• Ludivine (1/5): Honteux - Rien !! Séjour gâché !! Saleté et problèmes avec les équipements. Un mot d'explication en arrivant pour nous dire qu'on ne peut pas cuisiner pendant que quelqu'un prend une douche (=utiliser le chauffe eau en même temps que la plaque induction), ou le sèche cheveux, utiliser les climatisations simultanément sinon les plombs sautent ! Il nous a fallu une sacrée organisation en famille avec les enfants, donc perte de temps et moins de balade que prévu. Vaisselle à refaire entièrement, tout était gras et sale. Serviettes sales dans la machine à laver, chaises et canapé pleins de tâches. Au prix demandé, c'est une honte !! Et le service clients qui ne m'a pas répondu TOUT, je me faisais une joie de découvrir Syracuse, je n'en ai pas eu le temps

• Guest (10/5): Top - Appartamento grande, comodo, luminoso e pulito. Posizione ottima, alle porte di Ortigia. Piccola area parcheggio proprio sotto casa: il parcheggio non è un problema. Da scegliere per la bellissima vista panoramica sull’isola e sul porto piccolo. Lo stabile non è antico, ma le aree condominiali sono piuttosto trasandate.
• carmela (9/5): - Punto di forza la posizione eccezionale con vista spettacolare sul ponte vecchio e il porticciolo di Ortigia.appartameto spazioso,ed arioso .Alla mancanza del wifi abbiamo sopperito con il traffico dati personale fortunatamente c'era una buona ricezione, anche all"inconveniente dello scaldabagno che non poteva essere acceso in contemporanea ai condizionatori abbiamo sopperito accendendolo quando eravamo fuori Ciò che ha creato un po' più di disagio è stata la pulizia un po' carente,sporcizia nei mobiletti della cucina e ancora di più la struttura del letto che essendo in tessuto era visibilmente sporca e impolverata , decisamente poco igienica.
• bmw5500 (1/5): - The location The mattress and pillows were old and stiff nearly to garbage….. bathroom was dirty and two faucets were in damage. Shower was foul in corruption. NO WIFI . The refrigerator was disgusting 🤮 . Dirty apartment Go away……. Lost my money 💵

• Stijn (9/5): Great location and appartment.Recommended! - There were no bowls and espresso cups. The host dropped some off the same day. Thanks again! Very nice location, lots of space and light. 10 metres to the bridge. Some things need replacing because of rust. In kitchen and bathroom.
