Nuestra habitación de 3 concretamente se hacía un poco pequeña en ocasiones pero tampoco resultó un gran problema. Y la ducha a veces se salía el agua.

• Lily (10/5): For the price we paid for 4 people the hotel is exceptionally great and exceeding my expectation. The communication also - The location is so convenient to go anywhere. Close to Termini and restaurants. The bathroom layout a bit odd but it is fully functional, hot water also good.

• Rachael (5/5): - We were in a corner room and the view was great but the room was very run down. The curtains were filthy, full of dust and stained with blood (?), the walls were chipped, scratched and dirty. The kitchen area outside the room stank so that every time you came into the accommodation there was a terrible odour. There was a dangerous and strange ledge in the room that would be challenging for parents with small kids. The windows didn’t shut and there were gaps in them and the noise from the basilica and very busy road was relentless. Whilst convenient to the main train station, it’s 30 min walk to Colosseum and 50 mins to Vatican. Trains and buses are close by. I’ve stayed at much nicer places for this price range in Italy. if you’re prepared for mould, run down conditions and very noisy than you will be okay here. Attached are photos of the bed head which was very unpleasant - people’s heads have worn down the fabric over the years and the broken down material is quite off putting. There were no issues with communication.

Prosiliśmy o jakąś zasłonkę niestety przez 5 dni nie udało się nic zorganizować

La ducha se salía el agua y no hubo intención de venir a arreglarlo (aunque nos dieron toallas para el agua que se salía). La insonorización de la habitación era mala y se escuchaba todo de la habitación de al lado, que estuvieron hasta altas horas de la mañana haciendo ruido y hablando muy alto. Para dejar las maletas te ofrecen dejarlas en la recepción pero no hay personal de recepción por lo que no hay seguridad alguna.

In zona presenti tanti ristoranti. Struttura accogliente, referenti disponibili e facilmente rintracciabili. Utile la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo aver lasciato la stanza. Mancanza in stanza del bollitore, presente nell'elenco delle dotazioni della camera. Presente comunque un microonde nell'area comune. Qualche attaccapanni in più nell'armadio sarebbe stato gradito.

• Luminik (8/5): Good stay, with some issues - - good location, close to Termini train station, just opposite the Santa Maria Maggiore Church and within walking distance of the Museum of Illusions - small boutiques/convenience stores/small supermarkets/places to eat close by - spacious rooms - hot water - coffee and kitchenette available - great additional assistance through WhatsApp from the staff regarding any activities one might have wished for while staying in Rome - staff was also helpful in solving an issue with the payment link for the city tax - easy check-in - small LEDs sticking out of the floor, unsecured, or holes in the floor due to missing LEDs in the hallway. - (unfinished?) renovation in the bathroom, with water pipes sticking out of the walls - the shower head did not function properly - heating unit didn't work properly, so it was very cold, especially on the first night. When I notified the staff about it and asked them to check it out, my request was completely ignored, although the communication with them until then had been very good Overall, room 1 (Family room) was a 7 out of 10, rooms 2 and 3 (triple and quadruple), were 9-10 out of 10. If not for these shortcomings, it would have been a great stay - 2 out of 3 families in our group would stay here again.

• Ana (5/5): Solo se salva la ubicación - Sin duda, lo mejor que tiene es la ubicación. Cuando llegamos, la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, en concreto el baño. Dudamos también de que las sábanas estuviesen del todo limpias. Cuando hicieron la limpieza a mitad de la estancia (era de 6 días) sí notamos una mejoría. La supuesta recepción 24 horas vía WhatsApp es inexistente. El día que hicieron la limpieza se les olvidó ponernos las toallas limpias y cuando llegamos, nos encontramos cinco personas sin toallas. Por más que llamé y escribí al número de teléfono que me facilitaron, no recibí respuesta hasta las diez de la mañana del día siguiente, y eran las once de la noche cuando se produjo la incidencia. Al final, tuvimos que buscar en los cajones de una recepción inexistente, como si fuésemos ladrones, hasta dar con una llave con la que pudimos abrir un armario que, por suerte, tenía toallas. Si hubiésemos tenido una urgencia, ¿quién nos hubiese atendido? Las camas individuales eran tremendamente incómodas. Solo había cinco perchas, para cinco personas que nos quedábamos.

