• James (8/5): Great winter break in Puerto del Carmen - Nice gated community, very clean and safe. Never got to try the pool as too cold at this time of year but looked fantastic. Apartment was as described and did not disappoint. Nothing, all good and great value

• Frank (8/5): Family of 4 - The apartment was very spacious and clean. Owner was very helpful air-condition wasn't working so came out that evening for us. Beds was comfy stayed for 2 weeks and brought clean bedding after 1st week. Washing machine and large bathroom very quiet complex. Definitely more pros than cons for this accommodation and would stay again. Also had some goodies in fridge for our arrival which was very nice with late flight. Pool area kept clean and tidy Mentions in advert there is an oven but it a microwave oven had 2 teenagers who wanted pizzas etc so had eat out every evening. Could do with more glasses to drink from. Little outdated but that didn't bother us like mentioned was spacious and felt at home..

• Angela (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location! - Lovely apartment in a quiet gated complex but only a 5 minute walk from bars and restaurants, a 10 minute walk from the harbour area and Playa Chica beach. The apartment was immaculate with everything you need for your stay. Very comfy beds and a spacious patio at the front of the apartment. The on site pool is fantastic with beds and umbrellas provided. My daugher and I would love to return! Honestly cannot find fault with anything.

Great to have washing machine etc.Location is ok when eventually found,about 10 mins walk to port area. It was very difficult to find as neither a sign for No.11 or name 'Apt Carlota' were on gate or wall.We walked for an hour in the rain looking for it. Quality of towels and bath mat is quite poor.It would have been good to be supplied with some detergent.Better quality matresses are needed.
