• Karolina (4/5): - The apartment is located in a beautiful area, close to the city center, surrounded by interesting architecture and attractions. The apartment itself is charming and has a beautiful view. -The most disturbing issue was that the owner entered the apartment without our permission, accompanied by a man who wanted to view the property. This behavior was completely unacceptable. - Floor was dirty (oatmeal flakes scattered in the bedroom and kitchen floor) - The lighting in the apartment was poor. Overall, while the location were attractive, issues with privacy significantly impacted our stay.

• Enrico (10/5): Ottima soluzione per vivere Copenhagen al meglio - Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. L’appartamento è completamente nuovo e gli spazi sono curati, puliti e ben organizzati. Il bagno è perfetto, con una doccia ampia che rende tutto molto confortevole. Anche la vista sulla città dall’alto è un vero valore aggiunto: svegliarsi la mattina, uscire sul terrazzo e affacciarsi è stato davvero piacevole. Anche la posizione è ottima, in una zona ideale per visitare la città e raggiungere facilmente tutto ciò che serve. Un soggiorno che ha superato le aspettative. Nulla, tutto molto bene
• Kirsten P (8/5): Enjoyed the views, the convenience of a functional small apartment and a nice host. - Easy to get to, the availability of an escalator, a wonderful view. Nice little kitchen. The bed was OK but bedsheets could be little more “professional” . Bedroom had only one simple night light. The exhaust system in the shower was not working. And one light was out in the the bathroom.

• sarah (8/5): Perfect location - Excellent location, close to bikes, bakery, bars and restaurants in a beautiful part of Copenhagen It was great. Although as Copenhagen is expensive to eat out it would be good to have a few more cooking utensils

• Sytske (7/5): - De ligging van het appartement. Op loopafstand van Nyhavn eigenlijk was alles goed bereikbaar. Metro station was op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Als je een appartement huurt met keuken dan verwacht je dat je die ook kunt gebruiken. Dit werd 2 dagen voor aankomst doorgegeven. Er was zelfs geen bestek aanwezig dus een broodje maken of een salade was niet mogelijk.

• Hanna (10/5): That's a perfect place to stay in the - There was Wi-Fi, despite the fact that it s written that there is no one. Host was very nice and helped with everything. All the appliances worked. It was cozy, nice warm and sunny in the apartment. I even had opportunity to get at the apartment a bit earlier. Everything was perfect

• Rime (10/5): I had truly an amazing experience during this trip. - Lovely and confortable apartment in a stunning and cool area of Copenhagen, next to Nyhavn and a street food market. The owner was very kind and flexible, I will definitely come back. Nothing, everything was great.
• Gregory (8/5): Good stay in Papirojen - The situation is good because it is quiet for the moment, the building is new and quite empty, but close to animated street for tourism. Like it was said in other comment the flat is a little bit empty, it could be so much better with some furnitures on the balcony or near the bed.
• Marie (4/5): A lovely apartment but disappointed with the facilities, the noise and the lack of cleanliness. - The location was great - apart from the very noisy construction works going on outside the property from 6am each morning! The view was great other than that and the location very convenient to what is a very accessible city. The apartment should have been cleaner - having to wash cutlery etc and clean floors was pretty disappointing. The kitchen was lovely but was not adequately equipped for cooking. There were only two chairs and the bedroom contained only a bed and a small portable light (the light in the bedroom was not working). There was no wardrobe or bedside lockers to put phones, glasses etc on. The lock on the main balcony door was also faulty (my husband fixed it). The construction noise meant we needed to keep the window doors closed much of the time during some lovely warm weather and as such we only got to enjoy the balcony in the evening.

• Eden (8/5): Super nice modern apartment with brilliant location and links but lacking in some utilities/items - The apartment was very modern and new and the location was great. When looking at many different apartments I found this one and it was the best value for money with such a great location even still! 5 minutes walk from the main centre and 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station! The apartment was also very clean. The apartment was lacking on some essential items which would have made my stay better. It would be great if a kettle, umbrella, hairdryer and basic food/drink essentials like coffee (the instant coffee pot was empty when I arrived there) and things like pepper, spices and olive oil I had to purchase there to be able to cook and then had to leave the olive oil there as couldn’t take it in my suitcase back. I also had to purchase an umbrella as there wasn’t one provided. There also wasn’t a TV which I would have expected in any apartment/hotel. I also was looking for a brush pan and brush to be able to sweep up but couldn’t find one. A coffee french press / little coffee machine would be a nice addition also, which saves on people going out to buy expensive coffee in the town. Apart from this the apartment was really nice! Loved the balcony also! 😄 I definitely recommend staying here on a trip to Copenhagen! 😊
• Irene (8/5): Great value for money in brand new building at the center of Copenhagen! - The apartment is located in a new building in a beautiful location on the canals, at the very center of the city. It's quiet, with all new appliances and a wonderful terrace. I loved that the price was incredibly reasonable because the building is still under construction (which did not bother me at all). There could be a few more appliances. I only stayed 2 days and did not need much myself but for longer stays travellers may need more to be able to cook etc... There is no internet in the apartment yet - no issue for me as I used mobile data but something to be aware of.
• Marius (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, close to the center. Very nice area. There is still construction going on nearby, but the price seems to have been reduced accordingly.
• Yury (2/5): An incomplete apartment without Internet. The smell of construction, poor condition of the sewer - The advertisement did not specify the important features of the apartment for living, including: There is no Internet - no Wi-Fi. In my case, international roaming is expensive and the additional costs were high. In response to a request to resolve the issue with Wi-Fi, the hostess offered to buy a second phone and a SIM card from a local provider at a local store, which in my opinion is beyond the limit. The house in which the apartment is located is in a state of unfinished repair. The area around the house is also a construction site. The elevator is dirty from the drift of building materials and sheathed with hardboard, smells of paint and concrete mix, tiles in the entrance are not finished. Significant smell: the apartment also smells of paint and concrete. Despite the fact that the house is new, the condition of the engineering systems is depressing. The water from the shower tray overflows into the bathroom and does not leave for 5-6 hours. That is, after a shower, you are standing in a deep puddle of shampoo-soapy water. There is no complete set of basic necessities in the apartment - there is not a single hanger. When asked by the landlady where to hang things, I received two tips: 1. Assemble the hanger yourself, which was in the apartment in disassembled condition without the necessary connectors. 2. Hang things on the back of one of the two chairs The very narrow bed has no bedside tables. The light in the bedroom is represented by one table lamp standing on the floor.
• Saskia (10/5): Perfect stay in modern apartment in old part of town - recommend - The apartment is beautiful in a brand new house, with beautiful architecture on an island right next to the opera. You will have a great view towards the old armoury, there are many shops, bakeries etc. close The apartment is very airy and light due to it's big windows and you have a balcony. Everything is top of the line, build in kitchen, floor heating and great bathroom and Maria is a great host. She will accomondate your check-in time, be in touch with you before the check-in and explain everything in the apartment. As I was the first one staying there it was exciting for both of us. Everything I needed was there. I recommend it for singles or couples. The historic center is just a few minutes away, it was really a great stay and Maria did her best to make me feel comfortable even before I arrived, giving me tips etc. Everything was fine and I don't have anything negative to say.
