• GERALDO (3/5): A estrutura é boa os serviços são muito ruins!!! - Viajamos em familia, um casal e duas crianças. Reservei uma penthouse. Gostei da piscina com um toboagua, otimo para crianças (NÃO tem ralo antissucção: um risco para crianças com cabelos longos). Segurança. Na verdade não se trata de um resort no conceito tradicional, mas um condomÍnio privado onde alguns proprietários alugam suas unidades. Não há portaria 24h. É oferecido um único kit de toalhas de banho e uma unica limpeza da unidade. Adionais são combrados U$8,00 por toalha e U$35,00 por faxina. Alteração no horario do check in/out U$45,00. A proprietária não foi disponivel e POUCO confiável, não cumpria os acordos firmados, se escondendo atrás de desculpas. É realizado um deposito caução, natural, mas caso você não tenha em especie e feito uma cobrança no seu cartão e eles te reembolsam na saida em especie, ou seja, vc pagará IOF sobre esta transação. Outros locais fazem uma pré-autorização que é cancelada se tudo estiver OK, sem IOF. A limpeza deixou a desejar o terraço e a mesa externa estavam com muito pó que acabavam adentrando e sujando a casa. Numerosas e implacaveis formigas na cozinha, unico lugar seguro era a geladeira. Uma barata foi eliminada pela faxineira. Fui picado por uma abelha na sala. Sugiro uma detetização urgente. Ar condicionado apenas nos quartos. Precisam comprar mais utensilios para cozinha: insuficientes. Aos interessados, caso não tenham melhor opção, seguem abaixo uma foto com as regras da casa. Esta não recomendo.

Comfortable in every room and amazing shower and amazing views. 2 pools always open and a gym Steps to my penthouse when wet very dangerously slippery, back door of my penthouse was broken and would not open, difficult check in because we didn’t get told who to contact and as my phone is uk i couldn’t call the number provided (put the number into whatsapp and use wifi in burger king)

It was like your own home away from home. The high tech stove and microwave was tricky,we figured out the stove to cook but the microwave was like pulling hair. lol

• Roberta (7/5): worth the price, it is a safe and a quiet place but there is need of improvements - This Apartment is located in a nice neighborhood, inside of a brand-new condo of small houses - kind of those popular ones - a property well-kept and I must say it has a nice landscaping and 2 good size swimming pools. Our unit was a second floor, with balcony, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The balcony has a square table and 4 chairs - patio furniture. The location was ideal to us, easy access to supermarket, restaurants and malls and at the same time it is a quiet place - we were awakened with the pleasure of hearing many different birds singing early in the morning. It is most of all a place ideal for families and most of all it is safe. The apartment has plenty of space, nice furniture- a couch plus a nice TV chair and a smart TV - and you can say that all is new. AC were silent and working well. Check in and check out were perfect, no delays or misunderstandings. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. There are things though that need attention and I would say they make the whole difference when you arrive at a rental facility- we noticed the lack of towels - there were just a pair of towels for each bathroom and some of them were too little to even being considered bath towels. Be aware that there is no dishwasher or washing machine - we had to improvise how to wash some clothes while there. Paper toilet was provided - 1 roll in each bathroom. Additional rolls – are available at a cost of 3 dollar each and a set of clean towels, 8 dollars each - that made me laugh. No beach towels either. We had to buy all items, including tea towels and face towels; we spent about $50 for the missing basic items. Kitchen - well, this is for me an important part of a rental once abroad - I like to cook my own meals so preferably, I`d rather pick the full kitchen options than a Spartan apartment. For my surprise, this unit comes with just a set of 4 knives, forks and spoons. The whole stoneware is for 4 people - there is no big pan, strainers, wine glasses, no Pyrex - but there is a set of cooking spoons and 1 good knife, so if you are planning to cook, be aware that this may not the place to do so. Plenty of kitchen cabinets, but all empty. I have been at Curacao 8 times - and at all properties I rented before, the kitchen had more kitchenware and appliances. There is no blender or toaster at Winston Valley - but there is an ironing board though and an iron! Kitchen sink was partially clogged, so we had to wash things slowly. Matress was not very comfy. There is no change of sheets – for a period of 17 nights which was our case - it was kind of annoying. Blinds don´t block the sun, so expect to be awaken by the rising sun or use a sleep mask. Bathroo, only one has hot water. We discovered that only at our arrival. Bathrooms have no ventilation, so humidity and odors have nowhere to go.I think Winston Valley has still a way to go to provide the ideal.
• Queenayra (9/5): Perfect place to stay - The manager on the resort is available at all times and gets back to you quickly if you need something. The space was nice and clean. Car rental is necessary. We lost power twice, but this is something out of the hands of the resort
• Aaron (9/5): The resort is quiet, spacious parking and beautiful surroundings. Definitely would recommend!! - The resort is close to all the popular tourist attractions, a few minutes away from local restaurants and groceries. The gym is quite small without ac and only includes basic machines.

• Claire (8/5): Modern, comfortable apartment and pleasant personnel available to answer all your questions. - The apartment was modern and comfortable. The pool was kept very clean and was obviously well maintained. Alex answered all my questions even before we arrived and acquainted us with the rules of the property. He also gave us good advice re: beaches, restaurant, parking in town, etc. Electronic gates are closed at night for security although the area seemed very safe. Parking is available right in front of the apartments. The housekeepers were very pleasant. The shower temperature and pressure were excellent. Very good wifi always available. Construction is still going on and there was a pile of paving stones and a hose right in front of the doorway. The kitchen is very spartan and lacks a toaster, coffee maker and dish towels although everything dries quickly in the heat. Simple items such as a large bowl for salad, and a bottle/can opener need to be added.

• Leteisha (9/5): Wonderful Stay - The host was very friendly and accomodating. The apartment is very clean, modern and the beds were very comfortable. The pictures shown do not give this resort any justice. Close proximity to restaurants, gas station, mall etc. I would definitely love to visit again. The living room needs a little more ventilation (window or AC unit) as it's a bit hot during the day time especially. I was charged USD50 more than when I booked initially.
• V (7/5): Week stay. - Apartment layout and updated look. Pool Straight hair all over the place next to the bed in the bathroom in the sink. All the hair was still in the same place after housecleaning. Floor wasn't swept or mopped, unable to walk barefoot. Makes me think the bed sheets weren't fresh. And paying for toilet paper is crazy. Not sure why new towels would need to be paid for and not included. I thought it'll come with every house cleaning.

• Eugenia (10/5): Excellent - The staff was very nice and helpful The place is close to the airport so you have to compromise on the area. The rooms are spacious. It's a place for convenience. We only use it to sleep. Jill and Ana were fantastic I would have liked an ice machine closed by, night stands, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils and AC in the living/kitchen area.
