• Natalia (10/5): Exceptional stay in a very comfortable and well-organized apartment with a caring and responsive host who made everythin - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very excellent apartments with outstanding organization and attention to detail. Great location — convenient both to the train station and the city center, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very clean, cozy, and truly well equipped — it is clear that everything has been thoughtfully arranged for guests’ comfort. A special mention goes to the host: always available, very quick to respond, and genuinely ready to help in any situation. It felt as if someone very attentive and caring — like a close person who knows you well — had thought of everything in advance and made sure you feel completely comfortable every minute of your stay. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back again.
• KATSURA (9/5): Perfect stay with the help of Lucia - Location. Only a few minutes from Central Station, easy walking to the city center, tourist spots, restaurants, cafes, etc. Room very spacious, very well equipped. Above all Lucia was super. It’s their policy to welcome the guest in person, and to give the key and make sure everything is fine. I really appreciate it because it is always stressful to find the key, sneak into the building etc alone. I could always reach her and she showed up to solve the problem in time. Thank you so much Lucia!! I recommend! Nothing!

• Leanne (9/5): Well appointed apartment - A very well appointed apartment with all the modern facilities, with a large fridge/freezer and washing machine with all you needed supplied. An easy 10 minute from the train station and 15 minute walk to Verona Arena and was in a quiet safe area.

• laura (8/5): - La struttura è vicinissima al centro e alla stazione ferroviaria. L’appartamento è dotato di lavatrice a disposizione degli ospiti L’appartamento nel complesso è carino, ma purtroppo la cucina ha lasciato a desiderare. Ho trovato sporco vecchio su alcune superfici e mancava una base minima di spezie (come olio, sale, pepe, zucchero) , che a mio avviso dovrebbe essere prevista, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato e il fatto che la cucina viene messa a disposizione degli ospiti. La macchinetta del caffè è difettosa quindi inutilizzabile, C’era una lavastoviglie, ma senza detersivo: un dettaglio apparentemente piccolo, ma che fa davvero la differenza per chi soggiorna anche solo pochi giorni.
• LINA (10/5): UN SOGGIORNO MERAVIGLIOSO - L'appartamento ristrutturato con cura nei particolari, dotato di tutto il necessario anche per un lungo periodo. La comoda posizione permette di raggiungere l'Arena in 10 minuti a piedi. Sotto la casa si trova un valido Bar per la colazione e pranzo. Si trova anche il parcheggio pubblico nelle vicinanze! L'accoglienza di Arianna è stata fondamentale e preziosa per alcuni piccoli problemi personali!!! Torneremo volentieri un altra volta! Da mettere il grasso alla porta del bagno (scricchiola troppo).
• Daniela (10/5): Чудесно място за настаняване във Верона - Апартамента е с отлично местоположение, на пешеходно разстояние от всички забележителности в историческия център на Верона. Стаите и банята за просторни и удобни. Със сигурност бих отседнала тук отново. Дребни детайли, като например някакъв рафт или шкаф за поставяне на куфара , както и няколко закачалки в банята.
• Francisco Fernando (8/5): Agradable y bien ubicado - Muy buena bienvenida y recepcion de anfitriona, nos entregó de todo para poder estar comodos. El lugar estaba muy bien y se podia llegar caminando al centro histórico y a la estación de trenes. El sillon cama era demasiado incomodo para dormir y el AC no funcionaba en el salón. Es algo que puede hacer de este lugar mucho mejor.

• Giorgia (10/5): Ci tornerei sicuramente - Appartamento in posizione strategica soprattutto per chi viene a Verona con il treno.... vicinissimo alla stazione ed in pochi minuti a piedi si gira benissimo tutto il centro.....pulito e la proprietaria una persona gentilissima e disponibile....ci tornerei!! Se proprio devo fare un appunto, cambierei il divano letto, abbastanza scomodo

• Ana Maria (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena. Tiene menaje suficiente en la cocina. En general, el sitio está bien. A la hora de poner peros diré que el sofá cama no era cómodo y crujía cada vez que alguno de los niños se movía y que las sábanas de las camas eran muy ásperas.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado y el edificio es tranquilo. Hay supermercados cerca para comprar. Y si has alquilado un coche con Europcar, la oficina está a 2 min andando

• Gergina (10/5): Beautiful apartment in amazing Verona - Our stay here was perfect! This is an apartment that has all the amenities and that, upon arrival, seems to say "I am just for you!". Everything that is provided for guests is designed so that they have no worries and can enjoy their time in the amazingly beautiful Verona. The location is great, everything is within walking distance, but for guests who have more difficulty moving around, there is a stop opposite the building the apartment is in. Verona is a place where you don't feel the distances, even if you have to walk more, because there is always something wonderful for your eyes to discover. I would also like to note the exceptional courtesy of our hosts, especially Arianna, who welcomed us, gave us important instructions and valuable advice. A wonderful, wonderful place, which I would stay at again when I have the opportunity to visit Verona I don't see what could be better than what we had.

Quiet for sl - Convenient location to the train station as well as to the Arena area and restaurants. It was spacious and had everything we needed.It was very quiet for sleeping at night. Very good communication with the host and she was very accommodating to our needs/requests. It was,t cleaned as good as it could have been, and the shower drain was clogged, however as soon as this was mentioned to the host/property manager it was fixed within the hour.

