• Laura (8/5): - Muy buenos apartamentos, comodos y bonitos. El apartamento no tiene vista al mar, a diferencia de lo que muestra en las fotos. Hay 4 apartamentos por piso, 2 con vista al mar y 2 con vista el hotel
• Amarillisz (8/5): Az apartmanból a kilátás gyönyörű. - Nagyon jó ellátást és szép szobát kaptunk a szállodában. Elromlott a fűtés, emiatt 1 éjszakát 15 fokban aludtunk. Ezután áthelyeztek minket a szállodába. Ott szuper ellátást kaptunk.

Na prośbę o udostępnienie apartamentu zgodnie z rezerwacją, uzyskałam odpowiedź, że obiekt nie może zrealizować jej poprawnie. Musiałam szukać innego hotelu. Bardzo przykre doświadczenie na rozpoczęcie urlopu.

• Kamila (8/5): - Bardzo ładny apartament blisko plaży. Minus to widok z balkonu, który nie jest na góry ale na drogę i wielki hotel. Plus, dobre wyposażenie i czystość. Kontakt poprzez infolinię sprawił przy odbiorze kluczy nieco problemów.

• Yuliya (7/5): Basic apartments, but everything works - It was a very basic flat, but it was enough for us and our purposes (cycling). The AC works very well; there were enough plates and other tableware. Nearby, we found a very good restaurant where we had dinner every evening. They don't do any cleaning, we stayed for 3 nights.

• Rebecca (10/5): Excellent stay - Spacious, great view from the apartment, you can use the facilities such as spa and gym, close to everything in town, great beach 2 minutes away. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean.
• Michel (7/5): Great location with downsides due to noise - Location was great, very close to the beach and there was a shop across the road. What was also great was that we were able to use the Hotel's facilities like Spa (even 2hrs per day with kids) and outside pool. Almost every night, there was very loud evening entertainment across the street - either form a karaoke bar or from the Hotel. If you have a room facing away from the beach, it can be extremely loud, especially the hotel events. Also, the road behind the apartment building is relatively heavy use and since the windows don't keep sound out very well, you hear the cars, night events, and drunk people come home and shouting after football games.

• Angelika (5/5): Noisy, old, needs renovation, non-functional, nice view from the window, clean beach nearby. - Beautiful view out the window. Good location, right next to a beach with clear water. Friendly service. The hot water heater was constantly making noise, making it impossible to sleep. Very loud air conditioning. Electrical problem. Very low water pressure in the shower. You could hear everything in the hallway, in the rooms next door, and outside. Two smaller mattresses in a double bed; we kept falling into the gaps between them. The microwave was so old it was yellow. Everything was old and needed a complete overhaul. The silicone and grout in the bathroom were yellow with age. Clean, but everything was old. Lacked functionality; the bathroom door opened inward, making it very difficult to move around. The same with the refrigerator; all they had to do was change the hinges and it would be much more comfortable.

• Mervyn (6/5): Pleasant but a tad expensive, Hotel aligned with property is best budget option & great facilities. - Sea view was as expected as not on main thoroughfare so over a roof, suffices. Hotel aligned with property was very good with very helpful staff. Been here before, however never got complimentary wine, bread, water, etc, and arrived very late, maybe not these days, so more thoughtfulness would be good.

• Jayne (9/5): Great location, staff are very friendly, good value for money! - The apartment is in a great location. You also have access to the facilities at any other Cabot hotel. The staff were friendly. Rooms are cleaned every second day. The view from the room was lovely. Spacious and clean. Road in to the apartment is dark and is a dirt track. It’s difficult with suitcases. In general the apartment could do with an upgrade, the kitchen and bathroom in particular.

• Klára (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment has great location and is quite big. It had a nice balcony as well. The parking was not a problem. The apartment was not cleaned properly. There were hair on the floor in the bathroom. There was no hand soap, no coffee, no sugar, no salt and tea.

• Rob (9/5): Such a beautiful resort - Location was excellent, very close to the beach but a little bit of a walk to the Pine Walk area (but a walk does you good...) the apartment was clean and functional with a couple of Spar supermarkets very close. People have mentioned the noise from the large hotel nearby but we hardly noticed it. Host responded to our request for missing iron very quickly. Some larger cups and glasses maybe?? Found key lock box a bit temperamental.

