• Geneva (8/5): Vengo ogni anno, e continuerò a venire! - La posizione è magnifica, all esterno è tutto ben curato (prati, piante, piscina, parchi), grandi spazi e diversi bei servizi! Staff sempre disponibile e cordiale (reception, donne di servizio, i ragazzi della scuderia). Grande senso di pace e tranquillità! La pulizia non è ottima, soprattutto in bagno e nella stanza da letto (tanta polvere e ragnatele). Il mantenimento dell intera struttura è un po lasciata andare (es. Stanza del calcetto, materassi del giardino). Sicuramente il vibe toscano ce, ma è un po da adattare al 2026!

The pool was lovely and had great views. We had to ask for more toilet paper and bin bags. The staff brought some over very quickly but I suppose a trip could have been avoided if the place were a bit better stocked from the start

• Geneva (10/5): Meravigliosa esperienza nei colli toscani! - Struttura tipico toscano, pulito, bellissima piscina, ben curato, staff gentilissimo e disponibile. L unica pecca è che nel bagno c era muffa, e non si poteva aprire la finestra perché c era un nido di piccioni. Investirei un po’ nelle ville, rendendole moderne mantenendo lo stile tipico toscano-italiano! La muffa (nera) nel bagno. L odore era pungente!

• Peter (9/5): - Simpatične hiške, velike sobe, krasna terasa. Prijazno osebje z dobrim znanjem angleščine. Všeč mi je bilo njihovo domače rdeče vino. Med obiskom je zmanjkalo elektrike za par ur. Kljub temu so izpeljali planirane aktivnosti in na koncu je bil večer prav neverjeten. Kakih 30 gostov ob svečah na večerji, nihče ni kompliciral, osebje se je potrudilo. Popolno. V kuhinji je bila ena sama posoda za kuhanje. Ni bilo noža, samo nož za kruh. Če je nastanitev apartma s kuhinjo to enostavno ni sprejemljivo.
• Lenka (8/5): - Apartment was clean, it is a separate location of big Agriturismo Diacceroni, where all the activities are based (breakfast, dinner, horses). We were very amazed by free dinner on Sat, Tuesday and Thursday. This is something which is unbelievable. Also the horses activities were for free. Stunning views from the apartment, very nice people, always helpful. Definitely recommend for a stay! Near Volterra and other must-see places.

• Jasmina (10/5): Very good - We spent a wonderful week there. The accommodation was neat. Since we booked for a week, we got three free dinners from them. The dinners were excellent. I have to say that during that week we didn't cook at all because their restaurant is available where we always found something for ourselves. The prices were completely fine and affordable. You also have the option of ordering breakfast to the accommodation. There are a lot of different facilities for adults and children. We didn't manage to use everything because we visited the surrounding towns that are 1 to 2 hours away from the accommodation. We were there with the children on horse riding and the children were very happy. We didn't come across a single employee in a bad mood. Everyone was always smiling and helped us with everything. We had a great time and maybe we'll come back someday. -

Staff friendly just make sure you confirm your accommodation ammenit - We love the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. That it didn’t have in the villa what it advertised and what we thought we booked. We booked a three bedroom with sofa bed as we have 3 adult sons. It advertised a washing machine but it was a laundry mat with only a dry at the main reception 10 min drive.

• Radmilo (9/5): - the staff is quite friendly but also quite confused at the reception. they took copies of my passports for 24 people for registration and managed to lose them. I asked them for the final bill for the stay and for the city tax. they haven't sent it to me yet. The owner of the apartment and his family are great people and helped us when our bus broke down. The reception has a problem with sending emails. they send me 8 identical emails at the same time and do not send or respond to those emails where I ask for the final invoice I have booked for next year as well.

• Helen (8/5): Ok but wouldn’t stay again - In the countryside, quiet and small. Staff friendly Stayed for two weeks, bedding and towels not changed - have to pay extra for this! Our apartment was for 6 people only enough comfy chairs for 2. No welcome basket/basics to get you started. No condiments. Nearest supermarket 25 mins away. Dusty road, holiday makers/staff drove around fast so patio/tables covered in dust. Patio was never cleaned, so walked dust into apartment. Outside table broken. Fly screen was broken so could leave door open otherwise flies in apartment. Apartment was a 3 bed but 3rd bed in the kitchen with a curtain to close it off. This meant not being about to get up before people in kitchen awake

• Carle (8/5): Spacious apartment in the countryside within 30 minutes of major Tuscan tourist towns - Nice spacious apartment with a big outdoor balcony. Lovely views and a nice swimming pool, but the water wasn't clear. There are add-on fees for cleaning and switching on heating. The pizza party was rather expensive considering the location and how much you pay for a pizza in the major cities, so we did not attend.

