Guest Reviews
- Eoin (8/5): - Great location, well accommodated Thin walls
- carmen (7/5): Great little place for a short stay. - Well located and comfortable. Perfect for a short stay. Area a bit run down, but nothing to bad. Not exactly spotless clean.
- Nikhil (10/5): Cozy stay with a welcoming host and great location - Everything was wonderful. The owner was very welcoming and responded promptly to all messages. He also left a thoughtful welcome note, which was a lovely touch. The house is conveniently located near all the major spots. It felt cozy, safe, and had all the amenities we needed. The shower pressure was quite slow, and we could hear footsteps from the person upstairs at times. These are things that can’t be controlled much by the host, but worth noting. Much recommended!
- Osayagbon (8/5): - Environment was very neat and serene Location was not close to a grocery store
- Cristina (9/5): - Cerca de un museo y no muy lejos del centro.
La propietaria muy atenta!!!
- Chris (10/5): Great place to stay - Extremely clean and everything you could need to sustain your self while in Belfast. These isn’t anything bad to say, great price and a very thoughtful host - you couldn’t want for more
- Sean (7/5): Good value for money for a short stay. No thrills but clean and comfy. - Very clean. Clear instructions from owner about property and very welcoming. Smelled a bit damp and the front door was very tricky to open at times.
- Camilla (7/5): Good accomodation - Perfect host directions and perfect location for sightseeing during the day and having a safe and well stocked area for the evening as well. Overall, a good accommodation for our trip to Belfast.
- Noreen (10/5): Will definitely book again. - Property is situated within walking distance of most places we needed to visit. Was able to park my car directly outside which was a bonus. Also lots of little essentials inside the apartment. Loved the personal message on the chalk board!
- Heather (8/5): Very good - Great location and amenities. The apartment is very quaint and was an easy distance from places we wanted to go. Easy check in! The block was pretty quiet, but you are in a city apartment, so road and other noises are inevitable.
- Samantha (9/5): Superb -
- Charlotte (8/5): Exactly what we needed - Simple layout and had all the necessities. Instructions were really clear and useful. Convenient location very close to shops and restaurants. Could hear upstairs occupants very clearly but luckily they slept when we slept and we were out most of the day! Could do with bigger mugs but that’s just personal preference!
- Graham (8/5): Very good -
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wtalexandrab (10/5): Great stay in Belfast - The apartment is located in a great area with lots to do around, it was clean and comfortable. The host was super lovely, adding extra little touches to make us feel welcomed. There is a lot of humidity, but that's the entire island and not the fault of the apartment itself. However a dehumidifier could prove useful, provided that guests understand how to use it and can look after it.
- Oliver (10/5): Great Apartment, Fantastic Location - The host was kind and responsive when we called to ask for checking-in instructions because the message through Booking didn't come through. All instructions re how to use the amenities were thorough and clear. The apartment is super well-equipped and cozy, with a nice TV to boot. Heating and shower are great too. The location is AMAZING--not too far from the city centre, minutes away from the Botanical Gardens, surrounded by nice restaurants and charity shops. Just a heads up if you're a light sleeper: walls are a little thin so we got woken up when guests in the apartment next door were playing loud music, but to be honest it wasn't a massive inconvenience (otherwise, the street is very quiet).
- Martina (9/5): Superb - Super apartment, very comfortable and spacious, with everything we needed. Excellent location, walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants etc and on street parking right outside the door. Easy self check in.
- Azlin (9/5): Love staying here and InsyaAllah will come again when visit my daughter🥰🥰🥰 - Great host and very accommodating.
Great place as nearby to Queen’s University and City
Clean and Warm place to stay
Thanks for the pasta😉 Difficult to get parking
- Amey (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was like a home from home. Clean, well laid out and able to accommodate all 3 of us. kitchen had all the facilities. TV had Netfix etc. Only a 10-15 min walk to the center. When I return to Belfast will use again. Thanks.
- Keith (8/5): Very good -
- Leonie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helen (6/5): Pleasant -
- Deivakaniraja (9/5): Superb - Aparmtment is in quiet area and ambience was good . Host is too friendly to approach . Nothing . All good for short stay .
- Des (8/5): Great location & good value. - This property is a 3 floored Victorian terrace that has been converted into two apartments. We had the one bedroom ground floor apartment.
