simple. We were in the loft room, which is the one pictured here. Spacious and welcoming. Good location between the railway station and the town. All easily walkable. Great set of tips given to us by the host regarding where to eat and visit and how to get around. Even told me the best train app to use for Italy. Small outside courtyard for us to use if the weather had been better. The town is in a good position for day trips to Bologna and Parma, which we did. It was all good.

The location is right next to the train station and a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. This is perfect because it is more quiet. The street is lovely. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Also the bed is very comfortable. When I got there the dishes in the cabinet were quite dirty, so had to rewash them. The water in the shower also didn’t get hot enough in my opinion.

• Maxim (10/5): Very nice experience - Very good experience, definitely the place to come back again myself and recommend to anyone else. Super bright, warm, crystal clear, nice hosts, easy communication, exactly as can be seen on the pictures. Just a couple of suggestions which didn't affect anyhow overall impression: - I think an extra couple of towels would be a better deal (I was fine, but...) - Some light curtains for all windows (bathroom especially) as it feels slightly awkward :-)