• Fernanda (1/5): SCAM! NO HOT WATER and NO REFUN - We arrived late on Saturday night at the accommodation and when we try to take a shower the hot water wasn't working. I text the manager complaining about it but because of the hour I didn't received any reply. The next morning, the manager texted me saying that since it was Sunday they didn't have anyone avalible to fix the boiler. On monday they send someone to fix it during the day, but we still didn't have hot water. Since I was with my parents and they are over 70 we decided to leave the accommodation. We inform the manager about the situation, and he said he was going to refund me for the days that I wasn't going to stay, plus the city taxes. I have been trying contact with them asking for the refund but with no success and Booking.com doesn't do anything because they need the property to inform the amount to refund me.

We will definitely go back if we go to Rome. The coordinating staff was very responsive and helpful Wi-Fi connection is very low to the room. Incase you want to use the Wi-Fi without any interruption, Then I had to go to the common area. That's the only downside. If not they stay was very good

The WiFi never worked. There room description states there is a coffee maker in the room, but it's actually located in a common area. There is no microwave in the common kitchen area, which would have been helpful.

We would definitely bring the kids back here again. - The location was perfect and so easy to get to, we stored our luggage in a local shop just down the road. The staff were very helpful and polite and communication with the owner was great. We actually really enjoyed the way of entrance to the property, my kids saw it as an adventure everytime we came back to the apartment. The gap under the window with a steep step down could do with a gate or something around it, though we just filled the gap with our cases to stop our toddler falling down it.

I ragazzi della reception sono stati molto gentili nei nostri confronti. Purtroppo però abbiamo atteso due giorni una telefonata o risposta da parte del titolare che non abbiamo mai sentito. Quando abbiamo richiamato per risolvere il problema siamo riusciti ad ottenere un rimborso totale fortunatamente, ma il titolare non è mai stato presente

Gångavstånd till Roms mest populära sevärdigheter. Vi upplevde det som ett tryggt område. Det enda minuset var att det var lite ljud från festande på natten mellan fredagen och lördagen då det var party i närheten. Det slutade vid kl 01 dock. Övriga nätter var det tyst och lugnt.

I don't advise to use the Airport to pick up service. Only if you want security that you will get to the apartments. Contact them on what's app to find out where the front door is. Its not obvious and the driver doesn't know!

• Laure (8/5): Centraal gelegen goed geprijsde kamer. - Centraal gelegen op amper 5 à 10 minuten wandelen van het centraal station waar ook bussen vertrekken naar beide luchthavens. Van dezelfde plaats vertrekken ook verschillende metrolijnen en er is een busstop in de straat van het hotel. Wij hebben echter veel te voet gedaan. 20 minuten stappen naar Trevi bijvoorbeeld. Mooi uitzicht vanuit onze kamer. Gratis koffie beschikbaar in de centrale hal van het appartement. Er is een kitchenette ter beschikking en een supermarkt aan de overkant van de straat. De kamer was gehorig naar de buren toe. Er zat een (afgesloten) deur in onze kamer langs waar we eigenlijk elke conversatie van onze buren konden horen. Misschien zou het beter zijn deze effectief af te sluiten. Er was ook wat lawaai van de straatzijde maar daar hadden wij niet zo veel last van.

• Rose (10/5): Great stay in a perfect location. Highly recommended! - Had a fantastic stay! The location was absolutely perfect!! just a short walk to many of Rome's main attractions, with the Colosseum practically around the corner. The neighborhood felt safe and had plenty of great cafes, restaurants, Supermarket and shops nearby. As it's located in the city center, there was some vehicle noise at times, but that's to be expected in such a central location and honestly, was out exploring most of the day, so it didn’t affect much. The apartment itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was very spacious and the view from the window overlooking the square was so beautiful.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive,they were helpful and easy to reach throughout the visit. Truly enjoyed the time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended! All good
