Non adatto a famiglie con bambini - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per tre settimane, ma purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata positiva. L’ambiente è molto umido, con un odore di muffa persistente e scarsa luminosità, che costringe a tenere le finestre sempre aperte. Inoltre, l'affaccio su una strada molto trafficata comporta rumori continui a tutte le ore. Con interventi mirati su umidità e isolamento, la qualità dell’alloggio potrebbe migliorare sensibilmente.

Claire (8/5): Comfortable and cozy snowy getaway for a family of four - Very well equipped apartment, cozy, beautifully renovated and everything needed was supplied and in good working order. Two parents and two boys aged 11 and 10 stayed here for 8 nights, and as long as we kept things tidy the place suited us perfectly. 11 minute walk to the gondola. Wifi worked well for online meetings. TV had access to YouTube. Loved having a washing machine in the apartment. Bottle of wine on arrival was gratefully appreciated. No ski room to store our wet boards and boots (or not that we were told about). We left them outside to dry and then brought inside but it was a tight fit as it is a small place. The upstairs neighbours bathroom us is extremely audible from the bedroom, and can be a bit intrusive late at night or early morning.
