• Mario (7/5): - Worth the money, good people. Sometime the power went off, and with no power it's a problem to face the heat and moisture with no fan running. The bathroom can be improved.

I would suggest everyone stay in the pravuprasad homestay whenever you come to bhubaneswar there's nothing bad about it. From behaviour of the property owner to the service everything is top notch in best possible price. Nothing bad about it.

• Rajaram (8/5): It was a nice and comfortable stay. - Breakfast was provided on demand and it was good. This Homestay is located at prime residential location which is around 4 kms from Bhubaneswar Railway Station as well as to Kalpana Bus Stand. TV could have been provided.
• Allison (8/5): a lovely stay at Pravuprasad Homestay. - I had a lovely stay at Pravuprasad Homestay. The place was centrally located so easy to get everywhere. Sunil and Manoj were very helpful, answering any questions immediately and helping me with everything I needed. I ended up extending my stay for an extra 10 days because I had such a lovely time in Bhubaneswar. I will definitely return! it would have been good to set up the kitchenette a little better, and in advance. But Sunil provided whatever I asked for very quickly.

• Akash (8/5): Comfortable - The property is near the airport and station. The decor are really astonishing. Owner is super friendly. I would suggest Ac and Non Ac tariffs to be separately added . Currently, you will be asked to choose AC for extra otherwise continue with the same price.
• Oleg (7/5): Great place to stay if you're happy to compromise - We stayed in a room with an air-con, with attached bathroom and kitchen (essentially a studio apartment) for 2 weeks. Before our arrival the owner multiple times confirmed with me when we're arriving etc. However, when we actually arrived the room had no towels, the kitchen had only an induction stove. There were no cutlery, plates, bowls or pots and pans for cooking. We had to ask for everything to be provided. The shared facilities also are not mentioned as being shared eg the fridge and the water filter are shared and are not in the actual apartment. The place didn't look like it's been cleaned recently so we had to dust and sweep the floor as we were settling in. The owner didn't offer to have the apartment cleaned even weekly or to change the bedding. On the positive side, the host (Sunil) is really friendly and helpful and was always eager to assist and provide anything we asked for. I'd recommend this as a reasonable place to stay in Bhubaneswar if one is ready to compromise and be flexible. The guests should not be asking for basic facilities that are advertised as available. The rooms should be cleaned at some regular schedule. The photos of rooms and facilities are just a random mashup that gives at best a very vague idea where you'll be staying.

• Yogesh (10/5): Homestay----Home away from home! - Homestay----really home away from home! Entire stay right from arrival till departure was hastle free,comfortable and met my expections. Location is hardly 2 kms from bhubaneswar railway station.Mr.Sunil Kumar Nayak and his family were courteous,helpful and are too much grounded! Mr.Sunil Kumar helped and even arranged bhubaneswar sightseeing tour at comfortable rates. Both the rooms on top floor allotted were neat,clean, hygienic and maintained very well! Both are attached with small kitchen where if necessary one can cook as required. Even one arranged outside food from their contacts. Looking forward to visit this property again! Wishing their entire family happy, healthy and prosperous life ahead! Nothing to specify! Everything was up to the mark.

• Pramod (1/5): Bad - Nothing We didn't end up staying there because when we called them the day before to ask about the address etc, they told us not to come & to find another place to stay. They came up with excuses like the elevator is not working. When we said we are fine with that, they came up with another excuse. This time it was the geyser. We were also okay with that but they kept insisting on finding another hotel. Highly unprofessional. Caused great inconvenience to us. If there was really a problem at their place, they should have contacted us & cancelled the reservation. But they didn't. They clearly gave our room to somebody else & left us stranded. Don't recommend booking with them.

• Abhijeet (6/5): The host is greddy, the property is not meant for families or solo female travelers. - Only the space of the room is good. The location is very shady, totally not recommended for Families, or solo female travelers. The host literally lied to me. I wanted to extend my stay and he lied that it was actually pre booked, but the case was that he was suppose to go out of town, so he showed it online sold out. Later on he asked me more money then what property was listed for, if I wanted to extend the stay. Basically cutting online platforms for offline clients.
• Mr. (10/5): Exceptional - It was really nice staying at Pravuprasad Homestay. Especially Mr Sunil,he is a gentle and very helpful person. The location is perfect and near the airport. All facilities were provided and well managed. 🫣😉🤫

• Nek (10/5): Home away from home - Loved how accessible it is, it’s located in the main city area very close to the airport and the railway station. All things are easily accessible and there are two general stores within 100 mtrs of the property, so one can easily purchase everyday items. The host, Mr. Sunil, is very warm and helpful, he even provided us recommendations for places to eat and was always one call or message away if we had any doubts. The stay was very comfortable and Mr. Sunil’s hospitality is worth experiencing. Will definitely recommend this Homestay to everyone, especially travellers from other states. There’s absolutely nothing that we didn’t like. 10/10 stay.
• Pratik (9/5): Superb - Mr. Sunil Kumar's homestay is extremely comfortable and peaceful. The room was clean, and he provides basic amenities like water, induction heater, etc. The place is away from the hustle-bustle of the city, and very close to both Lingaraj temple and airport. Khandagiri is only 5kms away. Station is 2kms away. Mr. Kumar also has contact for homely food delivery. He is generally a very helpful and nice person.
