- Jaiswal (1/5): dont book this property ever - If I could select "0" for the rating, I would have selected that. The hotel even after confirming the booking didnt checked us in and said they have no rooms available. So be ready to stay on the road after making booking with them. This happened when I paid them booking fees in advance. I didnt even get my refund back and they didnt care. I liked nothing. Not even a single box was checked .
- Jain (1/5): Horrible Stay - When the check in time according to the hotel was 2pm. Staff said check in will be at 10pm. I waited for 2hrs, and then they gave us access to the room. Horrible service at every part, it was less of a stay and more of debate with the staff When told the payment was made and screenshots were shared their staff denied. Emails were dropped to fabexpress team. My suggestion to you guys will be, listing this hotel out of your options will be a great move, cause this one hotel will just degrade the values that you guys provide
- Devu (6/5): Pleasant - Washroom was neat Bed sheets and pillow covers were not clean asked the staff for fresh one but still had some stains. Receptionist came to room by night and asked for some code but and I showed him the booking.com details but he took my phone and filled the review by himself and when I asked about it he just stood there and handed over me the phone after submitting the review, I was in shock of what has happened. I trusted the guy with my phone because he was the receptionist of the hotel.

- Sripal (10/5): The Perfect Stay - Perfect for my one night stopover in Delhi. Had a beautiful big room, An excelent breakfast. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Toilet was a bit dirty but support staff made it perfect immediately
- Dishani (1/5): A total nightmare. - The location was the only thing I liked. The hotel has no main door or entrance. Then, the door locks don't work. And then, in the bathroom, all the taps are loose. There are no buckets, no towels, nothing. Some of the electric chords in the room are coming off. The AC is the only thing that's working. There's no arrangement for food in this place. No Wi-Fi. The lift doesn't work. Goddamn, staying here was participating in an episode of Man Vs Wild.

- Prince (2/5): Very poor - Building is in construction phase & maintenance work is going on. Please don't book this till work is completed its very disturbing for person to stay a second in a room very loud noise of machine from other rooms and floors.
