• Kelly (10/5): - Absolutely wonderful location. Although a little small, loved the layout and how the space was set up. The loft was a highlight and provided a nice little spot to read and relax. Everything was very well explained as well from trash to WiFi and key situation. Highly recommend.

• Jamesyn (6/5): Bad communication but very clean - The room was very clean, good area and easy to access. The place offered a washer which was nice as well. I booked this place a while in advance, but the day I checked in I was informed that only two of the three people that were staying were allowed in. I was not allowed to get any check in information and the messages I received seemed very passive aggressive. They made me promise that only two guests would stay overnight at this place, even though it allows bookings for three people. Fortunately I have a place nearby that I was allowed to stay at while I had two visitors, however it was very stressful and happened at such a last minute. Additionally the beds were very uncomfortable and the neighbors above were very loud.

• ABE (8/5): 騒音がなければ満足でした - 部屋はとてもきれいで過ごしやすかったです。 気になったことを施設の方に連絡して対応してもらえることが助かりました。 上の階の方がなにをしているんだろうと不思議に思うほどドタドタとずっと物音をさせてたのが気になりました。 夜遅くまで続いていたので施設の方に連絡させていただき対応してもらいましたが、早朝からもまた物音をさせてました。

• Ariani (10/5): Easy Check in/out - Check in and check out was very easy to do; instructions provided were pretty clear, place is a bit small but it worked for me, I didn’t use the wash machine or the kitchen but it was nice to see it was there, also loved the smoking free environment Pictures to get to the place are not updated (bank in the instructions doesn’t exist anymore) so for a moment I thought I was lost xD

• Miguel (6/5): Pleasant - Location is Ok The beds are to hard. there are too many unnecessary decorations on the shelves that could be used to put things. There is no place where to throw the garbage, and outsise of the building is full of garbage bags that they are no taken for many days.

• James (5/5): Decent for one person and in a great location, but the room’s definitely need some renovation and cleaning. - The location was great! It was close to the station and a heap of shops and restaurants! The apartment itself had just about everything we needed as well! The staff were also very helpful when contacted. The rooms are very small and quite dirty. Best suited for one person. The pillows stank and look like they haven’t been changed in years with them being covered with sweat stains. The futon mattress are also quite uncomfortable.

• Kota (3/5): Poor - Good public transport and many eating places are very by and supermarkets as well. The room is too small for two, designed for one person even though it has a bunk bed. Only one set of plate, bowl, fork and spoon are there. Can't leave a suitcase open. No fresh towels have been offered during eight nights stay.

• Barnaby (7/5): Good - For a small apartment style like this, I loved it. It felt like a home more than a temporary stay. I always had the thought of if I was to move to Japan, this would be the perfect humble start to living. The bedding was quite uncomfortable. There was no padding between the mattress and the bed frame. The bed itself felt a little small for me, but I'm a big guy so I'm biased. Also, I had the unfortunate scenario of noisy neighbours above me. With wooden floors, people can't afford to be loud footed and waking up their neighbours.

• Shang-yu (5/5): Passable - My room (101) outside is the smoking area, the smoke would get into my room, which is really bad. I personally don’t smoke and am super sensitive to the smell. The upper room on the second floor kept making noises, and I could hear everything they do to the floor.
