• Ema (3/5): Big disappointment not worth the price - The bedroom itself was relatively clean and well maintained. The bathroom and kitchen were a disaster. Most of the dishes put away were dirty, the pans were filthy and the shared area was always dirty from previous people using it. The bathroom was the same story. Hair everywhere, people leaving their stuff behind, full trashcan for days. I am aware it is a shared space but the owner should make more effort in maintaining it. As a conclusion to our stay, the key box where the key was supposed to be picked up and left was missing the day of our check out, with no new instructions from the owner to us, nor the confused guests wanting to check in looking for them.
• Parugby (6/5): Parfait pour une brève escale à Dublin ! - Le rapport qualité-prix pour dormir dans Dublin sans payer trop cher. Parking facile et quartier calme, même si relativement proche de l'aéroport. Système de "boite à clefs" mais l'hôte est facilement joignable et prompt à réagir. Très excentré du cœur du Dublin, mais c'est également la logique même du produit. Le coût répond à ce défaut.
• Marie-Luise (8/5): Preis Leistung für Urlaub in Dublin top - Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, gute Verbindung an Bus und Bahn in die Stadt, aber auch reichlich Parkplätze und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Unterkunft selbst, gibt es alles was man braucht, sogar Hygieneartikel im Bad. Etwas schwierig und verwirrend die Schlüsselbox zu finden, ebenso war die Sauberkeit nicht zufriedenstellend, vor allem in der Küche. Vermutlich liegt das jedoch an den anderen Mitbewohnern, da man Geschirr etc. selbst spülen muss.

• Frank (7/5): Gute Unterkunft in Flughafennähe für einen Kurzaufenthalt - Wir haben hier eine Nacht als Stop-over nach der Anreise verbracht. Flughafennähe, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür und dank vorab geschickter, bebilderter Anleitung war das Einchecken auch zu später Stunde eigenständig möglich. Die Umgebung ist eine relativ ruhige Wohngegend, ein Aldi ist in der Nähe und ein nettes kleines Café Marmalade bot gutes Frühstück und sehr guten Kaffee. Die Innenstadt kann man mit Bus & Bahn erreichen, wir haben Uber benutzt. Badezimmer könnte eine Renovierung vertragen

• Jeanne (3/5): - Goede locatie, vlak bij het trein station en in 15 min in city center. Goed bed alleen niet groot zoals beloofd. De rest. Oud, niet heel schoon en het ergste, we hadden een kamer met badkamer geboekt en er kwam geen druppel water uit de douche, de beheerder die eerder nog bereikbaar was reageerde niet op het bericht dat de douche het niet deed dus 3 dagen niet kunnen douchen.

• Anna Lucia (8/5): - Both the room and the common areas were clean. The apartments are located in a quiet area surrounded by green spaces. The walls are thin and when people use hot water in the bathroom it gets very noisy. The self check in could be handled better.

I cuscini..erano molto fini...mi è dispiaciuto avvisare il responsabile e metterlo in difficoltà perché doveva andarli a comprare quindi gli ho detto che non c'era bisogno...speravo ne avesse qualcuno di scorta. Anche gli asciugamani..1 solo grande per 2 persone 1 medio e 2 piccoli...

• Balázs (9/5): - Location is perfect, it's a nice neighborhood - not busy and it was close to the centre either by bus or train/tram. Parking spaces are available, which is a nice addition. The en suite room was great, the view was very nice from the window. Communication was clear and quick. Not much, obviously it's a flat with shared kitchen, but it is well communicated - we didn't need to use it anyways, so it's not negative.

I didn't like the fact that we had a lot of problems to open the front door and to lock the toilet, and this last one is a big issue because you share the bathroom. It is also pretty far from everything in Dublin, so you gotta spend money on taxis and public transport

• Joelina (6/5): Gut angebunden, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Dublin ideal, aber Zimmer B leider laut wegen Boiler - Die Lage ist gut, es gibt eine tolle Bäckerei in 2 Gehminuten entfernt und Samstagabend waren wir sehr lecker essen, etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Apartment ist top angebunden mit der Trainstation Pelletstown. Der Check-In war kurz chaotisch, weil ich die mir zugesandten Bilder nicht öffnen konnte, aber die Ansprechperson war direkt erreichbar am Telefon und mir wurde sehr freundlich geholfen. Die Begegnungen mit anderen Gästen waren sehr nett. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch im Bad gab es alles, was es braucht. Leider hatten wir das Zimmer, an dem direkt der Raum mit dem Boiler grenzt und immer, wenn im Bad warmes Wasser genutzt wurde, wurde es sehr laut in unserem Zimmer, leider auch nachts hin und wieder. Ich denke aber, dass dies in den anderen Zimmern kein Problem darstellen sollte (wir waren Zimmer B).
• Selma (4/5): Der Aufenthalt war eher enttäuschend: - Im Schlafzimmer und Bad gab es großflächig Schimmel. Um den Geruch zu neutralisieren wurden Duftspender aufgestellt. Der Geruch war sehr penetrant. Die Oberflächen und der Boden wurden länger nicht gründlich gereinigt. Um in die Innenstadt zu kommen, ist man ca. 40 Minuten unterwegs. Für die Lage und den Zustand der Wohnung ist der Preis definitiv überteuert.

• Thomas (8/5): Prévoyez de passer pas mal de temps en Uber ou bus pour votre séjour car il y a beaucoup de bouchons et l’appartement es - La réactivité de l’hôte, séjour super ! Pour un weekend c’est l’idéal rapport qualité prix Le réseau pour ma part j’avais du mal à capté à l’intérieur il fallait que j’aille sur le balcon mais mes amis eux captaient très bien à l’intérieur pour qui ? pourquoi ? Je ne sais pas sachant que certains de mes amis sont chez Bouygues et moi aussi. Bref cela ne concerne pas le propriétaire mais plus la personne qui loue le bien.

• Ema (10/5): - Each room has it's own key, so there is a sense of privacy even tho it's a shared flat. It was warm with adjustable heating, and there was always warm water for showering. There was a direct bus line very close from the apartment to the city centre.

Je n’ai pas vraiment de commentaire négatif si ce n’est que même en transport en commun tout n’est pas à proximité . C’est toujours mieux d’avoir des toilettes séparés de la salle de bain

• Lucas (1/5): Do not bother with this accomodation at risk of not being able to access. - I could not access the property as there was no lock box accessible. They put the lock box on a bike in the street away from the accomodation. I did not have a place to stay, Booking would not refund me.
