• Svetoslav (1/5): Bad - Apartment form HELL with offensive host!!! Be ware!!! If you want a place where you will be monitored with cameras and asked questions and told to turn off the heating - you are at the right place. Just the bare minimum. The host wants to earn every cent without delivering!!! The host started to turn off the main breaker, because he told us not to keep the ac on in December!!! * No sponges and barely any left over detergent. Pillows are old, yellow, and very uncomfortable. * No changes of sheets for 10 days * Synthetic zavivki • The host does not speak English, he wrotes only in Italian. When i asked him - he told me to use translate! • The apartment is very cold. For one of the AC's i needed to buy batteries, the remote was not working. The Ac's are uf unknown brand, and does not function properly. • When they work (air-conditioning) if you decide to use the dirty oven, the breaker goes down, so you need to first stop the ac's and then turn the oven on. • The hot water heater is so small that two people cannot take showers rigt after each other. • The toilet seat was broken and was not fixed. You simply canot do your job if you dont hold it :d • There is just two toilet paper rolls for 10 days. And no change of the towels. • There is no bathroom soaps/shampoo. Just the toilet paper. • Its says it has heating , it does not - the host asked me to turn off the heating (in end of December!!) beacuse we cannot use ot 24/7 !!! • The kitchen is awful - only dishes and a couple of old rusty forks and knives that does not cut. All of the host discarded amenities were put here - old worn out pan, old pot with missing handles. • Non working air extractor, if you cook you cannot have the air extracted,  but you sleep with it. • The TV's are just a bit bigger than a palm of a hand. • The terraces were dirty and awful, not cleaned at all. • The host didnt gave a document for the toursit tax, he wanted it to be put in the key box. • Not th place to celebrate NY. Will never come back!!!
• Alexandra (9/5): Superb - It was extremely clean, with huge rooms and balconies We were there in the middle of November and it was not so warm in the flat, the heating function did not work in the air conditioner, but the owner was very helpful in all of our requests
• Gabriela (9/5): Perfect location for a great trip! - Everything was great! Comfortable and clean, close to the historical center, the apartament was perfect for us. I recommend it if you are looking for a place fully organized with all you need. The host also was very nice! I have nothing to say.
• Ergi (10/5): It was all you could ask from a place to stay in a good location, with good amendities and warm hospitality. - The owner was really helpful with the tips, the apartment was clean and the balcony was very relaxing.
