• Frank (9/5): - Sehr nettes, suberes Zimmer in ruhiger Lage. Alle Sehenswüedigkeiten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Ausgestattet mit Allem was man braucht. Jederzeit wieder. Vielen Dank.
• Rosa María (4/5): - La cocina esta muy bien equipada y es grande. La parada de metro no está lejos y lleva directo al centro. Es mejor coger el metro y no ir andando pues lleva mas de una hora. El baño compartido del sótano es muy muy viejo, la ducha muy usada , el suelo un poco asqueroso. La habitacion numero 2 en el sótano no la recomiendo. El dueño mandó un mensaje explicando que el bajo precio de la habitacion(70€, nevera, wifi, baño compartido y derecho a cocina) se debe a que necesita una reforma. Ya te avisa...

• Sadykova (10/5): Рекомендую. Вполне можно пожить неделю. Комфортно с транспортом. Можно пройти в течение 20-25 минут до центра и наслажда - Мне понравилось в комнате. Небольшая, но довольно уютная. Вполне можно пожить неделю. Очень хорошо, что хозяева не беспокоят. 1. Не понравился запах кондиционера постельного белья; 2. Не было утюга. Так как поехала для участия в международном форуме, пришлось ходить в помятой одежде; 3. Было оплачено за уборку 35 Евро, но комната не убиралась.

• Alexander (6/5): Basic, clean and quiet appartement, but sometimes challenging parking situation - Appartement itself was ok, very clean and well kept. Neighborhood was nice, although in the middle of the city. It was very quiet, no disturbances. Parking situation is a real catastrophe late in the evening. It took me nearly an entire hour to drive around dozens of blocks to find a parking spot for an Opel Corsa, not a big car, Then I found one spot at 400 m distance. The owner said it was due to the ongoing constructions, but I suspect it is not a lot better without ongoing constructions and the set up parking exclusion zones. A bit of cigarette smoke outside the appartement was noticeable here and there, so I closed windows to not draw more smoke in. Not ideal in summertime. No extra kitchenette sink. Key was not in the indicated box, but fortunately, the second number I called still responded, although it was around 23:30 and some other box's code was given to me, with correct keys inside. He said that hadn't happened before and because he was still friendly at 23:30, the owner got a smiley for the staff part from me.
• Lois (7/5): It had the basics for a short stay. Just a few stops on the bus to the centre of town. - The beds were comfortable, the kettle was useful and it was a short bus ride to the centre of town. Generally clean, see exception below. It is compact but had the basics of we needed for a short stay. Communication was good, lock box entry. Shower curtain needs replacing due to mildew. The neighbourhood may have been quiet but we could hear a guy shouting a lot on both evenings we were there, which interrupted our rest. I believe the noise was coming from upstairs but it could have been from next door. It is around the corner from a correctional facility, which was not on our radar. We walked past it on our way to the mall, looking for something to eat.
• Alexandra (9/5): Superb - I liked that it was a small kitchenette where i could prepare quick meals, the private bathroom, comfy bed i have no complains
• Roman (10/5): Amazing, highly recommend. - The place was awesome, I didn't expect it to be so great. Nobody bothered me at all and I got to spend my time there in peace. The interior design is beautiful and the bed there is the softest bed I've ever slept on. Thank you so much!
