• Schulz (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage, mit einem kleinen Park vor dem Haus und Meerblick. Die Parksituation war manchmal schwierig. Direkt vor dem Haus kostenpflichtig, an der Promenade kostenlos. Manchmal haben wir erst ein paar Straßen weiter einen Parkplatz gefunden. Das Bad ist sehr klein und ohne Ablageflächen.

• Hans (9/5): 5 Sterne Wohnung, wir kommen wieder. - Alles gut, die Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, essen gehen, Frühstücken in der Nähe. Wohnung lässt keine wünsche offen und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Klimaanlage. Parken in der nähe teilweise kostenlos und andre mit Gebühren. Nichts, alles gut.
• denis (10/5): Kurzer Trip in die Toskana - Sehr zu empfehlen - Da ich im regen anreisen musste hatte ich Marelle um einen früheren CheckIn gebeten was prompt bestätigt und erledigt wurde. - danke dafür. Die Lage und die Unterkunft kann man nur mit WOW beschreiben - hab mich direkt zu Hause gefühlt da ich in einer ähnlichen Wohnung lebe. Hohe Decken alles offen mit einer irren Küche und einem Balkon mit Weitblick auf das Mittelmeer. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar - ein Conad gleich um die Ecke zur Innenstadt z.B. Mercado Centrale zu Fuss 30-40min. Hier komme ich gern wieder !!!

• Jessica (10/5): - Die Lage war sehr schön, einfache Busverbindungen alles sehr nah. Das Appartement war geräumig, gepflegt in sehr gutem Zustand! Marella war sehr liebevoll, hilfsbereit und zu jedem Zeitpunkt erreichbar :) Alles war perfekt

• Agnese (10/5): Beautiful, spacious, great view and perfect location. - Sooo beautiful apartment with great view on the seaside. Thoughtfully designed in every detail - even the water glasses are not ordinary. Perfect location, there is free parking very near by. Excellent and very detailed communication from the owner regarding check-in and other important information – it felt truly welcoming and caring. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

City bus is also near the apartment (line which goes al the way to the train station). Everything spotless clean, check-in process very smooth, comfortable bed and nice shower. -

Vriendelijke gastvrouw die snel reageert en goed is voor haar gasten! Heerlijk gegeten in t restaurant onder het appartement!! Top restaurant!!

• Inese (10/5): Amazing! - Amazing view from window, sea coast. Everything as in photos. You can cook breakfast for you, dinner from local market bought seafood. Super great! There are possibilities to sunbathe, swimming pool, swim in sea,just 5 minutes walk. Great location in Livorno, 1 min walk to bus stop to take you to Central station if need to go to Pisa or elsewhere. Communication with owner nice and easy, self check in super easy. We really enjoyed staying there! And we’re super sad to leave Livorno. 2 days are not enough.
• Femke (9/5): A very nice stay in the nice area of liverno - It was in the calmer and nicer area of Livorno, it was very nearby the boulevard. There was a very delicious pattiserie around the corner and a supermarkt in the street next to the apartment. The bed was compfy and the kitchen was fine for cooking. There was a cute church across the apartment with multiple masses per day. The host was also very helpfull and nice! We only missed a cleaningcloth. Thats all. It was a very nice stay

• Eliza (10/5): Totally recommend - We really enjoyed this stay, the view, the space and the kitchen. Even if it's a bit far from the city center, the bus station is very close. But the location is so nice, there are always people walking along the sea, running or biking. Restaurants are close, supermarkets, ice cream. You have everything you need around. -

• Arkadiusz (9/5): Weekend at seaside in Livorno - Great location. Close to pizza restaurant, bus stops and the sea. Although, this is not s beach area but great for autumn/ spring weekends. In the room all what you need: cofee machine, tea, cuttlery. Which is not so common in Italy.

• Ruth (9/5): A lovely spacious and stylish apartment in a great location overlooking the sea - The apartment is in a perfect location overlooking the sea, out of the centre of town, but close to a supermarket, bars, cafes etc. Everyone was very friendly. There is a popular swimming spot opposite the apartment - a jetty with a ladder down into the sea. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening sunshine. There is a bus right outside the apartment which takes you to town and the station, although we often walked into town along the sea front. There is quite a bit of noise from traffic on the main road between the flat and the sea. However the double glazing is fantastic, cutting out all noise at night and we slept really well. A kettle would have been good.

• Maria (8/5): Comfortable but tiny apartment that was ok for a short stay. Clear communication from the host. - Good location close to the recreational part of the waterfront, some good restaurants and sightseeing. I found it difficult to really understand what room I was getting from the photos on Booking.com. The room was nice but had no outlook and nowhere to sit other than in the bedroom/on the bed.
