• Kai (9/5): Wunderbare Homebase für sommerliche Ausflüge in den Bergen. - Die Wohnung hat sich sofort sehr heimelich angefühlt. Schöne Aufteilung zwischen Schlafzimmern und großen Gemeinschaftsbereichen (Küche und Wohnzimmer). Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht und das Einkaufszentrum einfach nur die Straße runter. Bus/Bahn super angebunden (7min nach Innsbruck Hbf). Kleiner Kräutergarten vor der Tür. Am Anfang ging die Geschirrspülmaschine nicht und abends innerhalb von 2 Stunden stand eine Ersatzmaschine drin. Das ist verrückt - Gastgeber Extra-Stern! Gibt eigentlich nichts wirklich negatives zu sagen. Natürlich gibt es modernere Einrichtungen, aber das ist auch nicht nachhaltig.

• Martin (10/5): Úžasné ubytování pár minut od centra Innsbrucku - Úžasné prostorné ubytování. 3 ložnice, obývací pokoj, kuchyň. Skvělá lokalita nedaleko železniční zastávky (necelých 10 minut chůze) - příměstský vlak jezdí často a do centra Innsbrucku dojede za 8 minut. Ubytování poskytuje Innsbruck Welcome card, jejíž součástí je síťová jízdenka na městskou dopravu včetně příměstských vlaků po celou dobu pobytu. Velmi potěšila skvěle vybavená kuchyň s lednicí, sporákem, troubou, mikrovlnnou troubou a kontaktním grilem. Nedaleko je supermarket. Skvělá komunikace s hostitelem, na naši žádost nám poskytl Welcome card ještě před příjezdem, takže jsme ji mohli využít už při příjezdu. Děti byly nadšeny z her a hraček, které jsou v ubytování k dispozici.
• Emma (9/5): A charming and spacious Austrian chalet with stunning views, perfect for a relaxing stay! - I had a wonderful stay. The location was ideal, close to the shopping centre, Volser Badl, and easily accessible transport networks. The chalet had a charming, retro 70s vibe that made it feel incredibly cozy and welcoming. It was spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind, with almost everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher, washing machine, and all the necessary cooking items) to comfortable living areas. The place was immaculately clean, and the views of the surrounding mountains and lush greenery were stunning. A perfect home away from home for anyone visiting the area. While we had a fantastic stay, there were a couple of things worth noting. We were in Austria for a wedding, so an iron would have been useful, though I understand it's probably not a top priority for the hikers and skiers who typically stay in the area. Also, there was no air conditioning, and it did get quite warm during the summer, but I imagine that’s less of an issue during the colder months, especially with the traditional stove available to heat the house when needed.

Metzgerei nebenan sehr gute Produkte. Aufteilung der Wohnung sehr gut. Gesamt alles gut. Matratze im Kinderzimmer könnte mal erneuert werden.

Apartment is very spacious with excellent facilities and good wifi too. Local bars and shopping centres nearby we would love to stay here again, thank you.

• Margrete (10/5): 2 night stay in late November - The hospitality of the owner was excellent. The apartment felt like a home. The beds were very comfortable. We were a family of 6 and plenty of room. Separate toilet to the bathroom. We were there late November for 2 nights and it was cosy with underfloor heating. The area was quite and there was a shopping mall 4 minutes away with a variety of shops also were you could buy food and have a coffee. Bus stop across the road very convenient. There were 2 sinks in the bathroom but one sink needed attention, I'm sure the owner was not aware of it. We didn't say anything till the end of our stay as it wasn't of great concern.

Shower great, bed comfy. 5 minute walk to train station to get into city with a 7 minute train ride. Irene was lovely to deal with and would definitely use again Nothing to dislike really.

• Jonathan (10/5): Great week with the family with hiking opportunities every day. Very easy to work with the owner. - Fantastic location just outside of Innsbruck. Mall with all possible shopping, including two supermarkets, just a 3-min walk away. Bus stops just outside the apartment, and the train station is a 7-8 min walk away. Beautiful view of the mountains from the living room and kitchen. The decor is a bit dark. Lots of wood everywhere, including the ceiling. To be fair, this is traditional for the region, and it does add to the charm.

• Julia (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location! Just a 1-minute walk from the bus stop and a 15-20 minute ride to Innsbruck's main railway station. There was also a 24-hour food vending machine, which was super convenient since we arrived at night before a public holiday, when all the shops in the morning were closed. The house is very cozy, with plenty of kitchen utensils, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The view from the house is also stunning.
• Kia (10/5): Home away from home - Host was attentive and provided clear instructions to the property using public transport. Spacious home is located 20 min easy ride to the centre with 2 regular buses and train available. Large supermarket 5 min away walk which was useful to utilise the well equipped kitchen. Volser Badl outdoor swimming pool on the same street which was a perfect in the summer heat. Host kindly organised welcome cards prior to arrival to provide free public transport and discounts to multiple attractions. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed using the indoor & outdoor dining spaces. Nothing

• Anonymous (10/5): Fabulous house with wonderful staff/family, in a great location for families - The house was spacious and was very comfortable. The children’s plates were very welcome as well as the basics that were provided. The bottle of fizz was a generous, welcomed surprise. We were glad for the mosquito nets in our windows too. The location was perfect too. The outdoor swimming poor at the top of the lane was fabulous. And the bus stop into Innsbruck was just outside the house. The supermarket was a 5 minute walk, with the best Italian restaurant I’ve been to in a while. Having a soft play and trampoline park in walking distance was also perfect. The staff and family however were the ones who made the holiday. Irene and Charley’s family were super friendly and lovely. Irene couldn’t do enough to help us and using their washing machine was such a blessing. The boys gave our kiddies a tractor to ride on during our stay. So sweet. We loved this place.
