• Anika (1/5): Schlimmer geht's nicht!!! - Absolute Katastrophe Bitte auf keinen Fall buchen!!! Ich bin wirklich fassungslos über den Zustand des Appartements. Der Zustand war widerlich und komplett unzumutbar. Die Toilette war dreckig es waren Urin Flecken und weitere Flecken auf und in der Toilette. Nachdem der Vermieter uns nachts über 1 Stunde auf der Straße warten lassen hat und uns gesagt wurde die Putzfrau hätte den Schlüssel der Wohnung mitgenommen, kamen wir um halb 2 nachts in die Wohnung und waren mehr als geschockt. Wenn ich minus Punkte geben könnte würde ich es machen. Der Boden war klebrig und verdreckt. In den Betten waren Haare und die bettwäsche und auch sonst nichts gereinigt. Fußnägel unter dem Tisch einfach nur ekelhaft. Der Vermieter meldet sich leider nicht und ist zu keiner Rückzahlung bereit. Finger weg !!! Leider kann ich nur 4 Fotos beifügen. Ich hab aber mehr als genug über den Zustand der Wohnung gemacht.

• Kyle (7/5): - A very spacious and comfortable apartment with all the necessities. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the centre of the city. My only complaint was the 4pm check in. It’s too late. The staff allowed us to leave our bags at the property after we asked them.

• Mirko (9/5): Natale a Malaga - Casa come nelle immagini. Tre ampie camere da letto con cucina moderna e salotto TV. Ottimo balconcino che volge a sud, ottimo per fare quattro chiacchiere nel tepore di Malaga e per stendere eventualmente qualchei panno (c'è la lavatrice). Materassi comodissimi. 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Cordialità ed efficienza di Carol. Ambienti molto puliti. Detergenti vari a disposizione. Diversii minimarket nelle vicinanze (Mercadona 15 minuti a piedi) Mancanza di risposte nelle prime comunicazione via mail, tutto chiarito rapidamente sia telefonicamente che via Whatsapp con Carol; che peraltro ci ha aiutato in cinque minuti durante la Vigilia di Natale quando è saltata la luce. Grazie Carol!! Consiglio di lasciare qualche bene di prima necessità in cucina (un poco di olio, sale, una bottiglia d'acqua...) all'arrivo degli ospiti. Rivedere l'assortimento delle pentole. L'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore; nessun problema per noi, ma chi ha qualche difficoltà nel deambulare potrebbe creare disagio.

• Sari (8/5): Kiva asunto lähellä Malagan vanhaa kaupunkia, kaipaa päivitystä ja kunnollista siivousta - Asunnon sijainti oli hyvä. Kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista ja rannasta. Asunto oli valoisa ja avara, mutta keittiö pieni huonelukumäärään nähden. Keittiön varustus ei ollut paras mahdollinen. Ehjiä viinilaseja oli vain kaksi (2) kpl. Astiat eivät olleet puhtaita, joten pesimme kaikki käyttämämme astiat ennen (ja jälkeen) käytön. Myös kahvinkeitin oli todella likainen, joten jätimme sen käyttämättä. Asunnossa ei ole kunnollista kahvinkeitintä, joten suosittelemme ottamaan oman kahvisuodattimen sekä suodatinpapereita mukaan, mikäli keität itse kahvit asunnolla. Keittiön siisteyteen siis kannattaa panostaa! Parveke oli epäsiisti, joten siellä ei ollut miellyttävää istua. Sekä TV:n että ilmalämpöpumpun kaukosäätimistä oli patterit tyhjät, joten ne eivät toimineet. Pyysimme niitä ja saimme kahden (2) päivän jälkeen.

• Stazzoni (2/5): Pésima estancia - La cocina es muy completa y los espacios son grandes El dia del check in me contacto con la sra para avisar nuestro horario de llegada (20hs). Al momento de estar proximos, le aviso y me dice que el piso aun no esta limpio, que esperemos 1 hora aprox. A las 21:00 llegamos y en la puerta vemos a unas señoras que venian a limpiar nuestro piso. Al contactarnos via telefonica con la sra nos pide disculpas y que si queremos podemos dejar nuestro equipaje a lo que le respondimos que no vamos a dejar nuestras pertenencias a unas señoras que no sabemos quienes son y tienen acceso al piso. Luego de cenar con el equipaje regresamos y no solo que la limpieza no era la adecuada sino que estaba lleno de hormigas en la cocina y en el piso del pasillo. Un aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la flor de ducha se encontraba rota y fuera de la pared. Es un tercer piso sin ascensor.
• Margherita (7/5): - Appartamento molto spazioso e con tutti i servizi. Prezzo molto economico per il soggiorno. Disponibilità dell host Appartamento non pulitissimo. Nella camera matrimoniale non erano presenti tapparelle e neanche delle tende oscuranti , di conseguenza entrava la luce già dalle prime ore della mattina( consiglio all host di risolvere questo problema). Posizione non centralissima
• Eduardo (8/5): Apartamento amplio y tranquilo - Apartamento muy amplio, cama comoda. Terraza con vistas. Aire acondicionado de la sala roto, los de otros habitaciones había que vaciar garrafa del agua condensacion. Suelo aparentemente limpio pero al andar descalzo acabaron los pies negros. Limpieza mejorable.

• Trevor (8/5): Lovely apartment to stay. - Location was great as it was what we wanted. The property was large and very clean and mostly well kept. Lots of local supermarkets to choose from. 15 minute walk to the centre where all the action and restaurant’s are. The aircon unit in the main balcony bedroom although working was not very powerful compared to the other bedroom. The aircon in the living room wasn’t working at all. Weren’t able to use living room as it was so warm. Slight problem with ants but I guess that’s a common issue. It wasn’t a major thing. No toaster in kitchen so had to use the grill instead. This would have been nice to have had. The shower head does not connect to the holder so you have to hold it whilst showering. Apart from the aircon issues most of these are small issues but all could be easily rectified to provide the ultimate perfect stay. Overall very happy with our stay.
• Michelle (5/5): Overall, the stay was frustrating and could’ve been much better with basic communication and proper maintenance. - Property was clean and well maintained The staff were completely unresponsive. I called two different numbers, there was no answer and no one showed up to help. Both doors were jammed and wouldn’t open, even after using the key multiple times which left us stuck outside for a while because of these dodgy doors. Furthermore I messaged the host in english and she replied in Spanish without checking if I understood which felt careless and unprofessional on top of everything else. The bedroom doors had no locks and the room next to the terrace was not safe at all. Anyone could’ve walked in from the back since the sliding door wasn’t even locked. The area itself wasn’t great either. On top of that, their check-in time is a ridiculous 4pm. They said they’d let me know if we could check in earlier but of course they didn’t bother and gave me no update before that. Overall it caused a big inconvenience to my trip
• Maja (9/5): Spacious, bright and comfortable apartment in a convenient location. - Spacious and bright apartment, well equipped. Free public parking by the river, 3 min away. 25 min on foot to the centre. The best beds we've ever slept on, so comfy. A bit noisy street, but after midnight it was quieter. For some people 3rd floor with no lift could be a problem, but for us it was ok. Thing to consider - putting lighter blankets as an option.
