• Filippi (7/5): Siviglia-Aprile 2026 - Posizione ottima Contesto/Cortile interno molto bello Reattività e disponibilità dello staff per le nostre esigenze Appartamento troppo costoso in rapporto a quanto offerto e dimensioni. Molto piccolo e buio rispetto alle foto pubblicate. La lavatrice ha solo un programma funzionante, inoltre ha una perdita d'acqua che necessita di un secchio per la raccolta che noi svuotavamo 2 volte al giorno per non avere il bagno allagato. Il boiler non era acceso e al nostro arrivo non avevamo acqua calda. Non c'era attrezzatura in cucina e nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo al nostro arrivo.

• Romane (8/5): - Le patio, le calme et l'emplacement central de l'appartement. Le matelas aurait pu être un peu plus confortable.
• Sarah (7/5): Chouette globalement - L’emplacement est idéal ! Tout est à 15 min de marche! Le petit patio est super joli, on est plongé dans l’ambiance Séville L’appartement est propre et a une chouette ambiance. Quelques petits défauts à l’appartement : - la clé se coince à chaque fois qu’il faut ouvrir la porte : elle va finir par casser et rester à l’intérieur du mécanisme - l’appartement est très sombre - la baignoire est très abîmée (toute griffée), la salle de bain a besoin d’un petit coup de frais - Le réservoir à eau chaude est petit ; nous étions 3 le dernier se lavait à l’eau froide.

• Jean-Paul (7/5): - super emplacement central dans Séville, tout se visite à pied le lit grince !!! la serrure (ou la clé) de la porte d'entrée est fatiguée L'appartement est bien plus petit (37m2) qu'au lieu des 63m2 annoncés... heureusement que nous ne sommes pas venus à 4 !!! L'appartement est sombre

• Isidro (1/5): - La ubicación a escasos metros de las Setas de la Encarnación, aparentemente es un sitio bonito por lo llamativo del patio de entrada. La cama fatal, el colchón estaba hundido, la cisterna no carga adecuadamente y la bañera no desagüa. En la misma habitación había una escalera de pintor y un armario de mantenimiento lleno de herramientas, piezas, y articulos de limpieza, que si vas con niños, no es lo propio.

• Delphine (9/5): Très chouette séjour et belle ville - Le calme alors que le centre est juste derrière mais on n entend rien. La beauté du bâtiment très bien entretenu et les gens respectent la tranquillité des autres. Si vous cherchez un logement suffisant pour 3 alors vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés Rien
