• Anne (7/5): Rehellistä mainontaa ja ohjeet ajan tasalle, kiitos. - Asunto oli siisti ja valoisa. Sijainti hyvä. Olemme asuneet aiemmin samassa talossa toisen palveluntarjoajan asunnossa. Mielestämme korkeassa talossa pitäisi olla selvät ohjeet hätätilannetta varten. Myös ohjeet esim tv:n ja kodinkoneiden käytöstä. Keittiön varustelu oli puutteellinen. Teemme usein ruokaa majapaikassa kun kasvissyöjänä on hieman vaikea löytää sopivaa ruokaa ulkona. Lisäksi Bookingin kuvista sai käsityksen että IA sijaitsee matalammassa talossa. Emme olisi tulleet samaan taloon kuin viime vuonna. Vielä sellainen että talossa oli jatkuva melu. Ei ihmisääniä mutta kuulosti siltä kuin painavia liukuovia olisi siirrelty yltä päivää. Mainonta sai miettimään, luotammeko enää bookingiin kuten aiemmin.

• Małgorzata (8/5): Ferie '26 - Lokalizacja, wielkość pokoju, wyposażenie, kuchnia również dobrze wyposażona, wygodne łóżko, duża łazienka. Widok z okna. 25 piętro widok na miasto i na fontannę. Apartament nie był gotowy, mimo, iż przyjechaliśmy późnym popołudniem 18.00. Kod do skrytki działał w skrytce nie było klucza. Kontakt z właścicielem szybki, zarówno telefoniczny jak i przez booking. Serwis sprzątający przygotował pokój w ciągu 45 min. Pozwolono nam zostawić bagaże. Po powrocie wszystko w pokoju było wg standardów. W dobrze wyposażonej kuchni brakowało kieliszków do wina. W pokoju słychać dość mocno windy odgłosy z pokoi też słyszalne.

• Agnes (9/5): No regrets, amazing location and nice apartment - Perfect location with stunning views. Very easy check-in and a kind, responsive host (based on our message exchange). Everything is within walking distance — the Mercado, the beach, the promenade, the harbor, and both fortresses. If you’re visiting Alicante, I definitely recommend this place.

• Tetiana (10/5): Great value for money - Great location, walking distance from the seafront, many restaurants and shops around. Amazing city view from the window. The host was helpful and easy to contact. Convenient self check-in. The apartment had most things necessary for a comfortable stay, and it was very thoughtful of the host to leave a compliment. :)

• Ewelina (8/5): - Polecam! Apartament w samym centrum miasta. Wszystko w zasięgu ręki, do plaży jest bardzo blisko. Łazienka i kuchnia wyposażone odpowiednio. Bardzo czysto. Szybki kontakt z właścicielem. Bez problemów.

• philippe (10/5): Très agréable séjour. - Situation idéale à quelques minutes de la gare, du tram de la Costa Blanca, des commerces, du port de plaisance et de la belle plage del Postiguet. Studio spacieux, très propre, avec une vue panoramique depuis le 25è étage, doté d'une literie très confortable, d'une salle de bains et cuisine bien équipées (bouilloire, cafetière, lave-linge, essuie tout, crème douche et shampooing...). Propriétaire réactif et sympathique sur messagerie. Arrivée et départ autonomes et souples quant à l'horaire. Un peu de bruit dans le couloir et de l'ascenseur de service voisin mais j'ai cependant très bien dormi, jusque tard dans les matinées...

• Adalis (10/5): Excelente Ubicación y Confort en el Piso - La ubicación lo primero, a muy poca distancia de la Estación Terminal de Tren LUCEROS. Del Puerto 800 MTS y de la Catedral 15 minutos caminando. Recomiendo facilitar un par de lamparas de noche para leer. Ahorrarían Luz al no tener que encender las luces del techo.

• Selçuk (5/5): So far so good - Location was good and having a reception makes feel good. Other things were fairly good The bed is totally uncomfortable and TV does not work properly to use YouTube and other applications.
• meriem (1/5): Horrible terrifying strangers opening door at 1h30 am because house double booked - Horrible experience. Poeple trying to break in at 1h30 am knocking on the door using keys while we were sleeping . It turned out that the host double booked the same studio to other poeple too. It was a horrifying experience very scary and we could not sleep the whole night as we were scared someone will enter . I notified the host next day about this incident that I have never encountered before . He promised a refund but never did . This incident ruined our stay as we woke up in middle of night trying to protect the door and pushing it back while others were reinforcing to get in … a true horror movie ! What disappoints the most is the host that promises to reimburse and no action beyond . It is ok to ruin our vacation without any gesture or empathy . I will be so scared to stay in a house where others try to open the door and scream in the middle of the night just because it was double booked . I request a refund urgently if not more because nothing will replace the ruined vacation
• Valeriya (6/5): - Great location of the apartment. Cleanliness. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Excellent proximity to all buses and public transport. We had agreed with the host to arrive early at the apartment and leave our luggage there. We arrived one hour before check-in. There was no one at the apartment, and no one answered our calls. We were unable to leave our things. So we had to go to the beach with all our luggage. A couple of hours later, the host finally got in touch, but still couldn’t explain why no one opened the door. As a result, we spent half the day in 33°C heat with a 5-year-old child.
• Milan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has all the necessary equipment. It has two sun umbrellas that are very useful for the beach in Alicante. More than necessary towels. The kitchen is perfectly equipped The view is amazing!

• Teresa (9/5): Awesome place and location for your visit to Alicante. - Awesome location with amazing views of the city. Close to everything: restaurants, shops, groceries and train stations. We stayed for 11 days. Wish it had an ironing board, full size mirror, clothes drying rack, and a lamp in the night stand.

• Andrejs (10/5): Great apartment for the value - Great apartment location: city centre, great view from 25th floor, easy to find. Tallest building in town, can be seen from anywhere. 10 minutes walking to the beach. Several supermarkets, many bars and restaurants nearby. Not very clean. Bad smell from the air conditioner, we did not used it- filter should be cleaned or replaced. But in November it was not necessary.

• Andy (8/5): Great location, everything close by, they even supply things for the beach, - Location was very good, a steadt walk to the old town, also easy down to promenade and beach. Plenty eateries all around also supermarkets very close. Really close to all other amenities and bus or train. We found the location easily enough but it's in a hotel block, we had to contact owner to explain where it was, which floor and which number. Apartment wasn't ready when we arrived, the cleaners we still cleaning, then the key safe didn't work properly, another young lad came and finally sorted it out.

• Paul (8/5): Perfectly placed for our visit. - It was very clean and well appointed. The AC was a little weird. Never could get it right. And the mattress was not as comfortable as I am used to to.
