- Peter (1/5): It has been my worst booking experience - It had a private laundry machine, this was the reason I chose it. Only to learn they had locked the laundry room and refused me the key They have a gas stove which inevitably set off the fire alarm. I tried to clear out hot air and increase circulation when I get a knock on the door. The landlord is accusing me of smoking in the room and also eventually of being drunk. I am a smoker but have the good sense to smoke outside. As for an alcoholic. I don't touch the stuff and found it rude to insinuate I had been drinking without even the slightest amount of proof, I asked them to call the police to perform an alcohol test and if the result was negative I would expect a reimbursement.. at this point the subject was dropped.
