• Kiteva (7/5): - Our stay was OK, no complaints. The location is perfect – just 2 minutes from the beach in Lignano Sabbiadoro. Parking is available in the backyard, which was very convenient. The apartment is simply furnished but has comfortable beds. The highlight was the very spacious terrace, which we really enjoyed. Overall, a pleasant stay.

• Serghei (6/5): - The apartment itself is renovated, and the location is good because it is close to the beach, at the same time there are grocery stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. The courtyard and the parking are very messy, there is garbage on the pathway. Also in the offer is staged that there is a rooftop pool, which isn't the case. I have asked the staff if we can use the pool from the main building, but haven't received an answer. Also air conditioning is not enough for the size of the apartment, which makes it very difficult to stay inside during the day, and it is not enough to cool down during the night

• Anonymous (9/5): Superb - Perfect location and lovely hosts. Big spacious appartment with a big balcony which it was great. All essential ammenties and a great pool.
• Michal (6/5): CHANGE WINDOWS PLEASE - Perfect location. Very close to the beach. Just under apartment is nice little grocery store. You can buy there everything you need. 5 min walk to bakery. 15 min walk to city promenade with tons of shops. Two separate rooms with two double beds. Amazing big balcony. Nice useful kitchen, with everything you might need. Convenient nice parking. Old wooden windows was for me biggest problem. If there would be normal plastic windows, it could solve literaly most of the problems we had. It was so noisy in the evening. I mean, I understand that I am in city center, but oh boy... Grocery store was making so much noise with trolleys for goods when they were moving, it was actualy shaking our windows... When big cars, like small buses or garbage cars were going around, it was shaking windows... Same for cross-country bikes (people need to show off ofc...). Like I said... Plastic windows could solve 80% or more... Sadly. And one blind is missing completely in the kitchen. Second biggest problem was AC. Like come on. One AC for nearly 3 room apartment is nothing. We had it on max on 17°C and we were sweating like pigs... I am sure, those old wooden windows didn't help, because there was no sealing of them, so cold air went literaly OUT OF WINDOW. Old wardrobes, I mean I wouldn't make that big fuss about it, but they were falling apart a bit... Holding by one hook in the middle. Eh. When I put my clothes there, they were covered in dust. Thanks... They were not cleaned for a while... One of our double beds was broken, when we moved it, legs fell apart. I mean we fixed it but, eh? I understand it wasn't the most expensive accommodation, but there is stuff you can fix for sure and those windows and AC fix would make accomodated people life waaaaay better.
• Balazs (7/5): Good value for money for beach lovers - This apartment is very close to the sea and many restaurents, shops, etc are very close too. Beds are large and comfortable, the bathroom seems newly renovated and looks good. The apartment has a large terrace with sunbeds. Internet: there is no WI-FI. (it corresponds to the description so they were fair. However it is very strange in 2024 to still find an accomodation without internet, especially when they actually have WI-FI in the main hotel building, and it would need only a €20 signal booster to extend the WI-FI range for the apartment building too). Air-Conditioning: on A/C is installed in the corridor/antechamber of the apartment, but its performance is not enough to cool the bedrooms over 30+ C degrees, making the nights very hot (in not the fun sense).
