• Izabela (10/5): Wonderful stay! Highly recommended! - I had a lovely stay at this place! The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need: fresh towels, dishes, a clothes drying rack, toiletries, a TV, AC, and a kitchenette, etc. A huge plus for the blackout curtains, which made sleeping at night exceptionally comfortable. The location is perfect – a quiet, peaceful corner, yet incredibly close to the beach, the Old Town, grocery stores, and the main bus station. The owner is an amazing, helpful person who speaks perfect English. He gave me great recommendations for places to visit, helped organize a trip, and was always up for a friendly chat. It turns out that the room is even regularly cleaned during the stay (towels replaced, trash taken out, and dishes washed) – which was a fantastic surprise, though I wish I had known earlier! 🤣 I highly recommend this place to anyone. I would definitely stay here again!

• Ellen (10/5): We enjoyed our stay, and Mr Constantinos is very helpful and friendly. - We like the location, and there is parking in front of Constantinos studios. A bit far to walk to the bus station, but okay if you have a car.

La cuisine manque un peu d’ustensiles mais on arrive à se débrouiller pour réchauffer ces plats. Je reviendrais sans hésiter. Merci rien

• Jennifer (9/5): Agréable séjour ! - Le gérant était très accueillant et nous a donné de bon conseils de visite (il parle très bien anglais et français). Le logement était grand, propre et proche du centre (15 minutes à pied). Il manquait peut être un peu d’ustensiles de cuisine.

La proximité de la plage au logement et les différents commerces dans les environs dans une zone calme ont été des points positifs. Le logement bien que rustique disposait de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un séjour. J’ai apprécié mon séjour et je recommande pleinement cette structure. D’ailleurs, excellent rapport qualité-prix, j’y revindrait probablement.

• Arjen (6/5): Functional and economic appartment close to the beach withy nice balcony. - This property must be great in Summer as it has a nice balcony, and it also is economically priced. However, I was here when the weather was not that excellent. The first impression was not great. It is not so much the room as how it is laid out. This means the kitchen area was cramped. The location was good because it was easy to park only 20 minutes walking to the old centre and very close to many restaurants and the beach. The bathroom and kitchen made you feel a bit uncomfortable as everything was cramped. The furniture looked dated, but I actually slept well. I was travelling alone so I managed, but if I would have travelled here accompanied, I would have been reprimanded for my choice.

• Ana (9/5): - Great location! Less than 100m from the beach, near the city center, good restaurants and bakeries nearby. The place was clean and Constantinos was nice. There is no shower, but a douche that doesn’t fix in the wall, so it’s hard to take a proper shower.

Balconcino. Non facile da trovare in quanto l'insegna è vecchia ed obsoleta per tanto non facile da vedere. Seguendo le indicazioni del proprietario ho sollevato la levetta dal pannello a muro ed atteso 5 minuti per l'arrivo dell'acqua calda ma dopo un quarto d'ora nulla. Per avere dell'acqua tiepida ho dovuto aspettare mezz'ora. Per avere la connessione wi-fi, ero costretta ad uscire dalla camera ed andare sulle scale. Ho contattato il proprietario il quale mi ha dato nuove credenziali. Sono uscita per la cena ed al rientro, a sera tarda mi sono connessa. Peccato che per vedere un video di 9 minuti ce ne sono voluti 40, ho rinunciato.....domanda: è onesto pagare per un servizio del quale non si usufruisce? Al mattino vado per aprire la tenda e la barra di ferro con tutta la pesante tenda mi cade in testa/faccia. I fermi erano logori, vecchi, rotti, in una parola: inutilizzabili. MI sono chiesta: se sotto ci fosse stato un bambino?

• Dominique (10/5): Super séjour à La Canée - Ce studio est parfaitement situé pour aller visiter La Canée à pied. Il est aussi tout près de la plage pour la baignade et des serviettes sont gentiment proposées pour la baignade. Il est très propre et très bien équipé, tout le nécessaire est là pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou un repas. Nous avons même eu la chance d'avoir une petite terrasse ! Le quartier est très calme et il est facile de se garer dans les rues adjacentes. Il y a un supermarché à proximité, rue Kissamou, ce qui est très pratique. Notre hôte nous a conseillé des visites incontournables et de bonnes adresses pour manger, il a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer dans un français parfait ! Nous y avons passé 3 nuits et sommes ravis de notre séjour. Rien

• Joan (8/5): Happy, basic inexpensive beach place. - Location close to the beach with a lovely 25 min walk along the sea into town. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. The host was friendly and there are even beach towels to borrow. The balcony was huge and very pleasant to have breakfast on. Large comfy bed. Strangely to a British person, there were no bedclothes. Just a bottom sheet and a folded top sheet which hardly covered the bed. No TV reception and poor wifi but this didn’t bother me unduly.
• Thomas (1/5): Η χειρότερη εμπειρία διαμονής που είχα ποτέ - Δυστυχώς, το κατάλυμα δεν ανταποκρίνεται καθόλου στις φωτογραφίες ή στην περιγραφή. Ο χώρος ήταν παλιός και βρώμικος , η τουαλέτα σε άθλια κατάσταση με βρώμικες κουρτίνες. Τα παντζούρια στο υπνοδωμάτιο ήταν σπασμένα. Το πρώτο κιόλας βράδυ υπέστην τσιμπήματα (πιθανότατα από κοριούς), και έφυγα το επόμενο πρωί για λόγους υγιεινής και ασφάλειας. Δεν υπήρχε κανείς στο κατάλυμα για να απευθυνθώ. Πραγματικά απογοητευτική εμπειρία που μου χάλασε τις διακοπές και τη διάθεση. Δεν θα το πρότεινα σε κανέναν.

Je recommande vivement Tout s'est très bien passé. Pas de parking, mais on peut stationner dans les rues avoisinantes.

The owner is helpful and I really like how he has beach towels prepared separately on the lower level. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. The bathroom is a little old and rusty, so it would require some rennovation
