Please note that breakfast is only available for the Double Rooms. Montagne Alternative is an integral part of the hamlet of commeire with his 29 inhabitants. To take advantage of the absolute tranquility and calm we ask to our guests to do not make noise nuisance between 10pm to 7am. The parking is now limited , we encourage carpooling to reach Montagne Alternative, or best option park the car in Orsieres and then take a taxi to come to Montagne Alternative. Dogs are allowed but not in our restaurant , DOGS MUST KEPT ON A LEASH AND WASTE MUST BE PICKED UP.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Jezy (9/5): Picturesque stay to rest your mind and soul - Views were breathtaking. Place is small but has everything to enjoy your stay. Located in a small village with friendly neighbours and plenty of fresh mountain water. Breakfast was small but fresh and tasty. Thank you Vincent and the whole team for making our stay unforgettable. There was nothing not to like. However, be mindful that it’s not suitable for skiers. No washing machine room, dryer room, not even radiators. Sadly no lounge or communal room neither. We had fresh crepes only on the first day. Next two mornings no crepes, unfortunately.

Nicolas (10/5): Very cute place in a quiet mountain, staff and food were amazing - Very remote, what a view when we woke on January 1st with the snow on the mountain. Staff is very friendly, they typically don’t open to public, only for company events, but it was a very good experience. They have a long experience of tourism throughout the world. A little hard to park but kind of normal when you are remote, don’t forget anything in the valley you will Need to drive back on narrow roads.
