• Galjinka (10/5): - Excellent location. All the main sights are an easy walk from the accommodation. The view of the Acropolis from the terrace is perfect to enjoy in your morning coffee or an evening drink. The apartment is bright, modern, and has everything you need when travelling light, such as slippers and a bathrobe. I travel a lot and have never before seen a first aid box with medicines provided. It was a very thoughtful touch from our hosts. Our host was also extremely responsive to every enquiry we made. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

• Aida (9/5): Lo que ves es lo que vas a encontrar - El servicio de limpieza es espectacular y la terraza está muy bien, aunque el ruido de la calle no te deja disfrutarla todo lo que se podría. Nos reponían el agua todos los días. Está en una calle muy ruidosa, se oía el tráfico todo el día. Las ventanas aislaban algo pero no del todo.

The overall experience was smooth and pleasant. There was an issue with the hot water during the first evening, but it was resolved the next day.

• Jan (9/5): Absolut zu empfehlen!! - Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich, jederzeit zu erreichen. Der Check In war total unkompliziert. Wir erhielten den Code und unser Kontakt war auch direkt vor Ort und hat uns alles gezeigt. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral. Nur wenige Minuten zur Akropolis. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Betten sind super bequem. Die Terrasse ist groß mit seitlichem Blick auf die Akropolis. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, dadurch ist der Verkehr kaum zu hören. Wir würden das Apartment wieder buchen.
• BERNARD (9/5): Central et confortable - Studio 35m2 (numéro 3) très confortable, très propre, très lumineux et très bien aménagé. Très grande terrasse bien aménagé (plus grande que le studio). Mobilier et literie excellents. Luminaires au top. Avec petites attentions qui font la différence: bouteille de vin pour l'accueil, machine Nespresso rechargé tous les jours, huile d'olive, sel, poivre, trousse premiers secours. Ménage tous les jours. Petits déjeuners excellents, diversifiés et copieux (servis dans 2 restaurants au RdC : 3 Monkeys et Smile). Situation idéal : Acropole, Musée de l'Acropole, Plaka à 5 minutes à pied. Station métro Akropoli à 3 minutes à pied pour accéder très facilement et rapidement à tous les nombreux et magnifiques musées (Musée national d'archéologie, Pinacothèque nationale, arts cycladiques, Benaki (civilisation grecque), Basil & Elise Goulandris ... Enfin, si vous ne souhaitez pas déjeuner ou diner au restaurant, nous vous recommandons les plats (très économique et très bons) à emporter chez Pandora (rue Lempesi). Bruit lié au trafic routier

• Irene (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder. - Sehr großzügiges Apartement mit allem was man braucht. Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt - auch am Wochenende. Super Lage. Fast alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar; ansonsten ist die Metrostation in unmittelbarer Nähe. Altstadt mit vielen Lokalitäten in direkter Nachbarschaft. Frühstück - naja. Nicht wirklich üppig und nur eine Tasse Kaffee inklusive. Gute Alternativen findet man aber in der Nachbarschaft.

Jak już się nie chce chodzić - do metra też blisko. Baza gastronomiczna do wyboru w bezpośredniej bliskości. Sam apartament czysty, dobrze przygotowany dla turystów. Aneks kuchenny z m.in. ekspresem do kawy i czajnikiem elektrycznym. Obsługa codziennie sprzątała i uzupełniała brakujące ilości kawy i herbaty. Łazienka czysta i wyposażona w kosmetyki do mycia. Łóżko szerokie - jak dla nas nieco za miękkie. Duży taras z widokiem na miasto i zacieniająca markiza elektryczna. Klimatyzacja (chłodzenie/grzanie) wedle potrzeb. Winda. Miasto głośne, przez co nawet przez zamknięte okna słychać zgiełk uliczny. Okna można byłoby tak wyregulować, aby lepiej tłumiły hałas. Można byłoby też nieco bardziej urozmaicić zestawy śniadaniowe.

