• Nayely (10/5): - Yo solo me quedé una noche, pero valió totalmente la pena. El anfitrión siempre disponible por los mensajes de booking y me ayudo con recomendaciones de restaurante y transporte. El proceso de check in super sencillo y las instrucciones para entrar en el apartamento eran bien claras, no tuve ningún problema. El apartamento en sí, estuvo genial, todo impecable, grandes ventanas, la ropa de cama y toallas limpias, en general toda la estancia olía super bien. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí cuando vuelva a Graz.

Район очень тихий, единственное немного далековато от всех культурных мест, но это не проблема. Рядом в пешей доступности есть различные магазины.

• Dora (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und ist sehr sauber. Bietet einen schönen Gartenblick. Jedoch das Wasserhahn in der Duschkabine ist schwierig zu ändernden, außerdem hat mir ein Betttuch gefehlt.

• Rennique (10/5): Alles bestens - Im Appartement gibt es alles, was man für einen kürzeren oder einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Man kann auch auf der Straße kostenlos parken. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man in max. 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Es war mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement und ich hoffe, dass es nicht der letzte war. :)

Fotos täuschen - +Lage ist sehr gut. +Von der Autobahn sehr schnell erreichbar. +Parkplatz war auch kein Problem + Check in Ich hab mir die Bewertungen angesehen und verstehe nicht wie es dazu kam. Als wir ankamen roch es im Vorraum extrem muffig. In der Wohnung war es eine Spur besser aber doch noch sehr penetrant nach nassen Mauern und Schimmel. Die Nacht war für mich kaum auszuhalten. Es ist alles schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sauber. - Tapeten lösen sich ab -Sofa durchgesessen -Fenster dreckig und schimmelig -überall Spinnweben, am Abend haben wir Spinnen beseitigt! ! Als wir ins Bett gingen krabbelte auf dem Leintuch eine Made! Ekelig! - Im Badezimmer Schimmel an der Wand. - Risse in der Wand - Dusche nicht sauber - In der Küche fehlen Töpfe - Nur 1 großes Handtuch pro Person - Kein Handtuch im Bad für die Hände, kein Duschvorleger - Wasser rinnt nicht ordentlich ab Alles in Allem waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Fotos versprechen anderes.

Automašīnu var novietot bez maksas uz ielas. Īpašnieks ļoti atsaucīgs un izpalīdzīgs. Ja būs iespējas,noteikti vēl izmantošu šos apartamentus.Paldies,lai veicās!

Good location. Plenty of free street parking available. Sleeper in smaller room not comfortable. Needs to be replaced... Would recommend few extra towels for 2 nights stay.

• Chiara (10/5): Perfection. - I liked everything, it felt like home. All the rooms are big, it was warm inside and I could find everything I needed. It is not super-new, but the apartment is super cozy and really welcoming. Super positive experience!

Location is OK, bus stops on the next street and tram to the city center is 7 min walk far. The shower is a bit smaller due to the dispositions of the bathroom. It's fine, but "more spacious" visitors should be aware.

• Kvlorant (10/5): Super cool - The apartment itself was extremely nice, immaculate and beautifully decorated. The host was friendly. They have all (literally all) kind of facilities, highly recommended for couples looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Graz! The parking opportunities are OK; there are free spots a few streets away if you don't find a place in front of the house. The host sometimes replies in German sometimes, but that's not a big deal in the era of information.

• Yanling (10/5): Excellent - I like everything in the room. It’s a flat on the ground of the floor. But you have your own entrance. It’s a comfortable and clean flat. And the location is not far away from the center. I would love to come back again. The parking is a bit difficult. If you‘re lucky then you get the free parking. but There are green zone of parking. So it‘d not expensive to pay also.

• Eniko (9/5): Very good choice for 2 people, 15 mins from Stadthalle Graz - Very nice, spaceous apartement, could even fit 3 people. Well equipped (coffee, tea, mineral water, wine :-) ). Full kitchen with stove, espresso machine and large fridge. Parking is only available in the street and a bit tricky, as during the day there might not be space in the main street for free parking. The neighbouring small streets are parking zones, no free parking there.
