André (9/5): Ce séjour a pleinement comblé nos attentes sauf sous l’angle de la qualité de l’accueil. Je suis Génius3, et j’ai déjà v - Appartement grand, vue sur la piazza Il Anfiteatro impressionnante. Très propre. Fort bien localisé, près du Conad. Près des centres d’intérêt. Équipement tout à fait correct. Empressement du personnel à nous apporter un renouvellement de literie compte tenu de notre séjour de 2 semaines. Ne pénétrant pas dans l’appartement, les serviettes humides ne sont pas récupérées et traînent. Ce sont des gestionnaires fantomatiques. Nous n’avons rencontré personne. Cela aurait été intéressent pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement dans l’appartement, notamment la gestion des déchets. En réalité, il n’y a pas vraiment d’accueil. Il y a des consignes écrites mais pas âmes qui vivent. Nous nous demandons ce qui peut bien justifier un tel choix.
Laura (7/5): Stupenda la vista dell'appartamento, ma... - La vista da una delle finestre è bella perchè si domina la piazza dell'anfiteatro e si può ammirare il movimento delle persone. L'appartamento è spazioso e luminoso. I suggerimenti del gestore sui ristoranti tipici. Nel bagno mancava il bidoncino dei rifiuti e i saponi doccia erano insufficienti (per 2 persone anzichè per le 4 soggiornanti); le ante della cucina erano unte, sporche di caffè le tazze. Dover insistere sulla richiesta della ricevuta della tassa di soggiorno.
Marilena (9/5): a full immersion in a medieval town - the fact that it is in the most ancient town quarter, where you could reach all the most interesting monuments, palaces, viewes that Lucca offers its comforts inside the flat, its historical value, despite the enormous effort required to reach it (I found it particularly difficult to climb the many steps of the staircase up to the second storey).