• Aneta (8/5): Nowoczesny, czysty apartament blisko atrakcji Aten - Nowoczesny apartament, wygodny i w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - ok. 600 m od Muzeum Akropolu i 1,2 km od wejścia do Akropolu, w porządnej dzielnicy ( nie było bezdomnych ani narkomanów na ulicach). Apartament nr 1 ma ładny widok z tarasu na podświetlony Akropol, ale nie bardzo z niego korzystaliśmy bo w styczniu było zimno. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, ekspres plus kapsułki codziennie uzupełniane, czajnik, toster, całe wyposażenie kuchni i jadalni na 4 osoby. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Bardzo dobre śniadania w obu restauracjach na dole - Smile (większy wybór ok. 8-9 zestawów, nieczynne we wtorki) i 3 Monkeys (tylko 3 zestawy, ale bardzo smaczne). Super wygodny system check-in na podstawie kodów wejściowych. Byliśmy w Atenach w styczniu, temperatura na zewnątrz 5-6 st. W apartamencie było bardzo zimno mimo, że włączaliśmy klimatyzację na 30 stopni. Brakowało klucza do zamknięcia łazienki.
• Dagmar (10/5): Tolle Zeit Unterkunft in Athen. - Perfekte Lage in der Nähe Akropolis. Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Sehr herzlicher Empfang von Vasili. Auch während des Aufenthalts waren wir im Austausch über whatsapp mit Tips zu Restaurants. Das Frühstück sowohl im smiles als auch im Three Monkeys war sehr gut.

It was also close to Plaka where there are a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops. The building and the rooms were secure and easy to access via digital codes. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for our stay. The host were great and tended to all our needs. The property is located near a busy street and if you’re a light sleeper there might be a bit of noise at night.

Il y a du café et du thé dans la chambre, qui est rechargé tous les jours. On ne manque de rien. • Gülcan (10/5): Super Unterkunft für Familien mit Kleinkind in zentraler Lage - Die Unterkunft ist großartig. Sie ist super zentral gelegen und hat alles, was man für einen Städtetrip in Athen braucht. Es ist super modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. All unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt (Babystuhl, Reinigungszeiten angepasst an die Schlafzeiten unseres Kindes). Innerhalb von kürzester Zeit wurde immer Hilfe und Unterstützung angeboten. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Das Frühstück im Restaurant Smile war auch super. Überraschend lecker war auch das Abendessen. Es ist super praktisch, direkt vor der Tür ein tolles Restaurant zu haben, das nicht nur lecker ist, sondern auch ein stimmiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat. Es war ein schöner Urlaub! • Pietro (10/5): Una suite meravigliosa, raccomandabile da tutti i punti di vista - Suite impeccabile, in posizione perfetta e con tutto ciò che è necessario per stare bene. Davvero raccomandabile! Ben poco da migliorare. Forse per un italiano la difficoltà ad avere a colazione un cornetto (o brioche o croissant) è un piccolissimo limite.

• Chiara (9/5): - Nette Kommunikation via Chat, einfacher Check in. Gute Frühstücksmöglichkeiten angeboten. Wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, muss man bedenken, dass eine Hauptstraße direkt vorbei fährt und es recht laut werden kann. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern auch wahrnehmbar.

• Adrian (9/5): Foarte reușit - Locatia, curățenia, dotările și serviciile Zgomotul străzii este destul de puternic chiar dacă locația este la et 5. Recomand ca atunci când se va putea , să se înlocuiască geamurile cu unele care izolează fonic. Există dopuri de urechi care ajută un pic.
• Gillian (10/5): Wonderful location and super comfy with everything we could need - We loved everything about the apartment: super easy to get in with a code, it was comfortable, well stocked with lots of coffee and tea, bath robes and slippers and a wonderful balcony. And we could walk to the Acropolis, great restaurants and our rental car pickup in minutes. The hosts were terrific - sent clear instructions before we arrived and checked in with us that everything was going smoothly. We'll definitely stay here next time we come to Athens! Nothing

• Kirsty (10/5): Beautiful apartment! - The apartment was stunning, the bed was very comfortable and it was very well equipped. We were only there for one night before our flight home but we can imagine it would be great for a longer stay too. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was great to be able to store our luggage in their office the following day before we flew home in the evening.

