• Lakrah (9/5): Good value for money in a nice, up-and-coming neighbourhood - Clean, nice appartment with a balcony where you can see the Acropolis in the distance. 4th floor which is rare for small appartments in Athens (they are often on the ground floor). Comfortable bed, hot water, cold fridge, well-working air-conditioning, very secure with a manual latch you can close from the inside. Communication with the owner top-notch. The area is really nice and is or on its way to becoming the next trendy area in Athens. Water pressure in the shower was quite low which is typical in older buildings. The only things I would add is a floor towel for the bathroom and kitchen towels for the kitchen.

• Kimberly (8/5): Excellent location, owners and comfortable apartment - The owners of this apartment were so kind and responsive, the best communication I have had. The apartment was excellently located near restaurants and bars. It was comfortable and clean, despite being a little dated. This is a well loved apartment in an older block, so it is not sparkly and new. There is a lift too so makes carrying luggage easy. A few small maintenance jobs needed, e.g. toilet seat has a broken bolt.

• pascal (8/5): - Le calme de l'immeuble ,sa propreté, son rapport qualité prix. Il manquait un essuie mains,un torchon à vaisselle, un saladier et un bon couteau à dents pour couper des tomates par exemple ...( petite suggestion pour les autres voyageurs!)
• Clara (3/5): - La ubicación es buena, pero el barrio es muy oscuro. La heladera funciona bien. La limpieza es muy deficiente, muy superficial en los artefactos del baño, el piso. Se nota por el feo olor. Además, la cortina de la ducha no cubre nada y se moja todo el baño. El aire acondicionado NO ENFRÍA NADA.

• Karen (9/5): Great place to spend a few days and explore Athens. - I had a lovely stay. The location was convenient for me and I really liked the neighbourhood, mostly residential but with cool bars and cafés. Not very touristy. The Acropolis is 20 min walk and there is good access to metro. My only suggestion would be to install a shower curtain or alternatively provide a mop, as the water does create quite a mess in the bathroom.
