- Evelyn (8/5): Sehr schöne Familienauszeit, bei der für jeden was dabei war 😊 - Gute Lage des Hotels gerade neben der Gondelbahn, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, tolles und abwechslungsreiches Essen, super Spiel- und Betreuungsangebote für Kinder insbesondere grosse Spielhalle mit Ritterburg! Betten sind etwas unbequem, Wassertemparatur in den Schwimmbädern ist zu kalt.

- Guy (7/5): Generally ok, good for kids and location. - Very family friendly, helpful staff, great proximity to the lifts and town. Not sure it should be classed as a 4 Star hotel, really it’s 3 Star. The buffet was ok but nothing special. Hotel is large and very spread out, meaning a long walk from the bar to the restaurant or rooms. More information could be provided in English, for example menus and activities. Bedrooms and bathroom were small. Bar and restaurant areas are a bit simple, not the most comfortable or cosy.

Elke dag worden de bedden opgemaakt en schone handdoeken neergelegd. Het hotel is fantastisch. Het skigebied wat klein. Maar in een half uurtje ben je in Montafon.
- Nadja (9/5): Gerne wieder - schon alleine wegen der frischen, leckeren Mahlzeiten! - Frühstücksbuffet und Abendbuffet waren hervorragend - sehr gute Qualität, geschmackvoll, lecker und ausreichend Auswahl. Wir haben uns im Familienhotel auch als alleinreisendes Paar (ohne unsere drei erwachsenen Jungs ;) sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Das Abendbuffet wurde schon ab 17.30 Uhr (Winter) angeboten. Tolle Erfahrung für uns! Die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Bergbahn und der Talabfahrt - perfekt! In unserem Zimmer: Duschkabine statt Duschen in der Badewanne wäre für uns etwas komfortabler gewesen.

Dinerbuffet. Met name het hoofgerecht hebben we als matig ervaren. Met de aanwezige life cooking faciliteiten had men een beter en smakelijker hoofdgerecht kunnen aanbieden. Kamer was prima, hoewel een update wel nodig is. Wel heel erg (te) warm op de kamer.

Kostenfreier Parkplatz, Abendbuffet mit sehr großer Auswahl, das Frühstück auch ok. Das Premium Zimmer ist nicht mehr Zeitgemäß, hatte Jugendherbergen Stil. Hotel ist in 2 Häusern aufgeteilt durch den Weg im Hotel sehr verwinkelt und überdekoriert.

Climbing wall and balls to play. -Staff knocking to your door at 10.01 am, becuase you are 1 minute late for check out - at 3pm there is cake served in the lobby, but coffee and tea are not included -no kids pool, no hairdryiers in pool bathroom -limited SPA area & cold water in the pools -if you book it for a weekend, keep in mind that Kids Club is closed on Saturday and you are not allowed to use swimming pool area until 3pm (check in time); also lunch is not included