• Anita (8/5): Our group of friends enjoyed our stay. The pizza, pasta and bbq nights were fun with plenty of good food. - Our Villa had two great patios. The walls were thin and there was often a lot of noise from other guests.
• Lisbeth (8/5): A peaceful escape filled with stunning views, friendly hospitality, and unforgettable experiences in nature. - A wonderful place to escape the everyday hustle and enjoy nature and breathtaking views. The friendly team made it feel like visiting family or going to grandma’s house. The large pool was great. It was also a lovely opportunity to experience farm life and see the animals. One of my dreams was to go horseback riding at sunset, and it left me with such a beautiful memory. I highly recommend it! It’s about a 5 km drive to the main building, and half of the road is in poor condition. Since there is a lot of traffic and many tourists going back and forth, it would be good to repair the road. The walls were not soundproof, and the rooms could use proper blankets. The rooms could also be a bit more modern.
• Rose (10/5): Great accomodation, amazing pool. An authentic Tuscany experience. - Was better than we expected! What a great spot. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - so much room and privacy for everyone. It was clean and the staff are very helpful. The pool is beautiful with amazing views and the restaurant is great. We enjoyed two nights relaxing here and didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else. You had to pay extra for air-conditioning.

Having breakfast at the restaurant was lovely on one of the terraces. The apartment was so comfortable and clean If anything the private road had a few rough spots

Well maintained The washing machine was broken and left our clothes full of detergent. We had to rinse each item out in the shower. However, the staff refunded the money we put in to do laundry

• Rosemary (9/5): Absolutely breathtaking location - The views are absolutely breathtaking from our apartment, the swimming pools and the restaurant. The staff are all lovely and really helpful. We loved the fact that you could order freshly baked pastries and bread to be delivered to your apartment each morning, I have never encountered this anywhere in the world before. We also loved the new addition of freshly made pizzas to order on the app. They are still providing bottles of red and white wine for only 5 euros a bottle! This was our second stay and again I would say a dishwasher is essential, no one wants to have to do the washing up when they are on holiday. The bedding could do with a bit of an upgrade, better quality mattresses and more pillows.

We will be back! - The setting is absolutely unique - the views, the peace and quiet, nature - spectacular! The food was absolutely amazing - fresh and authentic, and all the staff were very very nice! The matresses are very low and very flat.

• Adriana (8/5): I would recommend! - The place is LOVELY, you get a whole little house for yourself with stunning views. Location is pretty much middle of nowhere but if you are in the Tuscany, you are renting a car, of course. Nearest town is 10 min away. They also have service for delivering fresh bread, milk, eggs and stuff like that every morning to your door which is handy when you are in the middle of nowhere, and they work with another Agriturismo for restaurant purposes. You have plenty space for parking, the house has pretty much everything you need and the other Agriturismo is 8 min drive if you need anything else (bring a corkscrew) The check-in was complicated, the instructions in the message are NOT CLEAR. Go straightaway to Agriturismo Dioccerone, find it in the GPS, ignore the address it is given to you. After that, everything is perfect. Bring a corkscrew, yes, one of the most famous winery areas in the planet and the Agriturismo doesn't provide a corkscrew haha

In addition, we had a great communication with all the employees, especially with Max and Ariel. The whole experience, which includes the lovely, super clean prémisses fully equipped with everything one needs away from home (and even more), gorgeous views from the balconies and the personal touch of the above mentioned folks all together exceeded our expectations. • Janja (10/5): Unforgettable stay - Reasonable price. Beautiful and convenient location amongst green Tuscan hills. Less than an hour drive from Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, Lucca, Vinci, Volterra. Comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped with almost everything we needed, but we would aprreciate a small amount of basics, like salt, pepper and olive oil. Upon our arrival we were invited to the delicious free dinner. We loved the excellent idea with installing the Diacceroni app, through which you can book activities and order food or delicious local products delivered to the door of the appartment. The staff was friendly and nice. Eventhough we don't agree with extra costs for heating, we would probably stay there again. We had to pay extra for the heating, 7,5€/m3 for gas, which we think, should be included in the price.