• Robert (6/5): Pleasant - Great host and great location. The apt was clean and nice. There is a low variation noise constantly on which was really annoying at night but it's only for me not my partner. But the bed was too soft and my partners back hurts after several nights of stays.

• Gabrielle (8/5): Very good - Location was ok , as between train station and old town Beds were uncomfortable, particularly sofa bed as squeaked when you moved. Pillows , only one per person and no spare pillows for those that like two . Hot water ran out in shower ( 4persons staying) .
• Debra (9/5): Good choice for a stopover. - Excellent location just 10 minutes walk from Porta Nuova stazione and 10 minutes walk to Piazza Bra and the Arena. We were able to get bus 162 from Bardolino where we had been staying to the bus stop right outside this apartment. Apartment was nicely furnished and was a comfortable stay. The bedroom was spacious and our daughter said the sofa bed was ok for a short stay. Ariana kindly allowed us to stay beyond the normal checkout time as our flight was not until late afternoon. It was much appreciated. No negatives to report.
• Gabrielė (5/5): We would definetely would not stay here again. - The location is good — just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. The apartment is in serious need of both proper cleaning and basic maintenance. It’s clear that regular upkeep hasn’t been done in quite some time. The dirt and grime were not from just a day or two it was deeply set, suggesting the place hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned for a long period. The stains were everywhere, kitchen countertop, kitchen CEILING, bathroom etc. Walls dirty and cracked. The kitchen countertop was greasy and had crumbs in the corners, the walls were stained, and the coffee machine didn’t work. Most of the electrical outlets were broken as well. While many reviews described the apartment as clean and well-kept, our experience was quite the opposite — we were very disappointed with the level of hygiene and the overall condition of the space. We were lucky to have brought our own slippers, as it would have been uncomfortable to walk around barefoot. Considering the rather high price and the generally positive reviews, our expectations were not met at all.
• Panosperg21 (9/5): Superb - The hostess was great. And the apartment was really close to the train station and five minutes walk from the centre. In really quite area, with everything that someone will need for a perfect stay. Maybe the cleaning lady could hove done better job , specially at the balcony. But it was great overall.

• Anna (9/5): Excellent two day stay in Verona in a convenient and well-appointed apartment. - Excellent location for for those arriving by train, and within walking distance of city centre / main part of town. Arianna was a fantastic host - super nice and sharing recommendations. The apartment was nice and with a balcony. Air conditioning struggled a bit in the hot weather but was manageable.

• Rachel (10/5): Perfect for a city break - Easy 10 minute walk to both the station and to the old town centre. The sound insulation was superb, you would have no idea it was in a city, wonderfully quiet and very secure. The host was lovely. She communicated well before the day and she met us early to coincide with our train time, she also allowed us to keep our luggage there safely until we needed to leave for our flight. The flat was clean and spacious and had everything you need. Would definitely recommend. Whilst the air conditioning made it far more comfortable than the outside temperatures of 33 degrees, it did struggle to get below 24 degrees.

Comfortable bed and I loved the little balcony for my morning coffee and my evening glass of wine in the sun. Supermarket very nearby and just a short walk to the Arena and all the Piazza Bra with lots of restaurants and bars. Arianna a super host with very good communication and seems like a lovely person. Would highly recommend her lovely apartment. Nothing at all, no fault to find.

Lunch place a few steps away. Bars 2 minutes away. PAM supermarket a few minutes away. Bakery in the same building complex. Well equipped and comfortable. Big lift. Nice balcony. Great shower. Bed a bit low and soft for me. Needs side tables in lounge

Apartment is clean, big, and located within walking distance of the best parts of Verona The AC didn't work very well and it was very hot in August. We managed but would have fans as well as AC for the very hot days when getting apartment cold is nearly impossible.
• Marharytach (10/5): Nice stay - The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you may need (in the kitchen, bathroom etc) during your stay. Arianna is really friendly and helpful, she met us as soon as we arrived and explained everything about the apartment and surroundings. I'd like to also admit the fact that she was always available to answer any questions we had during our stay. Location of apartment is good - you can easily go from there to railway station and city center, also there is a bus stop right in front of the building in case you need it. Would be happy to stay here again during my next visit to Verona. It was a bit cold inside, but it's something quite common for all Italian apartments.

I have stayed in apartments in various p - I liked that we had two separate rooms so that when my husband got sick I could stay away from him somewhat. The kitchen did not have enough tools to really cook a nice meal. We had an ALDIs nearby and had I had what I needed it would have been possible. The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was springy. We had our most uncomfortable sleep of the whole trip the nights we stayed there. It was not awful but also not as good as we would have expected.

Apartment was on second floor but there was a lift so no problem. Everything looked very modern and clean, electric shutters on the windows, lovely furniture, lots of storage place, gorgeous bathroom and large shower. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. This was such a great apartment that difficult to think of anything we didn't like. We were only staying 2 nights and wished very much that we were staying longer. It was about a 10 minute walk or so into the centre which we were aware of when booking but pleasant walk in.

Nice and handy between the train station and the city centre. Short walk either way. Everything needed was there. Euro Spar close by for grocery shopping. Was all good.
