- Emilia (6/5): Good location and clean apartment. Contact with the host and instructions on facilities incl. WiFi are non existing. - Good location. Very clean. Lack of any basic instructions on the operation of the facilities which would be helpful as the interior is very outdated. The biggest turn off was lack of WiFi (/ instructions how to connect) which according to Booking.com is present at the location. It was needed as the reception was not perfect and my mobile data was not working. I tried to reach the host through messages and calls - no response.
- Astrid (6/5): Prijs kwaliteit prima. Echte jaren 70 studio - Een echte jaren 70 studio. De dekbedovertrekken mochten wel eens vernieuwd worden. Alles was wel goed schoon en aan alles is gedacht aan keukengerei etc. Naast 2 bedden kan je de bank ombouwen tot een bedbank voor 2 personen. Er hingen wat deurtjes los Na contact met de verhuurder krijg je antwoord waar je de sleutel kan ontvangen. Dat duurde bij aankomst even voordat we naar binnen konden. Een extra topper om op de bedbank te leggen is aan te bevelen

Be Aware! - In the week before Arrival - NO - contact - sended several Messages - for changing arrival time On arrival on the parking Lot - NO - contact - sended several Messages , called 8 times in 90 minutes, sended several Whatsapp messeages. On arrival called Booking.Com - ALso Booking was unable to contact - NO - On advice Booking I had to book something else MYSELF.. Booking is 'innocence' (they say themselve) and adherence to rules - 8th December (arrival on 14) I allready sended booking a message is this accomadation "Safe" because it is new... They Said "If something goes wrong, we are always ready to intervene and ensure you have a good experience." well... @this point, it's far FAR from a compensation, I had to book something else with smal kids on the 14th..
