• Shaimullina (4/5): - Жилье расположено близко от центральной улицы. Красивый вид из окна одной из спален. Приятный интерьер, много посуды. Вообще взаимодействие касательно этой квартиры осталось неудовлетвориьельным. Советую всем внимательно прочитать прежде чем бронировать. Накануне заселения (практически ночью) от хоста поступила информация, что в квартире сломался котёл для горячей воды. Что важно - эту информацию сообщили только тогда, когда я начала узнавать про заселение. Если бы я не написала сама, возможно мы не знали бы об этом заранее. Хост предложил либо отменить бронь, либо скидку 20%. Так как в такое время мы уже не могли найти другой вариант, мы решили остановиться на скидке, попросив организовать ёмкость для воды. Дополнительно мы уточняли, влияет ли это на отопление, так как на улице уже холодно. Нас заверили, что отопление не зависит от горячей воды. Скидку хост обещал сделать через сайт, так как у нас была предварительная оплата полностью. В день заезда горячей воды не было, как и говорил хост, батареи были тёплые. Все было нормально. На следующий день в квартире стало очень холодно, о чем мы сразу сообщали. Выяснилось, что это не хозяин квартиры и агентство, вопросы никак не могли решить, так как видимо хозяин не отвечал. Когда мы стали разбираться, стало понятно, что отопление все таки зависит от котла, так как он там в целом только 1. В итоге весь второй день и следующее утро в квартире было невыносимо холодно, агентство никак не решало этот вопрос. Помимо этого, вторая спальня в квартире не имеет окон, там ужасно мало воздуха. Если приоткрыть дверь в патио, начинало очень плохо пахнуть тухлой водой и плесенью. Так же на второй день мы убили таракана в квартире. Как итог - я ждала месяц, прежде чем написать отзыв. Спустя месяц скидка в 20% нам так и не предоставлена. Букинг не в курсе "заявки" хоста о возврате, получается, что нас обманули. Мы жили в ужасно холодной квартире, без горячей воды за ее полную стоимость. Так что будьте внимательны, данный хост может вас обманывать и не решать ваши проблемы.
• Fiona (9/5): Fantastic location, very smart apartment with sea views - would recommend! - I can't think of a better location in Vigo - it's right opposite the sea, so great views, but only a five min walk from the centre of town. Really beautiful apartment. Warm, stylish, well-kitted out with everything. Great to have a washing machine. It's very spacious too - big rooms, comfy sofas and beds. Nice and quiet at night. Lovely place for breakfast and coffee just below the house. The hosts are really good at getting back to you immediately if you have any questions or issues. The shower wasn't getting up to temperature but the host very kindly gave us a discount for this, which was much appreciated.

• Gill (6/5): - Beautiful well decorated flat, with an amazing view. The beds were very comfortable, as were the sofas. Loved the area, very close to the old town, with bars and restaurants very close by. The flat was cold in the evenings as the heating did not work. We reported this on the day after we arrived but we were dismissed, saying that we didn't know how to work the thermostat. Eventually someone came out to confirm that the heating system was broken, the evening before we left. The blinds at the front of the flat don't work, most importantly for the bedroom. There are no chopping boards or knives, so difficult to even cut a loaf of bread

• Thornley (10/5): Spacious apartment with amazing views, located in old town - Amazing location in the old town with fantastic views of the river and islands. The apartment is very spacious and modern, whilst keeping original features. The balcony is a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. The beds were comfortable. There is a taxi rank right outside. Despite building work opposite, the windows seal any noise, making the apartment a nice, peaceful place to stay. Ample storage. Would go back. There is only a coffee machine, for which you have to buy pods. A kettle would have been so much more convenient. The water pressure is a little poor. A floor-length mirror in the second bedroom would be useful (there is one in one of the bedrooms)

• Monica (9/5): Apartamento maravilloso! - El apartamento es precioso, está muy bien ubicado, muy bien insonorizado, muy tranquilo y limpio. Hemos estado como en casa, lo recomendamos totalmente. No sabíamos que no tenía ascensor, es un segundo con escaleras antiguas y llevábamos mucho equipaje y fue bastante duro poder subir todo.

• Itziar (7/5): Apartamento funcional para conocer el centro de Vigo - La ubicación era muy buena para poder salir por las noches y estar por el centro de Vigo, sin necesidad de coger el coche. Además el apartamento tiene unas vistas espectaculares (esperemos que duren, ya que estaban construyendo justo enfrente). Tuve un problema con la lavadora y lo resolvieron inmediatamente. El ruido de los camiones de la basura. Justo debajo de la casa están los contenedores y te despertaban al pasar todos los días. Además estaban con obras durante el día y, al tener las ventanas abiertas por el calor, se metía todo el ruido. Imagino que en invierno se estará genial, con ventanas cerradas. Aunque es un segundo sin ascensor, las escaleras son muy cómodas, por lo que en ese aspecto sin problema. Finalmente, tuvimos que estar 3 en el apartamento, porque la cama de la habitación pequeña no era demasiado espaciosa (para dos personas es justita). Para 3 personas está perfecto el apartamento, pero para 4, si son todos ya adultos, se queda pequeña la segunda cama.
