- Hannah (8/5): - Very good location for Shibuya. Great responses from staff. Clean :) The WiFi did not work at all. The toilet was a very tight squeeze

- Mae (1/5): Good location. Dirty room. Not Value for money. Expensive for the room. - Location was good NO HOT WATERR. Room was DIRTY. The building smells of paint. The table was dirty. It looks like it was not cleaned. The toilet is dirty. The kitchen is dirty. The bed is thin. Feels like you're gonna sink in it. The room is dirty. Everything is dirty. I did not like the roo. And all.

- Logan (8/5): Very good location - Location (in the heart of Shibuya) There’s a Lawson downstairs Smart tv (Netflix, YouTube etc…) AC Umbrellas Elevator Reactive host No iron, no toothpaste, no yamato transport service because it’s not a hotel (so I sent my luggage to Yamato office in Shibuya) The bed is not very comfortable (for me), same for the couch Old bathroom (with no bidet)
