- Charlotte (10/5): - Lovely BnB with great hosts. Breakfast in the morning was great with homemade jams and cakes. Handy location to explore the Tuscany countryside. We loved a quick dip in the pool after a long day out. Lucignano nearby is well worth exploring.

- Ρένα (10/5): Exceptional - In a small, very quiet village you find this wonderful place. Large room, clean, with a comfortable mattress. The owners Victor and Valentina are eager to make you feel at home. Their breakfast is tasty with delicious local products and handmade cakes from Valentina. I would have loved to have stayed another 2 days to enjoy the aperitif with a view of the sunset in the wonderful garden with the pool. -

- Dóra (10/5): Exceptional - The house is an old, renovated pretty house in the center of the town with a stunning garden, which you can enjoy throughout the day, even at breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic and good quality, especially the cakes which were made freshly by the host. I really loved, that the hosts were extremely friendly, and helped us with many recommendations (where to go, where to buy good wines from producers) I felt they really cared about their guests, and wanted them to feel at home. They offer great apperetife in the evening , too.

I recommend this place in 100% <3 Nothing, the weather could be better, so we would also use the swimming pool and sun-beds :D
- Markos (10/5): A very nice experience with super friendly hosts. Strongly recommended! - The hosts are very nice, and the location is very beautiful. The breakfast was really lovely, and I strongly recommend the dinner! Very friendly and polite hosts. Being served breakfast in the yard, with the view of the olives, followed by a dive in the pool, was very relaxing. Quite easy to drive to many beautiful places such as Arezzo and Siena. Despite the strong heat, the rooms were cool, and there was a fan available. More of a suggestion, we would appreciate having the option of storing water or food in a fridge. Also, there is parking available outside, but when there are a lot of quests, it might be useful to coordinate it so that all cars fit.
- Erikvanrijthoven (10/5): Authentic Italian experience - Our experience in CasaViva was fantastic from the first moment until the last. The location is perfect to explore beautiful places in Toscany such as Montepulciano, Siena, Arezzo all within 45 mins drive. The view from our room from one side was the gorgeous old village church and the other side green rolling hills of Toscany.. more Italian you won't get it. The hosts Victor and Valentina take great care of the guests and shared tons of amazing local recommendations that we gladly followed. You won't regret booking this place!! To be honest absolutely nothing.
- Mihais (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed the stay at Victor and Valentina's place. The house is full of history but in the same time modern an cozy. The breakfast was great, prepared with fresh local products. The tips regarding where to eat and what to visit was also helpful. You can find a grocery store right around the corner and at a walking distance a restaurant where we ate good pizza. Also, if you want to spend a peacefully afternoon you can serve at the accommodation some tapas cooked by Valentina along with a wine from Victor's cellar. Last and not least want to mention the swimming pool that my boy really appreciated. I highly recommend this place! It is a good base point to discover Tuscany!

- Andrew (10/5): An idyllic stop at a beautiful villa in the Tuscan countryside with exceptional hosts! - We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts Victor and Valentina. The property was immaculate, recently renovated with beautiful bathroom (all modern appliances), double glazing with shutters and mosquito nets (not that we saw any mosquitos whilst we were there in May). The room was spacious and the bed/pillows very comfortable. The property has an interesting history and we stayed in the Sophia room which used to be the living room. The village is very peaceful allowing a perfect nights sleep. We had delicious breakfasts every day with a variety of fruits, homemade cakes, muesli, bread, cheese, hams, fruit juices, tea, coffee. In the evening on a few days we also had a light tapas style meal which the hosts prepared which was delicious and just the job if you have a larger lunch. Again this included some delicious homemade treats. Drinks were also available to purchase and we especially enjoyed the local wine which was great value. Victor was very helpful sharing places of interest to visit, recommended local restaurants, panoramic points and parking places in local towns/cities. This made our day trips out simpler and easier to plan. We would definitely love to come back and explore the area further. There are so many interesting places around the local Tuscan area. Nothing I can think of. The village is quite small so would recommend having a car if you visit.
- Iryna (10/5): We remember with warmth our stay and our hosts Victor and Valentina. We recommend this location and will come back again - Very cozy location, close to all main touristic routs in Tuscany, just renovated, has all necessary in the room, good breakfasts, very nice garden and absolutely astonishing view from the windows (if you live on the top floor). You can always get advice from the owner if necessary about what to see in the area. Loved everything.
- Masli (10/5): A dreamy stay! - Excellent stay at a great family-run agriturismo! We loved every minute of our stay. The place has an amazing history dating in WW1 and it has been now refurbished by a lovely Spanish-Italian family. The rooms have a special meaning; we stayed in room FiloSofia. Breakfast was excellent from salty to sweet local products, fresh coffee and good conversations. The garden looks great and soon it will have a lovely piece of land only with lavender. Victor and Valentina can guide you through the region, we had excellent recommendations where to eat the best Fiorentina steaks and many more, we have visited all the surrounding small cities with an imense history also thanks to them (Cortona, Arezzo, Castiglion Fiorentino ) at a short 20-30 min drive. I would recommend you to stay a minimum 3 nights, enjoy dinner (tapas) and a plating of local antipasto that are totally different from what you will find in restaurants , all made by Valentina and Victor, also taste the local wine you can find also at the house and just relax in the garden. We will definitely keep this place close to our hearts, as we say in Romanian “the man blesses the place” and so did Valentina, Victor and the kids with this place.
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional - Stylish, cosy, freshly renovated place with a feel of a Tuscan village. The owners are very helpful and friendly with a true attention to guests. Climatic wine cellar is a nice addition. You can have fine breakfast of local food, fruit and homemade cakes Pozzo is a great starting point to many Tuscan places of interest just within 30 minutes.
- Martelli (10/5): A very pleasant stay and it’s been a pleasure to meet Victor and Valentina. - The rooms are cozy and very clean, the structure is recently renovated. The position is perfect to reach every point of interest nearby (Arezzo, Lucignano, Monte San Savino, Montepulciano and Val di Chiana in general). We also recommend to try the house cocktails and breakfast (excellent homemade cakes, pies and tuscan cheese and cold cuts). Victor and Valentina are very attentive hosts. Nothing in particular.
- Marko (10/5): We got to live a magical life in the middle of vineyards and olive trees in a beautiful environment. - The room was nicely decorated, everything was super clean and family helped troughout our trip. From our window a wonderful landskape opened directly into Tuscan evening sun. Breakfast was beautifully laid out every morning and we sat at breakfast for a long time enjoying the atmosphere. Everything went as expected.
