• Robert (7/5): A good place to explore the Dolomiti mountains. - The apartment itself was very spacious - more than two persons actually need. A huge couch, but no table, a huge chimney which is apparently not in use. The bathroom was spacious and clean, everything worked fine. Enrico was very helpful with good advice for hiking trips and restaurants (we recommend Ristorante al Borgo!). Breakfast was what may be "typical Italian style": Toast bread slices, some jam and other spread (single portions), butter, eggs that one may boil in the kitchen. A simple manual for the coffee machine (with pictures demonstrating the individual steps) would be helpful. On two of three days, a paper bag with one brioche per person was on the kitchen table, on one day not... (?).

• PHILIPPE (6/5): Hormis le bruit, très bien - Très spacieux. Propre. Grande cuisine partagée. Vous pouvez tout utiliser sauf le réfrigérateur, ce qui est dommage quand on se déplace avec une glacière. Accueil tardif possible. Propriétaire sympathique. Petit déjeuner correct. Jolie décoration Très très bruyant. C'est simple il n'y pas d'isolation avec les chambres du dessus . Nous avions la chambre en rez-jardin. On entendait les personnes du dessus qui marchaient et cela raisonnait. Très certainement, nous n'avons eu de chance, mais cela n'arrêtait pas à se demander ce que faisaient les gens du dessus pour marcher dans tous les sens et pendant si longtemps. Heureusement qu'à un moment les gens dorment. Plutôt d'avoir des poutres apparentes, une isolation phonique serait la bien venue pour ne pas dire indispensable. L'établissement est très bien sur les tous les autres critères mais l'isolation est pitoyable. Cela ne sert à rien d'avoir de belle chambre si l'isolation phonique est absente.

• Francesca (3/5): - Parcheggio auto Siamo stati in questa struttura per due notti pagando 270€, quindi non poco, ma purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. La camera si affacciava direttamente sulla strada, risultando rumorosa e poco adatta al riposo. Il bagno era piuttosto vecchio, con maioliche davvero datate e una doccia, priva di chiusura, che allagava facilmente il pavimento. Inoltre i dispenser del sapone erano completamente vuoti. La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: sporco visibile a terra nella camera e ragnatele lungo le scale. La colazione, servita in modalità completamente self service, è stata un’altra nota negativa. Tutti i prodotti erano confezionati, senza nulla di fresco a parte delle uova da cucinare in autonomia. Alcune confezioni di cialde del caffè erano molto gonfie, quindi probabilmente scadute. Nel frigorifero c’erano bottiglie di bevande già aperte, chissà da quanto visto che la struttura era vuota. Dopo aver mangiato, abbiamo dovuto anche sistemare da soli. In camera la TV non era utilizzabile: mancavano sia la presa della corrente che quella dell’antenna. Il proprietario si è dimostrato gentile, ma purtroppo il livello dei servizi non giustifica assolutamente il prezzo richiesto.
• Kornél (10/5): Léleképítő szálláshely, még szebb, mint a képeken - Kivételes helyen található hangulatos szállodában voltunk, elsőrangú elhelyezéssel. A szobák mérete, berendezése, tisztasága kifogástalan volt. Kiemelkedő szolgáltatás a reggeli lehetősége, a parkolás, a nyugodt környezet. A kert és az udvar olyan kilátást biztosított, hogy minden reggelit és vacsorát ott fogyasztottunk. Enrico a hotel vezetője nagyon kedves ember, mindig elérhető, segítőkész volt. A szállodát családoknak, pároknak és egyedül utazóknak is csak ajánlani tudom, akár sport, akár rekreáció céljából. Nem volt ilyen.

• Jaanika (10/5): Exceptional - Enrico is a very nice host. We had a great time at the accomodation. The breakfast option was a nice surprise. We really enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and just relaxing.

Beautiful, quiet location, a lovely garden with great views. To be highly recommended. We will certainly come again. We liked everything very much, nothing to complain about.

These hosts run their B&B from their heart, and you can see that. I really have no points for improvement. Quite area good for resting and hiking, good beds, good breakfast area: recommend!

• Samina (8/5): Good and Pleasant - Host was very nice. Very helped and solved all issues in a fast manner. We travelled with 2 dogs , we should have been informed that one of the rooms had carpet. A mop should have been provided to clean after dogs. The bathroom was always wet as there was no shower curtain. The lighting in the is the room with the carpet was much less only night stand lights and led’s behind the bed.

• Ellen (10/5): Warm, attentive, stylish! And amazing views. - I was given a really warm welcome by Enrico, who'd been great and prompt with contact since I booked. He offered me help with luggage, showed me the premises and the enormous and stylish room, then invited me for aperitivi outside with friends. The breakfast was great, at a shared table with some lovely other guests, and self-service with a great range of items (bread, eggs, coffee, yoghurt, cereal). Enrico was also able to accommodate me for an extra night at almost no notice. Really recommend this stay!
• Dimiter (10/5): Exceptional - The house is absolut something very special. Enrico the owner is also the designer. He has created an absolute and very fine combination between old and new. The photos on the internet do not reflect the house. In real is much more impresiv. There is also a very good kitchen with everything what you need. The house is also on a very good place - a little bit up from the city, arround the nature and the view on the Dolomities. We loved the house and really enjoyed the time. Tanks to Enrico also for all the help and great respect for his work. nothing

Location was lovely and quiet, we did not have a car, but not a problem as bustop outside our accommodation, which took us into the town of Belluno. Host was very friendly and helped with any information we needed. Local pub did fabulous toasties.
