• Puneet (10/5): Clean, affordable and perfect location for exploring Rome - The hotel staff were very polite and helpful, provided clear instructions for check in and check out. The breakfast at the hotel was very good too. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the city. The Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps are literally a 15 min walk away. Its perfect location to live in the heart of the city and explore.

• louise (7/5): - The location and cleanliness Room was tiny compared to the photos it was literally one step from door to bed and 2 from bed to toilet and thats all the room their was. Also the facilities were bigged up like it says about their being an ipad in the room but there wasnt and tv was very small for it being so high up. Not having a key and having to remember codes or keep phone charged up was annoying. Also never seen a check in desk and as I didn't have a physical key didnt know I needed to come to anyone to check out and pay assumed the money had been charged to my card and then was contacted whilst I was flying to pay. Honestly my biggest grievance was the room size for 2 adults and a large suitcase it was a squeeze.

• Ornella (9/5): Soggiorno meraviglioso vicinissimo alla Stationen Termini e ambasciata americana - La camera ed il bagno erano molto puliti e abbiamo trovato anche delle bottigliette d'acqua per noi nel frigo. Stanza molto silenziosa e con nostra sorpresa la colazione era inclusa. Grandissima selezione di crostate, croissant e pane da tostare con alcune opzioni salate. Tutto molto pulito e curato e con staff super disponibile. Abbiamo anche chiamato la proprietaria alle 10 di notte perché non riuscivamo ad aprire il portone e abbiamo ricevuto assistenza in pochi minuti. Grazie di tutto torneremo a trovarvi! Il copriletto dava un'aria un po' antiquata alla stanza così come il copri poltrona che eviterei. Tutto il resto bellissimo!

• Isadora (10/5): Conforto, boa localização e limpeza! - A localização é perfeita, o quarto é muito confortável e extremamente limpo, com as instalações novas e recentemente renovadas. A entrada no edifício é segura e facilitada, recebemos tudo por WhatsApp e sempre tinha alguém disponível quando precisávamos dentro do hotel. Tem elevador no edifício. A cama é muito confortável, os travesseiro são bons, o banho é gostoso. Tivemos uma única questão com a vazão do ralo do nosso chuveiro, que foi resolvida no ultimo dia, mas com exceção disso nossa estadia foi perfeita. O Wi-Fi funciona bem, a televisão do quarto é smart, tem jarra elétrica dentro do quarto, chá cortesia, frigobar com bebidas vendidas a um valor justo! O quarto era limpo diariamente, então chegávamos do passeio com uma cama arrumada e o chão varrido e as toalhas trocadas. Eles oferecem shampoo e sabonete corporal, e também secador de cabelo! Realmente excelente a experiência! Recomendo muito.

• kazuya (7/5): サービススタッフは良かったけどチェックインに関するマネージメントは最悪 - スタッフのインデラがとても親切に対応してくれた。 チェックインの際、Booking.comもホテルサイドも施設に入る方法を一切メールその他で通知してこなかった。 たまたま同時にチェックインする人がいたため結局何とかなったが、彼らが居なかったらどうするつもりだったのでしょうか？　ヘルプしてくれた人は何故WhatsAppアプリを持ってないのか？と聞いてきましたが、それに関する一切のインフォメーションを受け取ってませんでした。結局僕は国際電話を使ってマネージメントにコールしてエントランスのコードを取得しましたが、その費用は誰が払ってくれるのでしょうか？そもそもお金を受け取っておきながら、どうやってチェックインするかをあらゆるお客にきちんと分かるように説明してない時点で、booking,comもホテルサイドも旅行業者として完全に失格してます。

• Ekaterina Kolbasiuk (8/5): - The place was nice. The location is great, walking distance to the city centre. It's also a quiet neighbourhood The breakfast is sugar and carbs only. White bread, cookies, cakes, sweet yoghurt. First day there were two boiled eggs, but on the next two days they said 'sorry no eggs'. No vegetables, fruits or greens, no meat, no cheese (only processed cheese). I know it's a classic for Italians, but keep that in mind if having a wholesome breakfast is important to you Also, the room has no lock inside. It's opened by the code, and you literally cannot lock yourself from inside. Not a big deal, but a bit uncomfortable sleeping knowing that all the staff knows our password (receptionist, cleaning ladies, the man who fixed our shower etc).

Manager Gulia always wants give us best services~ location is right next to US embassy, so the security is highest level. Their property include perfect breakfast without further charges. I guarantee you will enjoy the stay here. The TV is not smart tv which might make some of young travelers not happy about.

Месторасположение хорошее Номера и гостиница намного меньше , чем на фото. Но из-за чистоты и свежести номеров и всего - закрываешь на это глаза

• Grace (10/5): Perfect in every way. No complaints at all! - Everything! The location is an area we love, and really easy to find. The decor was beautiful throughout. The staff were extremely helpful and always on hand to talk to via WhatsApp to answer any queries. The breakfast was lovely and although not included in our original booking was given to us anyway! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very smart and modern with Roman influences in the colours and style. The area was so peaceful and we really enjoyed our 3 day stay. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel! The lift didn’t work properly on arrival but we were ok using the stairs throughout our stay

The breakfast had a variety of very tasty options that were mainly local. The location was perfect. There was no option to take a shower without washing your hair. The pillows were old, hard and lumpy.

The location is fantastic, it's city center and you can reach it on foot from the railway station Roma Termini. The heating in the room was turned on at the maximum level, it was a little hot for our habits.

• Samuel (10/5): Excellent - Je recommande vivement cet hébergement notamment pour son confort et pour sa localisation optimale dans un quartier calme et à proximité (à pied) de tout ce qui est à faire à Rome. L’hôte est d’une gentillesse rare et possède un véritable sens du service, faisant tout son possible pour répondre aux demandes qu’on lui formule. Nous avons tout aimé !
