• Elizabeth (9/5): - the beach front with glorious ocean views, simple, clean and comfortable accommodation in great location for us. 30 steps up with our too big luggage - you do need good knees.

• Barbara (8/5): Great location and wonderful view - The apartment has a great size with a big lounge in the living room and beautiful view over the ocean. Nice big bed - for us a bit too hard though. The location, the view and covered parking are great. Nicky and Paul have replied quickly to a small issue we had. The stairs can be tricky but only because of the narrow steps. Although 3 floors, they are not that long. The water temperature is a bit sensitive to regulate. When it is windy the balcony doors are rattling.

• Rod (5/5): Would look at a differ - Great location and view Just a couple things firstly the code given for door entry didn’t work was resolved Body wash dispenser was empty The only utensil I needed to cook with was the frypan absolutely useless as the non stick surface non existent Usually there is at least a long life milk in the fridge nothing With the wind on the weekend the door on back veranda rattled all night

• George (8/5): Beautiful view, quiet life, nice surroundings - The view, easy access to the beach and great for walk at the beach. It is around 20mins away from the city.
• Stuart (9/5): Could have easily stayed longer. - Very warm, the heater was great in the middle of winter. Views were lovely. Great walks on the beach The shower was a bit sensitive but once you got it at a nice temperature it was fine.

• Ulrich (8/5): Very good - Nicky's flat is ideal for long-term stays. Everything you need is available. I would particularly like to emphasise her attentiveness, she responds quickly to requests and is very keen to ensure that everything is done to your satisfaction. The beds are very comfortable and the flat is also very cosily furnished. All in all, I can only recommend Nicky and her flat.

• Scott (9/5): Fellas I will make this simple: finding this property available in your date range means you’ve hit the jackpot. Stop se - Ocean view, close to Westfield shopping & food options, esplanade walk, beach immediately in front, short journey to airport, Harbour Town, zoo, Dolphin Sanctuary and CBD. The apartment has a great kitchen with all utensils, pans, pots etc. The overall space is huge compared to a “name” hotel option. Couch is comfortable and TV is a good viewing size for movies on Chromecast. I read the positive and negative reviews prior, so it’s only fair to answer those concerns. Yes, the main bed frame squeaks because the steel cross braces beneath need WD40. If you are that concerned Dirk Digler then use the double bed in the other room: silent. The TV antenna does struggle with consistent signal at times, possibly because the roof aerial is rusted from salt corrosion, use Chromecast. Alternatively, stop watching TV because you’re at the beach and there’s better things to do with your time.

• Alex (10/5): Amazing - This place was amazing! Awesome view, a stone throw away from the beach ☀️ clean, tidy and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quiet cozy place to stay right on the beach, kid friendly and loads of things to do close by.

• Vivienne (8/5): All in all pretty good despite issues above. - Great situation right on the beach path and only a short drive to shops and cafes. Quiet, well-appointed and clean. Wonderful view of the beach from the balcony and kitchen. The ceiling fan didn’t work in the master bedroom and no aircon in bedrooms, so very hot. Ceiling fan very dusty so seems likely that it hasn’t worked for a long time. Common areas are a bit scruffy and no lift so had to carry our suitcases up to third floor.
• Helen (10/5): Great stay, in comfort and would recommend. - The Unit was in a great spot, amazing view. Fully self contained so you could self cater. Nice size so that you didn't feel cramped or on top of each other. The stairs are a killer. Definitely would not recommend for elderly or someone with crook knees. They are steepish and each step is small. Was difficult to get suitcase upstairs and then back down.

• Marelise (8/5): Excellent location, excellent views, homely feel to unit - Excellent loction with beautiful views of the ocean. Property had everything we needed and more. Beds very comfortable and unit had a comfortable living space for relaxing while enjoying the view. Very close to a Westfields shopping centre Although on third floor and only a staircase it was not difficult at all, it's basically only two flights of stairs, and a easy climb.