• Jean (7/5): Nice enough place but management allows dle-of-the-night check-in to multiple rooms fo - It was a pretty sweet space, near everything, steps from the beach, convenient parking (potholed dirt road behind the apt, but spots always available), and peek-a-boo views of the sea, balcony, loved that. Comfy beds, nice white cotton bedclothes, moka pot, kettle, basic kitchen stuff. No screening on doors or windows (mosquitos!) so we had to use the A/C way more than we would have otherwise; no washcloths or bathmat, and only one towel each for 3 days (it is a beach apt...), no coffee (even for just the first morning), no sugar. But worst of all, a large group arrived in tbe middle of tbe night our last night, taking up several rooms, and were incredibly loud, up and down tbe stairs, talking loudly, scraping furniture around in tbe rooms above, pounding and hammering - *something - for hours - and the property manager claimed to have no idea who they were, what they were doing, or why. Intolerable, midnight to after 3 am, even with earplugs. No sleep, no relief.

• Anna (5/5): Passable - Apartment is well located, near the sea and centre. The bus stop is not so far away. It is big and has all the needed equipment. Unfortunately the apartment was cold and damp. When there is wet and chilly outside it is a big problem. There was a smell of damp all over the place. The airconditioning needs cleaning as well. The apartment needs proper cleaning and ventilation. If these problems were solved it would be a nice place.
• Ian (7/5): I am not a sun worshipper, so poor weather it not spoil holiday, it was quiet which suited me.. - the westward looking balcony caught the setting sun well, the facilities were basic but sorted me. a good shower, ample space in main room. crockery and glasses were limited and small, a large mug and bigger glasses for drinking beer would have been nice to have. first couple of nights badly bitten by mosquitos-till all killed next day. no information in apartment re local facilities or things to see and do.

• Anna (8/5): Great cheap and cheerful base! - Great little base, fabulous location 30 seconds from the beach and a 15 minute walk into the centre with bars and shops just round the corner. It’s a bit tired, some mould in the bathroom, could do with a it of TLC. Someone popping in once during the week just to empty the bins and make sure everything was ok would have been good.

It was very hard to get back into the building if someone closed the main door in the evening. Music from the hotel and bars nearby in the evening until after 1200 was hard to sleep with. It would have been great to have even one morning’s worth of tea and instant coffee.

• Anshuman (8/5): Very good - Very near to the beach. If you could book timely sea view is possible. The location is quite good. The neighbouring hotel plays music loud. But they switch it off by 11 pm. So its ok.
• J (9/5): Good value apartment very close to beach. - Nice apartment with aircon and decent kitchen area. Great value for money given the time of year and availability in the Town. The view is sumwhat obscured but of course that is reflected in the price. We would stay again at the price point we paid. The lounge sofa bed whilst big and fit for purpose was uncomfortable for sleeping. The road at the back is poor, but again, it's reflected in the price point. All in all, we fealt the property was good value for money.

• Hmmng (5/5): Passable - Bed was comfortable Dirt road outside lead to dust everywhere. Bins also an eyesore. Minimum cutlery /Delph. OK for 2 . Def not suitable for 4 adults. Very very basic for the price we paid. No comparison to apartment same time last year for same price. Wouldn't go back. 2 star at best. I thought property was on the road opposite beach but it is behind a property facing onto beach.
• Frida (9/5): Superb - Very lovely place, the location was great and the apartment was fresh and clean. Well functioning air-conditioning and a nice little balcony.
• Octav (9/5): An almost entirely pleasant experience - A very nice, comfortable apartment in a very good area. The beach is just a short walk away, as well as a supermarket for daily needs. We appreciated the air conditioner, as we had some very hot days during our stay. The nearby hotel had evening programmes every day, very loud and going on until fairly late (past 2300h usually). Our little one is hard to put to bed and the music didn't help at all. Otherwise, for our relatively long stay we could have used a way to do laundry.

We arrived in Porto Pollensa by taxi but driver could not find the apartment. Nobody had heard of it. We paid the taxi driver and told him we would find it on foot which we did after quite some time searching..Even the lock box was difficult to find.
