Etwas überrascht war ich, dass vier Tage lang das Bett nicht gemacht wurde und auch das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Für diesen Preis hätte ich doch schon erwartet. Zimmer wurde nie gereinigt und das Bett wurde nie gemacht

- Fischer (9/5): Wir kommen sicher wieder - Sehr schönes Hotel mit vielen Parkplätzen. Sehr schön und neu eingerichtet. Tolles Ambiente. Sehr nahe zur Therme in 5 min zu Fuß dort. Im Sommer wahrscheinlich noch schneller da es einen Sommer Eingang direkt neben dem Hotel gibt. Gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück. Sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Sprechen auch sehr gut deutsch. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

- LEO (8/5): Termy - Bliskość do term, pokoje duże i dźwiękoszczelne, nowocześnie urządzone, wygodne materace. Klimatyzacja nie działała zbyt dobrze, była głośna. Pracownicy mili, ale najwidoczniej zmęczeni, bo od 8:00 do 21:00 jedna osoba na recepcji i jednocześnie na śniadaniu jako kelner. Śniadania takie jak wszędzie, za mały wybór wędlin (była tylko jedna szynka) i serów, jajecznica była niejadalna. Okna dachowe powinny mieć rolety przyciemniane, od 5 rano świeciło słońce i to zaraz przy łóżku.

- László (10/5): Biztos, hogy vissza térünk még! - Nagyon tetszett a fürdő közelsége a parkolás lehetősége, nagyon finom és bőséges volt a reggeli. A legpozitívabb viszont a recepciós fiatalember volt aki nagyon barátságos és segítőkész volt mindenben! A szálláshoz félpanziót kértünk és a vacsorát a Hordó étteremben fogyasztottuk el “részben”ami a szállás partner étterme! Sajnos itt azért voltak személyzeti gondok és elég negatív volt a tapasztalatunk. Ez miatt viszont nem szeretnék negatív értékelést adni, mert a szállást értékelem és nem az éttermet de ez volt az őszinte tapasztalatunk!

- Michal (5/5): - Nic Nechápu to nadhodnocené hodnocení. Strašně tmavý pokoj v přízemí kvůli zvláštní terase. To jsme ještě neviděli, nutné svítit přes den. Nulová izolace, od vedle slyšet chrápání. Snídaně taky slabé, levné džusy, pečivo se zdálo být včerejší. Těšili jsme se domů.

Das Frühstück, vor allem Gebäck war wirklich nicht besonders. Keine frische Ware ebenso bei Marmelade oder Honig, keine Bioecke. Alles eher wie im Automatenkaffee. Zimmer werden nur auf Anfrage geputzt. Alle Sachen wie Sauna, Fernsehen kosten extra, ebenso der Parkplatz Keine Bar, kein Kinderspielzimmer, kein Aufenthaltsraum.

- Ervin András (5/5): Az ára nem állt arányban az általam tapasztalt kényelmetlenségekkel. - Szép tisztaság volt a hotelben. Jól feleszert és tágas lakosztály. Személyzet kedves volt. Közel volt a fürdőhöz ez volt az egyik fontos szempont. Nagyon hideg volt az egész hotelben. Bár a szobákban volt klíma, amit fűtésre lehetett használni, csak ideiglenesen fújt meleg levegőt, utána folyamatosan hidegre váltott. Emellett az egész épületben kellemetlenül alacsony volt a hőmérséklet. Az ágyak hasznos hossza mindössze 180 cm volt, ami számunkra problémát jelentett, mivel a feleségemmel mindketten magasabbak vagyunk ennél. Ráadásul senki sem úgy alszik, hogy teljesen a fejtámlához tolja a fejét, így valójában inkább egy 160 cm körüli ember számára lehet kényelmes. A reggeli sem volt kielégítő: a sült kolbászban például olyan nagy porc- és csontdarabok voltak, hogy szinte sercegtek a fogam alatt. Pedig egyáltalán nem vagyok válogatós, sőt inkább az ellenkezője igaz. Összességében az ár-érték arány sem volt megfelelő, a szállás ára túl magas volt a tapasztalt minőséghez képest.

- Stefanie (5/5): Direkt neben der Therme - Das Hotel war sehr sauber, Personal wirklich freundlich und bemüht. Direkt neben der Therme. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern da. Abendessen im Ort und nicht direkt im Hotel. Da wir ohne Auto angereist sind, waren wir auf die Busse vor Ort abhängig. Es gibt keine Taxis in Bük. Das Hotel war völlig ausreichend für unseren Aufenthalt. Jedoch nach Bük in die Therme werde ich nicht nochmal reisen. Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommende Therme, die Heilbecken ab 14Jahre, für Kinder wird zu wenig geboten.
