Dunstababzugshaube in der Küche: Lüftung und Licht defekt Verspätete Reaktionszeiten, weil Vermieterin im Ausland war und Tochter im Nachbarort, die sich kümmern sollte, nicht helfen konnte

• Pradeep (3/5): It was unnecessarily discomforting right from the beginning. - The property was in a great location and overall quite clean. The property manager(s) are very inconsiderate people. They didn’t share the PIN in time to enter the property and ignored our 20 calls when we called them to get it. We had to ask their neighbours for help around 10 PM in the night. Luckily they knew where they lived and that’s how complicated was just to access the property. The neighbour also told us this has happened earlier as well with some other travellers. Also, the property managers entered the property using the spare key while we were inside. The owners don’t know how to run a hospitality business and still booking.com don’t want to bar them from the platform which tells a lot how they treat their customers too.
