Carolin (10/5): Urlaub mit Style und wunderschöner Aussicht - Die Ferienwohnung Katica liegt in einem ruhigen, gepflegten Wohngebiet etwas oberhalb der E65. Durch die erhöhte Lage hat die große, moderne und stylish eingerichtete Wohnung im 1. Stock vom riesigen Balkon aus eine fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer! Die Ausstattung ist gehoben mit moderner offener Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, großem Kühl-Gefrierschrank und Übergang ins große Wohnzimmer mit Sitzgruppe und Flat-TV. Weiterhin gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, wovon eines mit geräumiger Dusche und das andere mit Badewanne/Whirlpool ausgestattet ist. Die gesamte Wohnung war sehr sauber. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der kostenlose private Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Auch die Klimaanlage ist im Sommer ein ist sehr angenehm. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der nahegelegene Lidl und die Nähe zum Strand. Der Ortskern ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Highlight ist jedoch die super freundliche, hilfsbereite und großzügige Vermieterin. Der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ich freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen. -
