• Singh (1/5): really disappointing stay, it was impossible to sleep in that room so had to book another hotel - Nothing at all. The property was at a peaceful, secluded place but apart from that, nothing was really good. The room was extremely dirty. Upon entering, there was a strange smell of fungus molds and the room looked really shady. The bedsheet was really dirty and you could tell just by seeing that it wasnt washed for weeks. Same case was with the blanket, you have to reconsider before using it cause it stink so bad. The bed was made out of metal and it made annoying sound just by sitting on it and the mattress was terribly stiff. There was no soap, toiletries, towel provided and water supply was also not there in the afternoon. Due to these reason, we were really disappointed and had to leave the property early and book a new hotel because staying there would mean gambling with our health.
• Simran (1/5): - The room was very small and the bathroom was only as big as a cupboard the staff was not helpful or courteous refused to keep more than single water in a common fridge in goas hot weather , didn't have forks the pillows smelled the bedsheets smelled and stained all in all it was the most regrettable decision staying there and finally cherry on top they threatened to cancel our reservation if we didn't pay advance , i sincerely request you as a customer to remove this horrible property from your website if you want to make a good impression on your users because it's just going to bring your name down worst experience anyone can have in a tourist place .

• KAMAL (1/5): Pathetic - Nothing was likeable The room was too small and congested , At first they gave us a room on the 2nd floor where it was so hot due to unavailability of the AC then we requested for other room then they shifted us to a room on the 1st floor which was smaller than the previous one, there was a single 9 watt bulb in the room for lighting and nothing else. The bedsheet and blanket were cheap and the mattress was of very low quality and stiff. There was barely any space in the bathroom to stand also there was only hand shower. When I didn't like the rooms I asked for refund which the hotel denied and I had no other choice than staying in this low class room. Please don't go here by looking at the images the rooms are not worth the price, these rooms' worth are less than ₹1000 for which they are charging 3k to 6k

• Basing (5/5): Overall good experience, kitchens to be provided with required basic utensils/dishes. - Location was good, homestay assistant guys were helpful. Liked their open terrace. Flexible staff. Ventilation issue. There was only one window which opened towards the corridor and had no bars or railings for which could not leave it open due to security issues. Since kitchen with induction was provided for guests to facilitate cooking, one should also keep utensils and dishes along. Had to request and go back to ask for each utensil/dishes. It should be readily kept.

• Vincent (9/5): Superb - Spacious, very clean and well cared for accommodation. The accomodation is well located in the green, but not on the sea side of the village but on the inland side. So it is advised to rent a bike or a motorcycle (both easy and cheap in Benaulim) if you want to go the beach more often.

All property is very nice but long distance of beach, As per booking we booked two nights, But they provided one night stay.
• Sheena (7/5): Nice place, once you get there. Staff were good. Beach was nice with good restaurants - stay there. - There was no breakfast. It was 1.5 hours and a very expensive taxi ride (no option) from the airport to the middle of nowhere! A shop and OK restaurant 15 mins walk away but 45 minutes walk to the village and beach. Owner kept nagging me by email beforehand to PROVE that I wouldn't cancel! I had to hire a private driver for a day to see interesting places and again back to the airport. My mistake - I didn't expect to be dropped in the middle of the jungle! I unplugged the fridge at night to get some peace.

• Vincent (9/5): Beautiful peaceful accomodation - Nice, comfortabel en very clean rooms. The whole guesthouse is very good taken care of and the staff also takes good care of the customers. The location of the guesthouse is good in a peaceful and green environment. It is however a bit of a walk to village center (15 min) and to the sea(30 min). Good alternatives are renting a bike (200Rp s day) or a scooter 500-600 Rp a day.

• Sibren (6/5): Okayish stay near Benaulim. - The hotel is in a silent location I booked a studio but it better not to call it like that. The room was very small, no hooks to hang clothes, small bathroom, and in a studio you expect at least a possibility to cook and a fridge. But the staff member allowed me to store some milk in his fridge so that was nice. It is in a quiet location but quite by walk it is far from Benaulim town and the beach.

And the location was little bit far from beach (2km), there is need to borrowing bike. That’s not their fault but we have a lot of ants in our room showing up all the time.