The hosts were very communicative, available, and happy to assist with anything. The apartments are in an excellent location—both central and accessible, but not overly crowded. The apartments are clean, and there was daily cleaning service; it's noticeable that the apartments are well-maintained. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and it was comfortable to cook in. Highly recommended! We will happily come again!

Ontbijt mogelijk in restaurants direct naast appartement. We konden na het uitchecken onze bagage de rest van de dag neerzetten bij de eigenaren op de 3e etage. Niets.

The host allowed us to check in early when we had just arrived in Greece off a 12 hr flight which was so lovely of them. Also the restaurants/cafes downstairs were delicious! • Claudine (5/5): Great apartment, but management unreliable - The apartment was very nice - contemporary, clean and comfortable. Good instructions for getting there and checking in/out. Many months ago, I requested the room with the Acropolis view. I was told then that this room, Room 1, was reserved for us. The day of our arrival, I received a message that our reserved room had been given to someone else. They waited until after my free cancellation period was over to tell me they had switched the room. We knew we only had one night in Athens, so a room with this view was one of my primary filters for choosing a hotel. I could have switched to many other places had I been told I was not going to receive what I had originally reserved. I also received multiple messages offering assistance with anything I needed, but when I actually asked for some advice (where to find clothes and toiletries nearby because our luggage was missing), I received no response. Messages must have been automated with no intention of follow-up. Frustrating.

• Vanessa (8/5): Fantastic Contemporary Bolthole in the Heart of Ancient Athens! - I am a little bit "special" with my breakfast requirements (PB but super fussy!) First day was a bit of a disappointment, but once I communicated my needs to our fantastic host, Ilias, he was an absolute superstar and ensured the restaurant connected to the hotel apartments prepared some of my absolute breakfast favourites; so, following that, every day my breakfast was a feast and a great start to the day. I cannot thank Ilias enough for his amiable and patient kindness, his attentive diligence to all my silly girlie demands and both Thomas and Zoe at Smile Restaurant were so lovely and kind and gracious. The staff at Smile really did go out of their way to cater for my needs and it was so very much appreciated. There's nothing like warm Greek hospitality! It really was a pleasure and made our stay all the more special. Thank you all! Nothing was too much trouble and it was so helpful to have constant WhatsApp support from Ilias and everyone we encountered, including the housekeeping team who were also wonderful. We could not have asked for a more friendly and supportive place to stay and it's perfect for young (or any!) couples in the centre of the action in Athens, right by the Acropolis Museum and an easy walk to the major Ancient Greek sites and the historic quarter of Placa and more. Highly recommended! Perhaps it is a bit unfair but I didn't appreciate that the room would be quite so small. I guess because all rooms at Rebalance feature kitchen facilities, I naturally assumed it would be a bit more spacious than the average standard hotel room that does not offer such extra facilities, so that was a bit of an initial shock, but it passed once we were unpacked and a little more settled. Also I am a stickler for bedlinen and I found the bedding was a bit rough cotton, but I confess that I am a little threadcount princess, sorry! However, I am picking at straws here as the overall impression and experience was overwhelmingly positive and helped create a magical trip to Athens. With grateful thanks from England!
• Wood (8/5): Comfortable stay in good location. - Location was fine; handy places to eat, on the doorstep and within easy walking distance; there was no breakfast provided. Minor grumble was flickering lights in the bathroom, no big deal, but mildly irritating, and did not get sorted during my stay.

Excellent breakfast arrangement at local restaurant Smile who also looked after our luggage until we had to go to the airport. The only thing we would say is that the bath towels weren’t very big. Other than that it was perfect.
