- vivian (3/5): Strange stay in Rotherham - Host communication was good We came to Gulliver’s Valley for weekend stay with young children
Place is smelly and not so clean
Structurally- It’s all a bit wonky-something wrong with the floors, I can feel a tilt esp on ground floor
Conservatory got a really strange smell
Beds were also uneven
Only 1 toilet in the property and the toilet seat wasn’t secure on the toilet! My children fell off and hurt herself
Door was loud and slammy to the loft
Random stuff in the kitchen cupboard (trying to find a knife!)
Main oven is not operable
Random gambling machine in the lounge!

- Nettydonovan (8/5): Great for a large family or a group who dont mind sharing bed rooms - The property was enormous had loads of beds could sleep up to 11 people great for a big group who do not mind sharing a room One room was big could sleep up to 5 people had two double beds and a single. Another room had 3 single beds. The other two rooms was a single and a double. Perfect for our group if everyone stayed, but our hockey team did not make it to the next round, so they did not stay. The game room was great played pool. Was clean beds were comfortable communication with host was great.
- Danny (5/5): cobwebs everywhere not very clean - not much was very dirty and heating was cery noisy
- Charlotte (6/5): NA - Friendly host. Liked the privacy. Pool table was good and it was very spacious Cleanliness was poor and it spelt like damp. Parking wasn't great but out of their control

- Melanie (10/5): Great place, lovely stay - The house was a home from home, lovely, spacious and spotless! Ideal for getting to the football stadium and also local shops and places. Host was very communicative and we will definitely book again. N/A
- REBECCA (10/5): Contacting the owner for the keys was easy and straightforward - I loved the size of the house and there were a lot of beds which was an added bonus if you have a large family
It was clean and tidy
Loved the amount of games and pool table and football table would definitely recommend and use again Didn’t like the rocking horse but some people will just my opinion but overall fantastic house

- Sufian (1/5): It was a triple night we go to anther hotel we didn't stay - it was a big place with one bath only without water we didn't stay
We called the owner & he didnt make any help or reaction
- Manoj (10/5): - Lovely place to stay in a great location. The rooms are big and full of character. Good facilities and good value for money. Street parking is available
- Steven (6/5): Pleasant - Large enough for all of us had tea bags and things in the house Not amazingly clean floor steps everywhere not flat flooring the cooker just normal plug don't think that is super safe not enough parking nearby like the advert said
- Dujakovic (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tariro (10/5): 10/10 - It was welcoming and the place smelled so nice and fresh and the owner is lovely. Nothing the place is lovely
- Noakes (8/5): Very good -
- Veronica (7/5): Good - Good value for money, big apartment with plenty of beds Just one bathroom, needs some renovation overall but has everything you need.
- Donna (1/5): The worst property I have ever booked . - Awful!! Do not go here .
- Matt (8/5): Great value for money - Good size. Activities for kids. Clean and comfortable. Beds great. Parking. Wifi. TV and set top box. Nothing. What it lacks it more than makes up in value for money.
- Hannah (6/5): Pleasant - Loved the space we had, along with the ideal location, proximity to food and supermarkets and the ease of checking in and out. Heating was great in the cold weather, and was easy to put on. Each bedroom was clean, and had nice cosy bedding. Sufficient cooking facilities (although a frying pan would've been great) and plenty of crockery and mugs and glasses. The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we ran into a few issues. The bed situation was not as advertised - there was one dingy sofa bed on the top level rather than two sofa beds in the living room. Thankfully we had someone cancel so we didn't need them.
The shower was rather dangerous- the knobs for turning it on and off was incredibly misaligned, and it was the same situation for the temperature. I burned myself a few times trying to get the right temperature as pointing at 4 seemed to be a level 7 temperature. At one point it took 7 minutes to get a temperature which wouldn't burn my scalp. The bathroom sink kept blocking and draining slowly, so we had to keep unblocking it ourselves which isn't ideal. There was insufficient toilet roll, and bin bags so we had to get our own.
- Keyte (8/5): Great place for a large group with multiple beds in bedrooms - Spacious warm welcome gifts Top floor bedroom cold ,
- Simon (7/5): Very spacious house with games room - The property was easy to find. It was not far off the motorway. We could easily find a space to park on the street. The property was spacious and everyone could have their own bed. All the beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed using the games room. The property was very cold when we arrived. We did get the heating on and it warmed up, but it was a chilly start. The decor is a bit dated and could do with a refresh, but everything was clean and comfortable.
- Christy (9/5): Nice and comfortable - Property was lovely, a lot of space. Nice building and parking outside. Friendly staff :) Only thing I didn’t know how to work out was the heating, even though we put it up, kept going down. Upstairs was fine and was warm, just downstairs. However, this could be because I’m not sure how to use it.
- Kristin (10/5): Exceptional - there was plenty of space. nothing to dislike
- Dalitso (9/5): Comfortable, convenient - Size of property perfect for our big family overnight stay. Convenient location for us too. The lack of second toilet for a property that big. Just needs a bit of furniture updating.
- Lynn (1/5): Bad - Toilet rolls were there, fresh milk coffee and box biscuits location was fine Entrance to house I.e outside steps very very steep n uneven.house smelt musty, very dated, mismatched furniture and filthy
- Alison (9/5): Superb - Good position easy on road parking. Large house..loads of space for the 7 of us Only 1 toilet
- Nick5smith (9/5): Great property contractors will love it. - The size of the property it was enormous. Very deceptive from the outside, even though it is dated it was very clean and well presented. Great value for money for contractors and families. The parking was a bit hit and miss. But the same in many towns I work in.
