• Alena (10/5): Příjemný apartmán hned na začátku historického centra. - Příjemný apartmán se spoustou místa. Kousek od centra, ale klid. krásný výhled do údolí. Vše fungovalo tak jak bylo dohodnuto. Ideální pro poznávání okolí.

• Nathalie (4/5): - La vue depuis la chambre Pas d'accueil physique ! Pas d'explication pour le stationnement de la voiture dans le village. Peu équipé : 1 tasse alors que nous étions 2. (Logement pour 4).Idem pour les verres. 1 seule petite cuillère !!!!! Pas de linge de toilette, mais on a fini par trouver dans un meuble dans la chambre, bref on ne se sent pas attendu !!! Logement très limite en équipement et pas tres propre dans sa généralité, , on a dû faire la vaisselle avant d'utiliser la vaisselle.

• Isabela (2/5): - La location in piazza L’appartamento era da farsi congelare l’anima praticamente un igloo, il riscaldamento tramite condizionatori ci hanno messo una vita per partire, nel bagno sempre un igloo anche li , aveva solo un affarino che l’ho attacavi alla presa ma non riscaldava niente, per farsi una doccia calda potevi farla solo per 5 minuti perche finiva l’acqua calda , il boiler sgocciolava tutto sulla lavatrice, dal piano doccia usciva tutta l’acqua sul pavimento in bagno , sopra la porta di ingresso c’e un bucco che ti possono sentire tutti e tra l’altro entrava pure il freddo. Insomma gli paghi solo per la location

• Cat 123 (10/5): Loved our stay - Loved our stay. The apartment was perfectly located...very central but not loud. The view from our window was stunning. The Tuscan landscape was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped..it even had a microwave which we weren't expecting. The apartment was clean and warm - it had 2 heaters. The self check in was easy. The apartment also had wifi which was a bonus.

• Margaret (7/5): Perfectly adequate and great location for Via Francigena with amazing views. - The location on the Via Francigena pathway is perfect. Gelato shop downstairs and Italian grocery shop across the road. There was a washing machine (and washing liquid) and clothes line out the bedroom window with uninterrupted Tuscan views. Had to hunt for the pegs though which were in a bedroom draw. Other reviews pointed out the leaky shower so I was prepared for this. There was a small moka but no kettle so I had to boil water in saucepan (but the induction stove top was good). The oven has no shelves - very strange but I guess not many people use the oven. I initiated contact on the day of my arrival - most hosts have reached out to me earlier.

• Fabian (10/5): - Wir wurden freundlich in der Eisdiele neben dem Gästehaus empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und der Ausblick ist sehr schön. Am besten ist aber das Eis :) unbedingt probieren. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gut. Vielen Dank!

• Irene (8/5): Buona sistemazione in san Miniato Alto - L’appartamento è in pieno centro, facile da raggiungere e comodo per visitare San Miniato. È carino, pulito, cucina ben attrezzata, asciugamani, condizionatore funzionante e un letto comodo con armadio spazioso. A pochi minuti a piedi ci sono due parcheggi. Il wifi c'era ma funzionava male e la ricezione del telefono era scarsa. I parcheggi presentano qualche limite: quello in alto sono pochi i posti gratuiti soprattutto nei weekend e il martedì occupato dal mercato, mentre l’ascensore del parcheggio in basso nn sempre funziona.

• Manuel (10/5): Bikepackers de pas - L'apartament està al bell mig de San Miniato. Vam arribar cap a les 11 del matí i vam demanar si hi havia possibilitat d'entrar abans. El propietari ens va dir que cap problema, que el netejava mentre esmorzàvem. Va ser molt amable. Les vistes també eren espectaculars amb el paisatge típic toscà de fons. A més a mes disposa de rentadora, la qual cosa ens va venir molt bé ja que viatgem amb bici amb la roba justa i vam poder rentar-lo tot. Per dir alguna cosa, la plaça estava en obres.
• Elisa Farchica (7/5): - Posizione ottima L'appartamento sembra essere il recupero di un magazzino trasformato in modo funzionale , il bagno avrebbe necessità di nuovi sanitari e un box doccia e di una ventilazione più potente, dato che in tutta la casa è presente una piccola finestra in fondo alla casa, si tratta di un appartamento lungo e stretto, forse un accorgimento in più alla pulizia.

• Karen (9/5): Wonderful comfortable stay in central location with lovely view - Very clean. Had everything I needed. Great view from bedroom window. Responsive host. Close to everything. Comfy bed. Aircon/heater in bedroom. Nice and quiet. I had no issues. As others have mentioned the shower is on the smaller side and afterwards there is water on the bathroom floor but I didn’t find this a problem. There were plenty of towels.

• Tereza (9/5): Superb - Great location in the middle of San Miniato, comfortable appartement, great view, nice kitchen with anything you may need. Very comfy bed with warm sheets. We visited in the middle of March and it was pretty cold in the appartement, no working heating available. Also we couldn't lock the main door for the night as the key didn't fit properly from the inside, it was a little disturbing.

It has two aircons, a very handy washing machine, and various kitchen bits. Very comfy bed. We would gladly come back here and stay longer. All was fine.

• Amanda (4/5): Although the location was great, the apartment was stuffy, the linen wasn’t clean and fresh, It definitely was good valu - Just the location and the ‘small’ view over Tuscany The lay-out of the apartment is bad. The furniture, linen and towelling should have been replaced a long time ago. The apartment was ‘stuffy’ and I’m not sure that the linen was washed.

• Mark (10/5): The apartment with everything. - the apartment had everything, washer, clothesline, iron, nice big bathroom, seperate lounge room . gelato shop next door, right in the heart of a beautiful small quiet village . restaurants in the same street. Owner was very nice and let us check in early. it was a fantastic break after a week or so in the big cities. it had an amazing view over Tuscany nothing, I wish all our stays could be like this

• Karen (10/5): Our stay at Camilla was fantastic. The manager of the property also manages a gelato shop next to the apartment. - we loved everything about this place. The view was fantastic. it had a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. And the host had coffee, tea and yummy pastry. Although he doesn’t speak English he was very nice and even helped us snag a taxi on a Sunday. The shower was small where the curtains rubbed against my legs
