Elke (5/5): Schade, diese schöne Wohnung könnte man mit wenig Aufwand sehr wohnlich machen. - Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, in einem schönen Backsteinhaus und ist großzügig geschnitten. Das Bad ist schön. Die Wohnung ist nicht gepflegt und in jedem Zimmer hingen Spinnweben. Im Schlafzimmer waren Silberfischen unterwegs! Durch die Fenster konnte man vor Dreck kaum raus schauen. Der Balkon und die Bestuhlung waren noch im Winterschmutz gefangen. Die Dusch-Armatur und die Spülmaschine sind stark verkalkt, das ist nicht hygienisch. Kopfkissen war zerrissen. Nur ein Duschtuch pro Person. Die Küche ist spartanisch ausgestattet. Z.B. 3 Kaffeelöffel für 4 Betten-Belegung. Kein Zucker, Salz oder Gewürze. Falls man kochen möchte, muss man alles selbst mitbringen.

Dechert-Schmidt (6/5): - Nur Badetücher. Keine Handtücher. Teilweise nicht vorhandene Doppelfenster. Sehr hellhörig. Zigarettenkippen vor den Fenstern. Rauchgeruch im Haus. Manche Bettwäsche roch muffelig und der Boden war nicht sauber. Hatten schwarze Socken. Hatten Anfrage wegen Hofparken gestellt. Bekamen keine Antwort
Sven (5/5): Leider stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht! - Die Lage bzw. Umgebung der Wohnung war sehr schön. Die Austattung war absolut unzureichend, Anzahl Tassen und Gläser, sowie Besteck (1 Löffel für in unserem Fall 4 Personen!). Nur 1 Handtuch pro Person. Ein kleiner Tisch (s.a. Bilder). Auch die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig.
Sofie (5/5): Aufenthalt war in Ordnung. Für uns war es etwas weit ab vom Schuss - Die Apartments haben alles was man für einen kurz Trip nach HH benötigt. Wir hatten zwei Apartments gebucht. Und das eine Apartment hat bei der Ankunft sehr sehr unangenehm gerochen. Vermutlich war es kalter Rauch der in der Wand hängt. Wir sind als Gruppe gereißt und zwei Personen haben es aufgrund des Geruchs nicht ausgehalten dort zu schlafen.

Peter (8/5): Sehr schön und ruhig - Ordentlich und sauber!! Netter Kontakt und unkomplizierte!! In Eingangsbereich ein etwas komischer Geruch…
Michael (6/5): Der Aufenthalt war ok aber mit sehr viel Potential nach oben. - Lage der Unterkunft war ganz gut. Check in hat unkomplizierter funktioniert. Ausstattung der Küche war sehr dürftig. Auch der Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen war viel zu klein da wir 5 Personen waren. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise defekt. Die Matratze war total dreckig und auf keinem Bett waren Matratzenschoner. Wir waren jetzt im Herbst und es ist unvermeidlich das Blätter und Schmutz in die Wohnung kommen. Leider war kein Besen oder Staubsauger vor Ort.
Klaus (7/5): Wenn nachgebessert würde, wäre es eine richtig gute Unterkunft. - Schönes Haus, Betten und Bad in Ordnung.Ruhige Lage, nicht weit von Wandsbek Markt.Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten z.B. Hafen, Elfi, Rathaus usw. sind leicht erreichbar. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Die Küche war unzureichend ausgestattet. Mit den Fernsehgeräten ist kein Kabel oder Satellitenempfang möglich. Nur über Internet mit eigenem Account. Schade! Eigentlich eine gute Lage, leider war ein Hauptverkehrsweg wegen Baustelle gesperrt.
Ramona (6/5): - Neuwertiges Bad. Saubere Wohnung. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Ruhige Wohnlage. Einfachverglaste Fenster, die sich nicht gut öffnen/schließen ließen und dadurch nicht gut abgedichtet waren. Essplatz und Küche nicht für 4 oder mehr Personen ausgestattet. Keine Kleiderschränke. Durchgangstür zur nebenliegenden Ferienwohnung (allerdings verschlossen).
