• Alfried (9/5): Hervorragender Zentraler Ort im Zentrum Memmingen - Die Lage zentral am Markt und Weihnachtsmarkt, aber die Fenster waren hervorragend schallisoliert. Das WLAN und TV sehr gut, Für Mieter ist es ohne Aufzug mit Gepäck beschwerlich. Der Spülkastendrücker im WC muss genau beobachtet werden, da das Wasser nicht zuverlässig abstellt ! (bitte prüfen) Für das Aus-Einladen aus auf die Zufahrtsmöglichkeit hingewiesen werden/ Parkhaus Stadthalle in Reichweite Die Nr5 trifft sowohl für die Strasse und den Marktplatz zu , was zu Fragen führt und der elektronische Schlüsselsafe bedarf einer guten Anleitung

• Paul Charles (10/5): For sure we will be back - Staying in Memmingen in a 700-year-old building right on the square overlooking the Christmas market was magical. The apartment was clean, the host was very helpful, and the neighborhood was incredibly charming, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, parks, and shops Highly recommend! Only one thing but it didn’t bother us at all … There is no elevator

• Elke (8/5): Es war schön 🤩 - Die FeWo selbst 😊 & in diesem schönen alten Haus && die direkte Lage am Marktplatz . Warme, gut geheizte Räume und die wunderschöne Türe vom „Elternschlafzimmer“ in‘s Bad. Die Küche selbst -> klasse 👏☺️ Leider war vor Allem in der Küche nur oberflächlich geputzt.
• Eli (9/5): Great choice which we would make again - Great location - this is one of the beautiful colorful authentic houses on the Marktplatz which you might have seen in Google. A lot of space at your disposal. Plenty of tools, equipment and everything you might need for a relaxing stay. Our son was so lucky to have even a book of his favorite series available on place. The first day we had an issue with the heating, but the hosts were truly responsive and quick. The construction of the house is such that each movement is heard which is sometimes annoying.

• Vickie (10/5): Absolutely fantastic apartment in a cozy spot within downtown Memmingen. - Loved the location in central Memmingen. The artwork inside the space is interesting yet wonderful to look at. Definitely a conversation starter if I've ever heard of one. Fully loaded kitchen, gorgeous views of Town Hall, comfortable couches, bed and dining room. You really can't go wrong renting a place like this for a few days if you want to be in the heart of Old Town. One of the best memories was just waking up to the Saturday market taking place just outside the windows :). The shower doesn't seem to work at the top tier, the hose in the middle and the faucet worked fine. Tried to adjust the nozzles for the main shower head and only got droplets, honestly more of an inconvenience than an actual problem (most likely just operator error lmao).
• Kevin (10/5): Great stay in Memmingen - We felt spoiled having access to a place like this — great historical building in a great location. For such an old building, we appreciated the modern touches like charging outlets on both sides of the bed. Getting the keys was easy, and everything was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated they had everything ready for our infant son (cot, high chair, etc.). We'd recommend! We had to stock a few supplies ourselves — even something basic like hand soap was running low — but there was a store a few doors down, which made it easy.

• Michelle (8/5): Great place to stay for a family - Very large family room/ kitchen space. Great location on the square! Lots of cafes bakery’s and convenience store immediately nearby. Market on a Tuesday morning!

The pillows was very uncomfortable 😐 only 1 per person, would have liked 2 per person or not such super soft pillows. There was no toilet paper, luckily we found a late night garage. We spend most of our time out and about. On our last night the neighbour on the ground floor came and asked if we can walk softer. Not sure how you do that in an old building with squeaky wooden floors. Despite lots of noise coming from the restaurant below. I was concerned about the stairs as my mom of 88 was with us, but she managed. Other than that everything was perfect. Best location in Memmingen, we also enjoyed the market,lovely Restaurant and shop in walking distance 😀
