• galambova (10/5): - Poloha apartmánu se nacházela ve velmi pěkné a klidné části města. Komunikace s ubytovatelem byla skvělá. Den před příjezdem poslal video jak se selfchecknout. Takže skvělé. Apartmán je patrový, opravdu veliký.V patře 3 krásné ložnice, každá s vlastní koupelnou. Měkké ručníky a toaletní potřeby.Kuchyň dobře vybavená. Supermarket v docházkové vzdálenosti. Přiletěli jsme v noci a bylo milé, že se v apartmánu svítilo a nemuseli jsme po tmě hledat vypínače.

Auunque wsta a cierta distancia del centro el servicio de autobuses de edimburgo ofrecen una wxvelente conexion con el centro en 20 mins.gran detalle que la calefaccion estuviese encendida. La cocina es completa con horno lavavajillas etc y jabon para usarlo , pero el menaje oara cocinar era escaso.

• steve (8/5): Good family accommodation - Clean and comfortable. The bedrooms and en suite’s were excellent. The oven didn’t work and a lack of kitchen utensils
• Anna-Katharina (8/5): - Lage top. Nicht weit vom Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Schöne Gegend. Ferienwohnung schön und gross. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Wohnung ist mit hellem Teppichboden ausgestattet. Dieser hat leider teilweise Flecken. In der Küche gab es keine Heizung.

• Lyudmila (8/5): Great to house to stay with family or friends - The house was lovely, offering a great range of rooms and space. It is perfect for families or friends who want a cozy place to stay. It was very easy to get to the center of the city too. We all liked our stay. Sometimes the heating was a bit low. It could've been warmer in the rooms.

• Nuria (10/5): Estancia cómoda, confortable y bien comunicada - Todo estaba limpio, las camas super comodas, la calefaccion estupenda. Y el baño en cada habitación de 10. Estaba un poco retirado del centro, pero bien comunicado con autobuses.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Felt safe, warm and homely. - Upmarket, beautiful, quiet residential area. Each bedroom had a beautifully modern en-suite, and there was a toilet downstairs. The lounge dining area were adjoined and the place was so warm and comfortable. We could have done with more glasses and mugs but not a problem, I just can’t think of anything else. Certainly wouldn’t stop us from going again.

• Spinksy8 (9/5): - Close to Edinburgh city centre. Lovely traditional accommodation in a Victorian style house. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was handy for our group. A little bit dated, also the Pillows weren't very comfortable. Apart from that can't complain.
• Syed (9/5): Excellent property, helpful host, very clean and spacious place . - Excellent place to stay with family, had all the necessary equipment and very clean and spacious, host was very helpful, informative and prompt in responding. Highly recommended for any tour or work trip stay Nothing , all good , just one bit of suggestions before winter comes - the main door bottom part in not sealed - so in winter may have cold wind come in - for us it was not an issue at n September , hence no dislike from us 😇

• Marian (9/5): We had a lovely time! Thank you to the operators! - The location and our experience was excellent! The property was nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The experience would have been even better if fans were provided in bedrooms for the hotter nights.

We made arrangements with the hosts to leave our luggage on our day of departure and arranged to collect it later today- that was a great help for us. A little out of the centre but that was ok as we just got an uber into the centre in the day time. In the evening we ate out in the area close to the property and there were loads of nice places to choose from.

• Deirdre (10/5): Exceptional - Had a fabulous few days with family. The Merchanstown was absolutely fabulous. I definitely be using it again, very central to where we needed to be. I’d give it a 10 out of10. Very clean n comfortable, and felt very safe there.
• Gaye (9/5): Superb - The house was very clean and tidy. Kitchen had all the equipment we need. They even give free tea, coffe and milk. Huge fridge-freezer. There is a dishwasher, eventhough it's small, very useful and tablets are provided. Also has a washing machine and again tablets provided.(We haven't used it) Every room had it's own toilet and shower which was very convenient. They provised soap, shampoo and shower gel and also towels. Electrical heaters provided. House was in a quiet area, car park is provided. Close to supermarkets and many restaurants in the area, ~10min walk. Bus stop is about 10min walk distance and City center is ~20min by bus. The ground floor was freezing, there was a gap between the main door and the floor, we believe that contributed this. Also the radiator im dining room was not working. The TV in the living room was not working. Pillows were chunky and unfortunately not comfortable. The main bedroom also had issues with the radiator, the room's and bathroom's radiator is not working simultaneously, you have to choose one! We belive that the radiator system needs a check up.

• Kate (9/5): Very comfortable bedrooms. - Upstairs was comfortable and warm. All 3 bedrooms were large, warm and lovely as seen on photos. En suite bathrooms were great. Bedding was lovely and beds were comfortable. Parking was easy and secure.

• J (10/5): Great value, and spacious. Quiet area to stay and avoid busy areas - Very impressed with the place. Very spacious. Warm. Good facilities. All/each rooms had access to bathroom/toilet. Clean and modern facilities. Shower worked well. Mattresses were very comfortable to the point we almost over slept on departure day😅. Cheaper than staying in city but not far out for uber Glad we chose this place Struggling to find a grumble. Although we had bath towels we didn’t see a tea towel in kitchen? Carpeted with pale coloured carpets so respectfully knowing kicked off shoes , only to find kitchen had very nice tiles but very cold compared to rest of house. A minor point but a suggestion to maybe put a mat in there ?

• Sew (8/5): We liked the property. It was very comfortable once we got the heating sorted. We enjoyed staying there nevertheless - Very spacious. All bedrooms have ensuite. The property was cold. It would have been helpful if there were instructions to turn the heating on.

It had parking facilities. it had very comfortable beds even in the twin room and spacious bedrooms. it had a very small but serviceable kitchen. no coffee machine. dining room only seated 4 people. otherwise extremely comfortable apartment
• Kim (9/5): Lovely stay and accommodation - Large very comfortable annexe. Location ideal for short commute to central attractions. Off street parking. Kitchen utensils were very few for a self- catering family, and dining table only seats four, which doesn't work for a five person family.
• Kim (8/5): Lovely character home with loads of space in a nice neighbourhood. - Great location and every bedroom had an ensuite. Needed help with operating some of the appliances but the hosts were excellent at providing the help needed in a timely manner. Beds were only reasonably comfortable.
