Catalina (8/5): - The location is very good; everything of importance is walking distance away. Even the train station is very near. We did not have any problems finding the place and getting into the apartment. There is no fan or air conditioning so it might be very hot in the summer. This is close to a church so you will hear church bell noises. Some parts of the flat need to be checked thoroughly for cleanliness. One guest commented about the smell in the bathroom. There is some disgusting stuff in the toilet brush stand - please throw this away asap, this is disgusting. In the kitchen, the tea box has some moldy teas in. Also best to throw this away.