As you approach the house you immediately notice that it is not double glazed. This does impact noise levels.
The bedroom is to the front of the house and has a very comfortable double bed and lots of shelving/hanging space. The living room is small but has a table to eat at and a small sofa. The tv has no terrestrial channels. You can access bbc iplayer but for any other streaming service you’ll have to enter your own account details.
The galley kitchen is clean and very well equipped with tea & coffee and a few other necessary supplies all provided. The bathroom is at the back and was spotless with a good shower. Nice towels were provided and there were plenty of them. There’s a small back yard with a two seater table.
We found the property to be very clean, good value for such a great location and it suited our needs for a two night stay.
It is an excellent location being on a quiet street within walking distance to the city centre and the Ormeau Road. Many lovely restaurants are nearby. We visited Naz Indian (Ormeau-15 mins walk) & Bo Tree Thai (University Ave-5 mins walk). Both were excellent.
Our host was superb in their communication. Entry to the property was really straightforward. Inside there was a folder containing lots of useful local information. The only drawback to this property is the noise levels from the other flat above. Due to the single glazing and being an older property you can hear any significant noise from other guests. (Conversations/moving around etc). This didn’t bother us too much as we were out most of the time but could be problematic for others.
- Mahrokh (8/5): Very good - It was easy to check in, Host was very friendly. good wifi, location. The only issues was the smell of the pillow sheets they were washed but too much smells of washing liquid was on them, I had to cover it to be able to sleep. The price could be less for this apartment.
- Lesley (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a fantastic location, walking distance into the city centre, or to the Botanic Gardens.
The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and tea and coffee are provided. The bathroom is modern and perfectly clean.
I will definitely book the apartment on my next trip to Belfast 😊. Nothing at all.
- Tomasz (7/5): Good -
- Diane (1/5): We didn't stay because a short distance inside the front door made me realise this was a con job. - Absolutely nothing because the cunning owner had not shown photos of the exterior of this property and street. The area - you could barely drive one way down the street. She told us that there was parking around the back - totally untrue. In fact, there was nothing anywhere and some local ladies told us that the parking wardens constantly patrolled that street. We paid NZ$1028 for our stay which, despite my instructions, was taken prior to our arrival. Worse, your agent Roger took another £200 to cancel thisbooking and refund within 10 days but this was NEVER DONE.We are now £680 out of pocket.
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ashleigh (9/5): Superb - Clean and tidy, as described
- John (7/5): Good -
- Mellisa (5/5): Passable - The tenants above us made so much noise kept us up until 4am got no sleep, was not impressed the owner did apologise but it wasn't enough, should have stayed home wont be back again to this property
- Una (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kayleigh (10/5): Clean, comfortable and all we needed. - The size of the apartment was perfect and there was everything we could want. Although we booked very last minute we were welcomed and felt at home quickly. Nothing. All perfect
- David (7/5): Good -
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - Close to botanic ... lovely 1 bed flat
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joseph (9/5): Great host and great apartment - The location was great right near the city centre The other guests in the adjacent room were very loud all night, however this isnt the host's fault and is the only complaint i have
- Joanna (7/5): Good - Apartment was very clean, modern, bright decor, nicely tended houseplants.
Bathroom felt spacious with good size shower.
Kitchen has all amenities and host offered use of the teabags etc.
Friendly welcome message on the blackboard.
Instructions for turning the heating on - living room warmed up quite quickly.
The location is great - very near good choice of cafes/restaurants/shops. We had a really nice breakfast at Maggie Mays on Botanic Avenue.
Because of the location, we thought it might be difficult to park. But we arrived about 7.30pm on a Saturday evening and there were quite a few parking spaces in the road right outside.
The host responds quickly to messages. We had a problem with only being able to get Netflix and no channels on the TV but I think this has been resolved now.
We also found the bedroom cold even thought we had the heating on and the door shut.
I've rated the facilities and comfort slightly lower than I would have done because of this but there were lots of good points about the apartment (see above).
- Orla (10/5): Exceptional - Location is perfect, nice residential area and just a 15 min walk to city centre. Good sized rooms and very clean. Has a homely vibe to it. Only downfall, which can't be helped, is the walls are quite thin so you can hear the neighbours conversations. Otherwise, no other faults!
- Nikita (9/5): Superb -
